Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于配电柜柜体和柜门的板材,属于电力设备领域。包括夹层,所述夹层内从外向内设有屏蔽层、保温层,所述夹层内侧设有防火层。在传统的夹层中设置屏蔽层可以避免强电磁环境下,电磁对配电柜内精密电力设备的影响,保证其正常运行;在屏蔽层内侧设置保温层,可以减缓板材将柜体外的高温导入到柜体内,保持柜体温度正常稳定;在夹层内侧设有防火层在柜体内发生火灾时,可以防止火灾的扩散。本发明还公开了一种采用上述板材的配电柜。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种柜体和柜门的板材,具体讲是一种用于配电柜柜体和柜门的板材及配电柜,属于电力设备领域。
背景技术
配电柜是一种常见的电力设备,通常设置电网终端或工厂车间。现有的配电柜柜体和柜门通常采用金属板材制成,其可以广泛设置在户外、车间等不同的环境中使用。然而,在对于作业环境要求较高的场合,传统金属板材制成的配电柜,无法对强电磁干扰进行屏蔽,影响安装在其内部精密电力设备的工作;在高温环境中,传统金属板材导热快,使用柜体的温度上升迅速,影响电力设备的正常运行。此外,在柜体内发生火灾时现有的配电柜无法进行有效地阻燃,容易导致火源扩散,造成损失扩大。
发明内容
     本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种能有效屏蔽电磁干扰、恒温效果好且阻燃性能好的板材及配电柜。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的用于配电柜柜体和柜门的板材,包括夹层,所述夹层内从外向内设有屏蔽层、保温层,所述夹层内侧设有防火层。
作为优选,所述屏蔽层为电磁屏蔽膜。
作为优选,所述保温层为岩棉隔热层、酚醛泡沫塑料隔热层或聚氨酯泡沫塑料隔热层。
作为优选,所述防火层为阻燃聚丙烯树脂层、阻燃尼龙树脂层或聚氯乙烯树脂层。
本发明还提供了一种配电柜,配电柜的柜体和柜门采用上述板材制成。
本发明的有益效果在于:(1)、在传统的夹层中设置屏蔽层可以避免强电磁环境下,电磁对配电柜内精密电力设备的影响,保证其正常运行;在屏蔽层内侧设置保温层,可以减缓板材将柜体外的高温导入到柜体内,保持柜体温度正常稳定;在夹层内侧设有防火层在柜体内发生火灾时,可以防止火灾的扩散;(3)、本发明配电柜可广泛应用于强电磁干扰、高温等复杂环境,提升了电力设备的安全系数,保障了正常的电力供应。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明用于配电柜柜体和柜门的板材,包括夹层1,夹层1采用常规的金属材料。夹层1的内部,由外向内设置屏蔽层2和保温层3。屏蔽层2采用电磁屏蔽膜,可以防止工作环境中强电磁对柜体内精密电力设备的干扰。屏蔽层2也可以根据不同的干扰选择不同的屏蔽材料。
保温层3设置在屏蔽层2的内侧,通过保温层3可以减缓夹层1将户外向柜体内导入。保温层3可以采用岩棉隔热层、酚醛泡沫塑料隔热层或聚氨酯泡沫塑料隔热层,采用岩棉隔热层还可以防止外部火灾影响柜体内设备。
夹层1的内侧设置防火层4,防火层4采用阻燃聚丙烯树脂、阻燃尼龙树脂或聚氯乙烯树脂制成。在柜体为发生火灾时,可以防止火灾的扩散,减小损失。
如图2所示,本实施提供一种配电柜,包括柜体、柜门、顶盖和底座,配电柜的柜体和柜门均采用上述板材制成。柜体的顶部连接顶盖,顶盖也可以采用上述板材制成。柜体的底部固定在底座上。柜门铰接在柜体上,并通过柜锁与柜体锁定。柜体上设有通风孔,柜门设有观察口。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种用于配电柜柜体和柜门的板材,包括夹层,其特征在于:所述夹层内从外向内设有屏蔽层、保温层,所述夹层内侧设有防火层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于配电柜柜体和柜门的板材,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层为电磁屏蔽膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于配电柜柜体和柜门的板材,其特征在于:所述保温层为岩棉隔热层、酚醛泡沫塑料隔热层或聚氨酯泡沫塑料隔热层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于配电柜柜体和柜门的板材,其特征在于:所述防火层为阻燃聚丙烯树脂层、阻燃尼龙树脂层或聚氯乙烯树脂层。
5.一种配电柜,其特征在于:所述配电柜的柜体和柜门采用权利要求1至4任一项所述板材制成。
