Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有空气净化功能的阻燃板材,由上至下依次包括硅藻泥面板层、阻燃硅胶层、电磁屏蔽层和岩棉层,所述电磁屏蔽层包括石墨烯复合层,各层之间采用WBP阻燃防水胶水粘接压合在一起,所述硅藻泥面板层的外表面涂布有光触媒涂层。本发明所提供的一种具有空气净化功能的阻燃板材,具有阻燃、防水、保温、电磁屏蔽的性能,并且能吸附和净化空气中的有机物,适合在建筑、船舶和车辆等内部装修中使用。

一种具有空气净化功能的阻燃板材
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有空气净化功能的阻燃板材。
背景技术
板材作为我国家具、室内装饰的主要材料,其产量和需求量都在急剧增长。我国胶合板产量从1980 年的30 万m3增长到2013 年的1.37 亿m3时,2014 年将达到3 亿m3,呈现大幅度增长的趋势。但易燃性是普通胶合板的致命弱点,因此在许多领域的使用上受到限制。建筑、船舶和车辆等内部装修重要部位所用木质材料都要求达到一定的难燃等级。国家标准(GB50222)《建筑内部装修设计防火规范》明确规定胶合板被列为可燃材料,必须进行阻燃处理才能使用。基于此,阻燃胶合板的研究和开发具有良好的市场前景和现实意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有空气净化功能的阻燃板材,具有阻燃、防水、保温、电磁屏蔽的性能,并且能吸附和净化空气中的有机物。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种具有空气净化功能的阻燃板材,由上至下依次包括硅藻泥面板层、阻燃硅胶层、电磁屏蔽层和岩棉层,所述电磁屏蔽层包括石墨烯复合层,各层之间采用WBP阻燃防水胶水粘接压合在一起,所述硅藻泥面板层的外表面涂布有光触媒涂层。
所述石墨烯复合层包括四氧化三铁/还原氧化石墨烯复合层、石墨烯/钛酸钡复合层或聚酰亚胺/石墨烯复合微发泡薄膜中的一种。
所述电磁屏蔽层还包括金属纤维网。
所述硅藻泥面板层与阻燃硅胶层之间设置有阻燃PE网。
所述光触媒涂层包括纳米二氧化钛。
所述WBP阻燃防水胶水包括酚醛胶或三聚氰氨胶。
本发明的有益效果在于:
硅藻泥面板层具有吸附空气中甲醛等有机污染物和颗粒物的功能,同时其本身为不燃物,光触媒涂层可以对吸附的有机物和颗粒物进行分解,阻燃硅胶层具有防水、阻燃的特性,石墨烯复合层具有电磁屏蔽功能,岩棉层具有阻燃、保温、防水的功能,将各层复合并用WBP阻燃防水胶水粘合后的板材,实现了净化空气,阻燃、防水、保温、电磁屏蔽的性能。
因此,本发明所提供的一种具有空气净化功能的阻燃板材,具有阻燃、防水、保温、电磁屏蔽的性能,并且能吸附和净化空气中的有机物,适合在建筑、船舶和车辆等内部装修中使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示的一种具有空气净化功能的阻燃板材,由上至下依次包括硅藻泥面板层、阻燃硅胶层、电磁屏蔽层和岩棉层,所述电磁屏蔽层包括石墨烯复合层,各层之间采用WBP阻燃防水胶水粘接压合在一起,所述硅藻泥面板层的外表面涂布有光触媒涂层。
所述石墨烯复合层包括四氧化三铁/还原氧化石墨烯复合层、石墨烯/钛酸钡复合层或聚酰亚胺/石墨烯复合微发泡薄膜中的一种。
所述电磁屏蔽层还包括金属纤维网,加强电磁屏蔽功能的同时,为板材提供更强的支撑。
所述硅藻泥面板层与阻燃硅胶层之间设置有阻燃PE网,以提高两层粘合后的牢固性,并增强板材整体的韧性。
所述光触媒涂层包括纳米二氧化钛。
所述WBP阻燃防水胶水包括酚醛胶或三聚氰氨胶。
硅藻泥面板层具有吸附空气中甲醛等有机污染物和颗粒物的功能,同时其本身为不燃物,光触媒涂层可以对吸附的有机物和颗粒物进行分解,阻燃硅胶层具有防水、阻燃的特性,石墨烯复合层具有电磁屏蔽功能,岩棉层具有阻燃、保温、防水的功能,将各层复合并用WBP阻燃防水胶水粘合后的板材,实现了净化空气,阻燃、防水、保温、电磁屏蔽的性能。

1.一种具有空气净化功能的阻燃板材,其特征在于,由上至下依次包括硅藻泥面板层、阻燃硅胶层、电磁屏蔽层和岩棉层,所述电磁屏蔽层包括石墨烯复合层,各层之间采用WBP阻燃防水胶水粘接压合在一起,所述硅藻泥面板层的外表面涂布有光触媒涂层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有空气净化功能的阻燃板材,其特征在于,所述石墨烯复合层包括四氧化三铁/还原氧化石墨烯复合层、石墨烯/钛酸钡复合层或聚酰亚胺/石墨烯复合微发泡薄膜中的一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具有空气净化功能的阻燃板材,其特征在于,所述电磁屏蔽层还包括金属纤维网。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种具有空气净化功能的阻燃板材,其特征在于,所述硅藻泥面板层与阻燃硅胶层之间设置有阻燃PE网。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种具有空气净化功能的阻燃板材,其特征在于,所述光触媒涂层包括纳米二氧化钛。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种具有空气净化功能的阻燃板材,其特征在于,所述WBP阻燃防水胶水包括酚醛胶或三聚氰氨胶。
