Abstract
本发明公开了一种配电柜复合面板,该面板每层均具有双层结构,包括第一面板层、第二面板层以及第三面板层,其中,所述的第一面板层由两层铝铜合金基板构成;第二面板层由两层玻璃纤维层构成;第三面板层由两层铝合金基板构成;所述的第一面板层内层表面上胶粘PE保护膜;第三面板层外侧表面设有塑料封装层。本发明的采用复合结构,使面板在不增加重量的情况下,更加结实牢固;设有封装层,使得面板的密封性更好,不易渗水,具有很好的防水性。

技术领域
本发明涉及配电箱门板技术领域,尤其涉及一种配电柜复合面板。
背景技术
现有的配电箱或者配电柜多采用组装式,由支撑骨架和面板组装而成。现有的配电箱面板都是铁质面板,铁质面板的造价低,但是易锈蚀、易渗水、防腐处理苦难,而现有的国外的配电箱多是采用工程塑料,此种面板具有高耐腐蚀性、重量轻的特点,但是由于其昂贵的造价,使得在国内市场不能广泛应用。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种成本低、耐腐蚀、防水性强、密封性好、使用寿命长的配电柜复合面板。
本发明所述的一种配电柜复合面板,该面板每层均具有双层结构,包括从内到外的第一面板层、第二面板层以及第三面板层,其中,所述的第一面板层由两层铝铜合金基板构成;第二面板层由两层玻璃纤维层构成;第三面板层由两层铝合金基板构成;所述的第一面板层内层表面上胶粘PE保护膜;第三面板层外侧表面设有塑料封装层。
进一步改进,所述的铝铜合金基板的厚度为3-6cm。
进一步改进,所述的玻璃纤维层的厚度为1-3mm。
进一步改进,所述的铝合金基板的厚度为1-2cm。
进一步改进,所述的PE保护膜的厚度为3-5mm。
进一步改进,所述的塑料封装层的厚度为3-5cm。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果在于:
1、本发明的采用铝铜合金基板和玻璃纤维层这种工程塑料结合起来;玻璃纤维增强聚酯材料具有良好的电绝缘性能和粘结性能,较高的机械强度和耐热性,耐一般酸碱及有机溶剂,耐霉菌,抗紫外线。使用该材料制成的配电箱体具有高强度、抗冲击、耐腐蚀和保温隔热等功效,可减缓箱内外温度剧烈变化,能有效防止箱体内由于气候骤变而引起的水气凝结,从而减少凝露现象的产生,并有效地保证箱体内各器件的工作环境,另外,PE材质、PVC材质的保护膜也很好的保护了铝铜合金基板,使其不易划伤,不易生锈。可任意组合,安装灵活,减少占地面积,避免引起人为的破坏。
2、本发明每层都是复合结构,使面板在不增加重量的情况下,更加结实牢固;设有封装层,使得面板的密封性更好,不易渗水,具有很好的防水性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种配电柜复合面板,该面板每层均具有双层结构,包括从内到外的第一面板层1、第二面板层2以及第三面板层3,其中,所述的第一面板层1由两层铝铜合金基板构成;第二面板层2由两层玻璃纤维层构成;第三面板层3由两层铝合金基板构成;所述的第一面板层内层表面上胶粘PE保护膜4;第三面板层外侧表面设有塑料封装层5。
其中,每层铝铜合金基板的厚度为3-6cm;每层玻璃纤维层的厚度为1-3mm;每层铝合金基板的厚度为1-2cm;PE保护膜4的厚度为3-5mm;塑料封装层5的厚度为3-5cm。
本发明具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种配电柜复合面板,其特征在于:该面板每层均具有双层结构,包括从内到外的第一面板层(1)、第二面板层(2)以及第三面板层(3),其中,所述的第一面板层(1)由两层铝铜合金基板构成;第二面板层(2)由两层玻璃纤维层构成;第三面板层(3)由两层铝合金基板构成;所述的第一面板层内层表面上胶粘PE保护膜(4);第三面板层外侧表面设有塑料封装层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的配电柜复合面板,其特征在于:所述的每层铝铜合金基板的厚度为3-6cm。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的配电柜复合面板,其特征在于:所述的每层玻璃纤维层的厚度为1-3mm。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的配电柜复合面板,其特征在于:所述的每层铝合金基板的厚度为1-2cm。
5.根据权利要求1 所述的配电柜复合面板,其特征在于:所述的PE保护膜(4)的厚度为3-5mm。
6.根据权利要求1 所述的配电柜复合面板,其特征在于:所述的塑料封装层(5)的厚度为3-5cm。
