技术领域
本发明涉及配电柜门板技术领域，尤其涉及一种配电柜复合塑胶门板。
背景技术
目前，配电柜大多数门板都采用单层结构的，大多数都是采用铁板或者铝板；铁门板容易生锈腐烂，并且很重，铝门板厚度太薄，容易变形，容易划伤有划痕；并且铁、铝都很容易被氧化，导致使用寿命短；现有的配电箱面板都是铁质面板，铁质面板的造价低，并且不具有防火的性能，一旦发生火灾，就会烧毁柜体内的电器设备，使得在国内市场不能广泛应用，还有一旦发生火灾，面板不耐高温，使得柜体内的温度过高，造成器件的损坏影响正常工作；另外，门板在安装和运输过程中容易划伤或者磨损。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题，提供了一种抗氧化、质量轻、耐划、耐磨的配电柜复合塑胶门板。
本发明所述的一种配电柜复合塑胶门板，包括塑胶板，所述的塑胶板，在塑胶板的上表面和下表面分别通过胶水粘连防火装饰面板，在防火装饰面板的外表面贴有耐划痕贴膜。
进一步改进，所述防火装饰面板由装饰色纸加上牛皮纸含浸三聚氰胺和酚醛树脂经过高温高压制成。
进一步改进，所述的耐划痕贴膜为三层PET高透保护膜。
与现有技术相比，本发明有益效果在于：本发明的设有防火装饰面板，由装饰色纸加上牛皮纸含浸三聚氰胺和酚醛树脂经过高温高压制成，使得面板具有耐磨、耐高温、耐剐、抗渗透、容易清洗、防潮、不褪色、抗冲击性、柔韧性，并且价格实惠，外观优美，多样化，不在是之前的单一化，并且可以阻止火焰蔓延，起到阻燃作用，或者遇火时隔绝热量降底基层表面温度，起到耐火作用，不会导致电器设备的损坏或烧毁；防火装饰面板表面贴有耐划痕贴膜，保护了门板，使得门板在安装和运输过程中耐划、耐磨；整体的设计，门板的重量大大减轻，搬运也不费力了，大大提高了门板的使用率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种配电柜用复合塑胶门板，包括塑胶板，所述的塑胶板1，在塑胶板的上表面和下表面分别通过胶水粘连防火装饰面板2，在每个防火装饰面板的外表面贴有厚度为1-2cm的耐划痕贴膜3；
所述防火装饰面板由装饰色纸加上牛皮纸含浸三聚氰胺和酚醛树脂经过高温高压制成，使得面板具有耐磨、耐高温、耐剐、抗渗透、容易清洗、防潮、不褪色、抗冲击性、柔韧性，并且价格实惠，外观优美，多样化，不在是之前的单一化，并且可以阻止火焰蔓延，起到阻燃作用，或者遇火时隔绝热量降底基层表面温度，起到耐火作用，不会导致电器设备的损坏或烧毁；
所述的耐划痕贴膜为三层PET高透保护膜，保护了门板，使得门板在安装和运输过程中耐划、耐磨。
本发明具体应用途径很多，以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以作出若干改进，这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种配电柜用复合塑胶门板，包括塑胶板，其特征在于：所述的塑胶板，在塑胶板的上表面和下表面分别通过胶水粘连防火装饰面板，在防火装饰面板的外表面贴有耐划痕贴膜。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的配电柜复合塑胶门板，其特征在于：所述防火装饰面板由装饰色纸加上牛皮纸含浸三聚氰胺和酚醛树脂经过高温高压制成。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的配电柜复合塑胶门板，其特征在于：所述的耐划痕贴膜为三层PET高透保护膜。
