Description

一种单面料层的通体砖的制备工艺及其通体砖
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑陶瓷技术领域,尤其涉及一种单面料层的通体砖的制备工艺及其通体砖。
背景技术
现有的二次布料玻化砖是较为常见的二次布料陶瓷砖品类。目前由二次布料工艺制备得的二次布料玻化砖,其一般面料层厚度占整砖厚度的1/3~1/2,底料层厚度占2/3~1/2,因此严格意义上讲是属于半通体陶瓷砖。
而对于真正的通体砖则要求面底一致,才能够更充分还原真石材的纹理细腻、图案丰富、立体通透的质感,以达到更好的装饰效果;虽然现有能够通过二次布料玻化砖面料层可获得丰富多样的仿真石材的纹理效果,但其细腻通透的面料却存在不耐高温,单烧缺陷较多,砖形不好控制的问题,而且在烧成后对于其图案纹理则较难把控,因此需要提出一种如何制备获得单面料层的真正的通体砖。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种单面料层的通体砖的制备工艺,经过设计薄层布底料与抛底工艺结合的二次布料工艺,获得单面料层的通体砖,其更接近于石材的图案纹理、立体层次感强,生产成本低且应用广泛。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种单面料层的通体砖。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种单面料层的通体砖的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)采用含有25%~40%重量分数的高铝质泥料的砖坯底料布施于压机模腔中,形成底料层;
(2)在砖坯底料层上布施花纹面料,形成面料层;
(3)压制形成砖坯,且底料层的厚度占砖坯厚度的10~20%;
(4)入窑烧制后,将底料层刮平,即可获得单面料层的通体砖。本发明提出的单面料层的通体砖的制备工艺,其主要是对传统的二次布料砖制作工艺的改进,薄层布底料结合抛底工艺,实现可制作出单面料层的通体砖,其中通过在砖坯底料中增加了高铝质泥料,并同时控制其所形成的底料层的厚度,再将能够形成细腻纹理的仿石材效果的花纹面料均匀地布施于底料层上方,从而不仅能够利用其更薄的底料层来有效调节和控制整砖的砖形,以及使砖坯具有较高的耐火度及较好的塑性,而且还可以将烧成后的砖坯的底料层刮平,从而有效获得真正面底一致的单面料层的通体砖,其具有远远优于石材的各项物化性能,以及更接近石材的图案纹理、立体层次感强,可以在家装中作为替代石材的装饰材料,同时也能够成为一些家具中石材的替代品,用途较为广泛。
另外,由于其底料层最后并不会对砖坯的图案纹理产生影响,因此本发明的砖坯底料与现有的底料相比,则对其白度要求能够大大降低,即能够进一步降低砖坯底料的生产成本。同时,花纹面料层还可根据不同压制模具的特点,可以形成平面或凹凸面的砖面效果,进一步增强砖面的自然纹理效果。步骤(1)和(2)中,当反打布料时则砖坯底料和花纹面料的布料顺序相反。
所述高铝质坭料按照质量百分比计,包括化学成分为:49.09%SiO2、35.7%Al2O3、1.09%Fe2O3、0.37TiO2%、0.16%CaO、0.14%MgO、0.83%K2O、0.49Na2O和12.13%烧失量。
进一步说明,所述砖坯底料的水分控制在6.75-7.45%,并且其颗粒粒度控制在20目筛余<1%,40目筛余35~45%,60目筛余80~90%,100目筛余>93%,各目数筛余为累计数值。
通过设定砖坯底料的不同的颗粒粒度的级配,以能够在较薄厚度的底料层的基础上依然能够有效调整砖坯的烧成砖形,并提高砖坯的耐火度和塑性。
进一步说明,所述底料层的烧成后绝对厚度为≤2mm。控制底料层在烧成后的绝对厚度在2mm以下,即控制面料层和底料层之间的占比,以确保砖坯的稳定性的前提下,使有利于后期对底料层的刮平,有效节约生产成本。
进一步说明,所述砖坯底料按照百分比计,包括如下化学组分:63~64%SiO2、23~24%Al2O3、0.1~0.2%Fe2O3、0.12~0.14%TiO2、1.0~1.2%CaO、0.6~0.9%MgO、2.8~3.0%K2O、1.3~1.6%Na2O和6.4~6.6%烧失量。通过采用高铝质泥料增加了砖坯底料中的铝含量,提高底料层的耐火度和塑性,以能够在有效控制整砖的砖形的基础上,进一步降低底料层的厚度,从而实现将底料层充分刮平,有效获得真正面底一致的单面料层的通体砖。
其中,优选所述砖坯底料的化学组分配比,按照百分比计为:63.2%SiO2、23.5%Al2O3、0.15%Fe2O3、0.13%TiO2、1.1%CaO、0.8%MgO、2.9%K2O、1.5%Na2O和6.5%烧失量。
进一步说明,所述花纹面料的颗粒粒度控制在20目筛余<1%,40目筛余34~49%,60目筛余80~92%,100目筛余>95%,各目数筛余为累计数值。通过控制所述花纹面料的不同的颗粒粒度的级配,使其形成的面料层结构更加均匀平整,有效减少烧成后的砖面缺陷,砖形结构更加稳定。
进一步说明,步骤(2)中,在布施花纹面料之前还包括面料二次细化工序,将花纹面料再次经过研磨成细粉料,其颗粒粒度为100目筛余20%-60%。本发明能够有效控制砖形和使砖坯具有较高的耐火度及较好的塑性的基础上,还可以通过将花纹面料进行二次细化,从而进一步使其砖面的图案纹理更加细腻、丰富,烧成后质地均匀稳定,更加接近于真石材效果。
进一步说明,步骤(3)和步骤(4)中之间,还包括砖面装饰工序,将压制成型的砖坯经过干燥,并通过丝网、滚筒或喷墨装饰工艺在砖坯表面增加花纹图案纹理,或者通过甩有少量釉或干粒在砖坯表面增加砖面质感。
利用丝网、辊筒和喷墨装饰工艺或甩釉和干粒的装饰工艺,进一步丰富砖面的装饰效果,同时,也并不再存在因底料层和面料层之间的色差而导致砖面的图案纹理和色彩效果大大降低的情况,从而使砖坯的整体砖面效果更加稳定、丰富自然,质感更加细腻。
进一步说明,所述砖坯底料的布料方式为格栅式布料,所述花纹面料的布料方式为多管布料。将砖坯底料采用格栅进行砖坯底料的布料,以保证其底料层的平整度,采用多管进行花纹面料的布料,以使其形成的图案纹理更加随机多变、自然丰富,从而提高砖面的纹理效果以及后期对底料层的刮平,减少材料的浪费。
进一步说明,步骤(4)中还包括抛光工序,将砖坯的面料层和底料层进行抛光处理,所述抛光处理为全抛、半抛或柔抛中的任意一种。其中,将所述底料层进行刮平后,还可经过抛光处理,来进一步实现单面料层的通体砖的双面使用,可作为一些家具中石材的替代品,用途广泛,例如,用于代替橱柜的门板,同时通过不同类别的抛光处理,来获得不同的砖面效果。

本发明的有益效果:通过在砖坯底料中增加了高铝质泥料,并同时控制其所形成的底料层的厚度,再将能够形成细腻纹理的仿石材效果的花纹面料均匀地布施于底料层上方,从而不仅能够利用其更薄的底料层来有效调节和控制整砖的砖形,以及使砖坯具有较高的耐火度及较好的塑性,而且还可以将烧成后的砖坯的底料层刮平,从而有效获得真正面底一致的单面料层的通体砖,其具有远远优于石材的各项物化性能,以及更接近石材的图案纹理、立体层次感强;并且砖坯底料对其白度要求大大降低,降低砖坯底料的生产成本;该产品可以在家装中作为替代石材的装饰材料,同时也能够成为一些家具中石材的替代品,用途广泛。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1-一种单面料层的通体砖的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将含有25%重量分数的高铝质泥料的砖坯底料采用格栅布施于压机模腔中,形成底料层;
其中,砖坯底料的水分控制在6.75%,并且其颗粒粒度控制在20目筛余<1%,40目筛余35~45%,60目筛余80~90%,100目筛余>93%,各目数筛余为累计数值;
(2)采用多管布料系统在底料层上布施花纹面料,形成面料层;
其中,花纹面料的颗粒粒度控制在20目筛余<1%,40目筛余34~49%,60目筛余80~92%,100目筛余>95%,各目数筛余为累计数值;
(3)压制形成砖坯,且底料层的厚度占砖坯厚度的10%;
(4)入窑烧制后,所述底料层的烧成后绝对厚度为2mm,并将底料层刮平,即可获得单面料层的通体砖1。
实施例2-一种单面料层的通体砖的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将含有40%重量分数的高铝质泥料的砖坯底料采用格栅布施于压机模腔中,形成底料层;
其中,砖坯底料的水分控制在7.45%,并且其颗粒粒度控制在20目筛余<1%,40目筛余35~45%,60目筛余80~90%,100目筛余>93%,各目数筛余为累计数值;
(2)采用多管布料系统在底料层上布施花纹面料,形成面料层;
其中,花纹面料的颗粒粒度控制在20目筛余<1%,40目筛余34~49%,60目筛余80~92%,100目筛余>95%,各目数筛余为累计数值;
(3)压制形成砖坯,且底料层的厚度占砖坯厚度的20%;
(4)将压制成型的砖坯入干燥窑进行干燥,并经过釉线由喷墨装饰工艺在砖坯表面增加花纹图案纹理,通过甩有少量釉在砖坯表面增加砖面质感;
(4)入窑烧制后,所述底料层的烧成后绝对厚度为1.5mm,并将底料层刮平,即可获得单面料层的通体砖2。
实施例3-一种单面料层的通体砖的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将含有35%重量分数的高铝质泥料的砖坯底料采用格栅布施于压机模腔中,形成底料层;
其中,砖坯底料的水分控制在7.05%,并且其颗粒粒度控制在20目筛余<1%,40目筛余35~45%,60目筛余80~90%,100目筛余>93%,各目数筛余为累计数值;
(2)首先将颗粒粒度为20目筛余<1%,40目筛余34~49%,60目筛余80~92%,100目筛余>95%,各目数筛余为累计数值的花纹面料进行二次细化工序,即,将花纹面料再次经过研磨成细粉料,其颗粒粒度为100目筛余20%-60%,再采用多管布料系统在底料层上布施花纹面料,形成面料层;
(3)压制形成砖坯,且底料层的厚度占砖坯厚度的15%;
(4)将压制成型的砖坯入干燥窑进行干燥,并经过釉线由丝网装饰工艺在砖坯表面增加花纹图案纹理,通过甩有少量干粒在砖坯表面增加砖面质感;
(4)入窑烧制后,所述底料层的烧成后绝对厚度为1mm,并将底料层刮平,即可获得单面料层的通体砖3。
实施例4-一种单面料层的通体砖的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将含有38%重量分数的高铝质泥料的砖坯底料采用格栅布施于压机模腔中,形成底料层;
其中,砖坯底料的水分控制在6.95%,并且其颗粒粒度控制在20目筛余<1%,40目筛余35~45%,60目筛余80~90%,100目筛余>93%,各目数筛余为累计数值;
(2)首先将颗粒粒度为20目筛余<1%,40目筛余34~49%,60目筛余80~92%,100目筛余>95%,各目数筛余为累计数值的花纹面料进行二次细化工序,即,将花纹面料再次经过研磨成细粉料,其颗粒粒度为100目筛余20%-60%,再采用多管布料系统在底料层上布施花纹面料,形成面料层;
(3)压制形成砖坯,且底料层的厚度占砖坯厚度的18%;
(4)将压制成型的砖坯入干燥窑进行干燥,并通过甩有少量干粒在砖坯表面增加砖面质感;
(5)入窑烧制后,所述底料层的烧成后绝对厚度为1.3mm,并将底料层刮平,并将砖坯的面料层和底料层进行抛光处理,即可获得单面料层的通体砖4。
对比实施例1-以实施例1为基础,仅改变所述底料层的厚度占砖坯厚度的25%;其余的制备步骤以及实验参数条件均与实施例1相同,获得单面料层的通体砖5。
对比实施例2-以实施例1为基础,仅改变为采用传统的砖坯底料,其余的制备步骤以及实验参数条件均与实施例1相同,获得单面料层的通体砖6。
对比实施例3-以实施例1为基础,仅取消砖坯底料和花纹面料的颗粒级配的设定,砖坯底料的颗粒粒度为80~100目,花纹面料的颗粒粒度为80~100目,其余的制备步骤以及实验参数条件均与实施例1相同,获得单面料层的通体砖7。
将上述的实施1~4和对比实施例1~3分别制备获得的单面料层的通体砖的砖面效果进行测试和观察比对,其结果如下表1所示:

根据上表,将实施例1~4制备获得的单面料层的通体砖与对比实施例1~3相比可以看出,由本发明通过在砖坯底料中增加了高铝质泥料,并同时控制其所形成的底料层的厚度,再将能够形成细腻纹理的仿石材效果的花纹面料均匀地布施于底料层上方,利用其底料层来有效调节和控制整砖的砖形,以及使砖坯具有较高的耐火度及较好的塑性,再将烧成后的砖坯的底料层刮平,从而有效获得具有耐火度和塑性明显增高,砖坯结构稳定,无砖面缺陷的特点的面底一致的单面料层的通体砖,其更接近石材的图案纹理、立体层次感更强。

Claims (7)

1.一种单面料层的通体砖的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)采用含有25%~40%重量分数的高铝质泥料的砖坯底料布施于压机模腔中,形成底料层;所述砖坯底料的水分控制在6.75-7.45%,并且其颗粒粒度控制在20目筛余<1%,40目筛余35~45%,60目筛余80~90%,100目筛余>93%,各目数筛余为累计数值;
(2)在砖坯底料层上布施花纹面料,形成面料层;
(3)压制形成砖坯,且底料层的厚度占砖坯厚度的10~20%;
(4)入窑烧制后,将底料层刮平,即可获得单面料层的通体砖;
所述底料层的烧成后绝对厚度为≤2mm;
所述砖坯底料按照百分比计,包括如下化学组分:63~64%SiO2、23~24%Al2O3、0.1~0.2%Fe2O3、0.12~0.14%TiO2、1.0~1.2%CaO、0.6~0.9%MgO、2.8~3.0%K2O、1.3~1.6%Na2O和6.4~6.6%烧失量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单面料层的通体砖的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述花纹面料的颗粒粒度控制在20目筛余<1%,40目筛余34~49%,60目筛余80~92%,100目筛余>95%,各目数筛余为累计数值。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种单面料层的通体砖的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,在布施花纹面料之前还包括面料二次细化工序,将花纹面料再次经过研磨成细粉料,其颗粒粒度为100目筛余20%-60%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种单面料层的通体砖的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)和步骤(4)中之间,还包括砖面装饰工序,将压制成型的砖坯经过干燥,并通过丝网、滚筒或喷墨装饰工艺在砖坯表面增加花纹图案纹理,或者通过甩有少量釉或干粒在砖坯表面增加砖面质感。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种单面料层的通体砖的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述砖坯底料的布料方式为格栅式布料,所述花纹面料的布料方式为多管布料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种单面料层的通体砖的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(4)中还包括抛光工序,将砖坯的面料层和底料层进行抛光处理,所述抛光处理为全抛、半抛或柔抛中的任意一种。
7.一种由权利要求1~6中任意一项所述的单面料层的通体砖的制备工艺制备得的单面料层的通体砖。
