本发明公开了一种带有三辊轮的涂抹装置，包括涂抹辊和储料箱，所述储料箱上端安安装有加料管，储料箱左端固定有连接柱，连接柱内部安装有蠕动泵，连接柱左端固定有安装板，安装板左端上侧安装有抹匀辊，安装板左侧下端安装有除尘辊，所述涂抹辊通过固定臂固定在安装板上，固定臂对称设置有两个。本发明带有三辊轮的涂抹装置，涂抹均匀，涂抹质量高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂抹装置，具体是一种带有三辊轮的涂抹装置。
背景技术
涂料，在中国传统名称为油漆。所谓涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面，并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜，通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主，添加或不添加颜料、填料，添加相应助剂，用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体。
中国涂料界比较权威的《涂料工艺》一书是这样定义的：“涂料是一种材料，这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面，形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜，又称漆膜或涂层。”
目前给物件表面涂抹涂料时，大多为蘸取涂抹，单次蘸取的量不确定，会导致涂抹的不均匀，涂抹质量低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有三辊轮的涂抹装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种带有三辊轮的涂抹装置，包括涂抹辊和储料箱，所述储料箱前端面上设有玻璃窗，储料箱上端安安装有加料管，储料箱右侧外壁上固定有手指装置，手持装置设置有两个，储料箱左端固定有连接柱，连接柱内部安装有蠕动泵，蠕动泵通过通液管连通储料箱底部，连接柱左端固定有安装板，安装板左端上侧安装有抹匀辊，安装板左侧下端安装有除尘辊，所述涂抹辊通过固定臂固定在安装板上，固定臂对称设置有两个，涂抹辊内部设有进料腔，进料腔四周设有阵列分布的连接管，连接管连通缓料腔，缓料腔外侧的涂抹辊上设有导料层，导料层上设有阵列分布的出料孔，出料孔连通缓料腔，导料层外侧的涂抹辊表面设有一层涂抹海绵垫，涂抹辊上端固定有第二转轴，第二转轴转动固定在固定臂上，涂抹辊下端固定有第一转轴，第一转轴穿插在导料箱内，第一转轴内部设有进料管，进料管上端连通进料腔，进料管下端设有进料口，进料口连通到导料箱内部，导料箱右侧固定在固定臂上，固定臂内部穿插有导料管，导料管左端连通导料箱，导料管右端连接蠕动泵。
作为本发明进一步的方案：所述玻璃窗上设有刻度线。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述加料管上端设有密封盖。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述手持装置上设有握把，握把通过固定杆固定在固定板上，固定板通过支撑柱固定在储料箱上。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述涂抹辊设置在抹匀辊和除尘辊之间。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述导料箱设置呈柱状。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述第一转轴和导料箱通过密封轴承连接固定。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明带有三辊轮的涂抹装置，使用时，原料通过加料管中加入到储料箱内，启动蠕动泵后蠕动泵将储料箱中的原料通过导料管抽到导料箱内，在导料箱内的原料通过进料口进入到进料管内再进入到进料腔内，进料腔内的原料再通过连接管进入到缓料腔内，最后通过导料层和涂抹海绵垫对物件进行涂抹，涂抹辊一边涂抹一边供料，涂抹均匀，同时装置由上而下的涂抹，除尘辊先和物件接触并擦除物件表面的灰尘，抹匀辊在涂抹辊涂抹完后再次将物件表面的原料抹匀，涂抹质量高。

请参阅图1-3，一种带有三辊轮的涂抹装置，包括涂抹辊2和储料箱7，所述储料箱7前端面上设有玻璃窗8，玻璃窗8上设有刻度线，储料箱7上端安安装有加料管10，加料管10上端设有密封盖，储料箱7右侧外壁上固定有手指装置9，手持装置9设置有两个，手持装置9上设有握把，握把通过固定杆固定在固定板上，固定板通过支撑柱固定在储料箱7上，储料箱左端固定有连接柱6，连接柱6内部安装有蠕动泵，蠕动泵通过通液管连通储料箱7底部，连接柱6左端固定有安装板5，安装板5左端上侧安装有抹匀辊1，安装板5左侧下端安装有除尘辊4，所述涂抹辊2通过固定臂3固定在安装板5上，固定臂3对称设置有两个，涂抹辊2设置在抹匀辊1和除尘辊4之间，涂抹辊2内部设有进料腔25，进料腔25四周设有阵列分布的连接管24，连接管24连通缓料腔23，缓料腔23外侧的涂抹辊2上设有导料层22，导料层22上设有阵列分布的出料孔，出料孔22连通缓料腔23，导料层22外侧的涂抹辊2表面设有一层涂抹海绵垫21，涂抹辊2上端固定有第二转轴30，第二转轴30转动固定在固定臂3上，涂抹辊2下端固定有第一转轴27，第一转轴27穿插在导料箱18内，导料箱28设置呈柱状，第一转轴27和导料箱28通过密封轴承连接固定，第一转轴27内部设有进料管26，进料管26上端连通进料腔25，进料管26下端设有进料口，进料口连通到导料箱28内部，导料箱28右侧固定在固定臂3上，固定臂3内部穿插有导料管29，导料管29左端连通导料箱28，导料管右端连接蠕动泵，使用时，原料通过加料管10中加入到储料箱7内，启动蠕动泵后蠕动泵将储料箱7中的原料通过导料管29抽到导料箱28内，在导料箱28内的原料通过进料口进入到进料管26内再进入到进料腔25内，进料腔25内的原料再通过连接管24进入到缓料腔23内，最后通过导料层22和涂抹海绵垫21对物件进行涂抹，涂抹辊2一边涂抹一边供料，涂抹均匀，同时装置由上而下的涂抹，除尘辊4先和物件接触并擦除物件表面的灰尘，抹匀辊1在涂抹辊2涂抹完后再次将物件表面的原料抹匀，涂抹质量高。
本发明的工作原理是：本发明带有三辊轮的涂抹装置，使用时，原料通过加料管中加入到储料箱内，启动蠕动泵后蠕动泵将储料箱中的原料通过导料管抽到导料箱内，在导料箱内的原料通过进料口进入到进料管内再进入到进料腔内，进料腔内的原料再通过连接管进入到缓料腔内，最后通过导料层和涂抹海绵垫对物件进行涂抹，涂抹辊一边涂抹一边供料，涂抹均匀，同时装置由上而下的涂抹，除尘辊先和物件接触并擦除物件表面的灰尘，抹匀辊在涂抹辊涂抹完后再次将物件表面的原料抹匀，涂抹质量高。
本发明带有三辊轮的涂抹装置所使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买，异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制，各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺拴、铆钉、焊接等常规手段，机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中，常规的型号，加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式，在此不再详述。
上面对本发明的较佳实施方式作了详细说明，但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式，在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内，还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

1.一种带有三辊轮的涂抹装置，包括涂抹辊（2）和储料箱（7），其特征在于，所述储料箱（7）前端面上设有玻璃窗（8），储料箱（7）上端安安装有加料管（10），储料箱（7）右侧外壁上固定有手指装置（9），手持装置（9）设置有两个，储料箱左端固定有连接柱（6），连接柱（6）内部安装有蠕动泵，蠕动泵通过通液管连通储料箱（7）底部，连接柱（6）左端固定有安装板（5），安装板（5）左端上侧安装有抹匀辊（1），安装板（5）左侧下端安装有除尘辊（4），所述涂抹辊（2）通过固定臂（3）固定在安装板（5）上，固定臂（3）对称设置有两个，涂抹辊（2）内部设有进料腔（25），进料腔（25）四周设有阵列分布的连接管（24），连接管（24）连通缓料腔（23），缓料腔（23）外侧的涂抹辊（2）上设有导料层（22），导料层（22）上设有阵列分布的出料孔，出料孔（22）连通缓料腔（23），导料层（22）外侧的涂抹辊（2）表面设有一层涂抹海绵垫（21），涂抹辊（2）上端固定有第二转轴（30），第二转轴（30）转动固定在固定臂（3）上，涂抹辊（2）下端固定有第一转轴（27），第一转轴（27）穿插在导料箱（18）内，第一转轴（27）内部设有进料管（26），进料管（26）上端连通进料腔（25），进料管（26）下端设有进料口，进料口连通到导料箱（28）内部，导料箱（28）右侧固定在固定臂（3）上，固定臂（3）内部穿插有导料管（29），导料管（29）左端连通导料箱（28），导料管右端连接蠕动泵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有三辊轮的涂抹装置，其特征在于，所述玻璃窗（8）上设有刻度线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有三辊轮的涂抹装置，其特征在于，所述加料管（10）上端设有密封盖。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有三辊轮的涂抹装置，其特征在于，所述手持装置（9）上设有握把，握把通过固定杆固定在固定板上，固定板通过支撑柱固定在储料箱（7）上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有三辊轮的涂抹装置，其特征在于，所述涂抹辊（2）设置在抹匀辊（1）和除尘辊（4）之间。
