背景技术
棉花是一种重要的农作物,是纺织工业中最主要的天然植物纤维来源棉纤维,用棉纤维织成的棉布具有轻松保暖,柔和贴身、亲肤性好、吸湿性、透气性佳的优点。棉花是重要战略物资,我国的棉花生产长期占据世界首位,棉花消费量也位居世界前列,新疆、山东、河北、湖北是我国几个重要的产棉大区。
棉花作物对土壤的要求不高,因此,在我国棉花的而主要产区均为自然条件相对较恶劣的西北地区,这些地区的水文条件、土壤酸碱度和土壤肥力相对较差,因此棉花的生长需要应对相对严苛的自然环境。为了提高种子的萌发率和抗性,种植供应商通常会在棉籽外包覆各种包衣剂,包衣剂中的主要物质是杀虫剂和除菌剂,这些成分可以降低害虫和病菌对幼苗的伤害,但是不能对种子的抗性进行提升,不能为种苗提供生长所需的营养,也不能提高种子抗盐碱能力。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种提高棉花抗性的包衣种子及其包衣方法;该型包衣种子可以提高棉花种子的萌发率和品种抗性,并且为种苗生长提供充足的营养,提高棉花种苗对盐碱地的耐受性。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种提高棉花抗性的包衣种子,该包衣种子从内至外分别为干燥种子、防渗层、第一包衣层、第二包衣层和第三包衣层;其中,按照质量份数,所述防渗层的成分包括:聚丙烯酸树脂20-25份,水30-35份,煅烧高岭土8-10份,棕榈蜡3-5份,氢化松香4-7份;所述第一包衣层的成分为:甲壳素20-30份,分散剂1-2份,硫酸钾1-2份,磷酸二氢钾1.5-2.5份,钼酸铵0.5-1.3份,植物生长调节剂0.4-0.6份,硫酸亚铁0.1-0.3份,水10-15份;第二包衣层的成分包括:聚谷氨酸15-20份,羟甲基纤维素5-7份,杀菌剂0.2-0.5份,丁硫克百威0.3-0.5份,吡虫啉0.1-0.4份,水6-8份;第三包衣剂的成分包括:聚天冬氨酸35-40份,古龙酸母液5-8份,交联剂1-3份,壳聚糖7-10份,花生壳粉6-8份。

(1)将棕榈蜡和氢化松香加入到反应釜中,加热到60-70℃至物料熔化,将聚丙烯酸树脂和水混合均匀,然后加入到反应釜中,同时将煅烧高岭土加入,将反应釜内的物料混合搅拌,得到所需的防渗层原料,并以40-45℃的温度进行保温;将棉花种籽表面清洁干净并常温干燥至含水率为10-12%,将防渗层原料通过喷膜机喷施在种皮表面,在室温下晾至干燥。
(2)将甲壳素、分散剂、硫酸钾、磷酸二氢钾、钼酸铵、植物生长调节剂、硫酸亚铁和水混合均匀后,得到粘稠状的第一包衣剂;将第一包衣剂均匀涂布在步骤(1)处理后的种子表面,然后经常温晾晒干燥。
(3)将聚谷氨酸、羟甲基纤维素、杀菌剂、丁硫克百威、吡虫啉和水混合均匀,得到粘稠状的第二包衣剂;将第二包衣剂均匀涂布在步骤(2)处理后的种子表面,然后经常温晾晒干燥。
(4)将聚天冬氨酸、古龙酸母液、交联剂和壳聚糖混合后制成粘稠状的混合物,将混合物均匀涂布在种子表面,然后将种子投入到花生壳粉上进行滚涂,将花生壳粉均匀黏着在混合物表面,再经常温晾晒干燥后,得到所需包衣种子。
优选地,该种子包衣的丸粒化倍率为2-2.5倍,其中各层包衣的厚度比为:1:2:2:5。

第一包衣层中主要含有多种植物生长素和肥效物质,在种植过程中,各种物质会随着水溶液浸入到种子内部,促进种子萌芽,并提高种苗的生长抗性,多种肥效物质可以为种苗生长提供所需的营养成分。
第二包衣层主要为多种杀虫和抗菌物质,该成分可以降低害虫和病菌对种苗的影响;第三包衣层的作用是为种苗生长提供适宜的微环境,从而降低盐碱化土壤对中种苗的影响。

(2)将甲壳素、分散剂、硫酸钾、磷酸二氢钾、钼酸铵、植物生长调节剂、硫酸亚铁和水混合均匀后,得到粘稠状的第一包衣剂;将第一包衣剂均匀涂布在步骤(1)处理后的种子表面,然后经常温晾晒干燥。
(3)将聚谷氨酸、羟甲基纤维素、杀菌剂、丁硫克百威、吡虫啉和水混合均匀,得到粘稠状的第二包衣剂;将第二包衣剂均匀涂布在步骤(2)处理后的种子表面,然后经常温晾晒干燥。
(4)将聚天冬氨酸、古龙酸母液、交联剂和壳聚糖混合后制成粘稠状的混合物,将混合物均匀涂布在种子表面,然后将种子投入到花生壳粉上进行滚涂,将花生壳粉均匀黏着在混合物表面,再经常温晾晒干燥后,得到所需包衣种子。
其中,该种子包衣的丸粒化倍率为2倍,其中各层包衣的厚度比为:1:2:2:5。
实施例2
一种提高棉花抗性的包衣种子,该包衣种子从内至外分别为干燥种子、防渗层、第一包衣层、第二包衣层和第三包衣层;其中,按照质量份数,所述防渗层的成分包括:聚丙烯酸树脂25份,水35份,煅烧高岭土10份,棕榈蜡5份,氢化松香7份;所述第一包衣层的成分为:甲壳素30份,分散剂2份,硫酸钾2份,磷酸二氢钾2.5份,钼酸铵1.3份,植物生长调节剂0.6份,硫酸亚铁0.3份,水15份;第二包衣层的成分包括:聚谷氨酸20份,羟甲基纤维素7份,杀菌剂0.5份,丁硫克百威0.5份,吡虫啉0.4份,水8份;第三包衣剂的成分包括:聚天冬氨酸40份,古龙酸母液8份,交联剂3份,壳聚糖10份,花生壳粉8份。
其中,本实施例中的分散剂为聚乙烯醇;植物生长调节剂中含有赤霉素、多效唑和吲哚乙酸,三者的质量比为3:1:3。杀菌剂为福美双和甲霜灵的混合物。古龙酸母液为维生素C生物发酵工艺中的废弃物;花生壳粉的细度为40-50μm。
本发明提供的包衣种子的包衣方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将棕榈蜡和氢化松香加入到反应釜中,加热到70℃至物料熔化,将聚丙烯酸树脂和水混合均匀,然后加入到反应釜中,同时将煅烧高岭土加入,将反应釜内的物料混合搅拌,得到所需的防渗层原料,并以45℃的温度进行保温;将棉花种籽表面清洁干净并常温干燥至含水率为10-12%,将防渗层原料通过喷膜机喷施在种皮表面,在室温下晾至干燥。
(2)将甲壳素、分散剂、硫酸钾、磷酸二氢钾、钼酸铵、植物生长调节剂、硫酸亚铁和水混合均匀后,得到粘稠状的第一包衣剂;将第一包衣剂均匀涂布在步骤(1)处理后的种子表面,然后经常温晾晒干燥。
(3)将聚谷氨酸、羟甲基纤维素、杀菌剂、丁硫克百威、吡虫啉和水混合均匀,得到粘稠状的第二包衣剂;将第二包衣剂均匀涂布在步骤(2)处理后的种子表面,然后经常温晾晒干燥。
(4)将聚天冬氨酸、古龙酸母液、交联剂和壳聚糖混合后制成粘稠状的混合物,将混合物均匀涂布在种子表面,然后将种子投入到花生壳粉上进行滚涂,将花生壳粉均匀黏着在混合物表面,再经常温晾晒干燥后,得到所需包衣种子。
其中,该种子包衣的丸粒化倍率为2.5倍,其中各层包衣的厚度比为:1:2:2:5。
实施例3
一种提高棉花抗性的包衣种子,该包衣种子从内至外分别为干燥种子、防渗层、第一包衣层、第二包衣层和第三包衣层;其中,按照质量份数,防渗层的成分包括:聚丙烯酸树脂22份,煅烧高岭土9份,棕榈蜡4份,氢化松香5份;所述第一包衣层的成分为:甲壳素25份,硫酸钾1.5份,磷酸二氢钾1.9份,钼酸铵0.8份,植物生长调节剂0.5份,硫酸亚铁0.2份,水11份;第二包衣层的成分包括:聚谷氨酸17份,羟甲基纤维素6份,杀菌剂0.4份,丁硫克百威0.4份,吡虫啉0.3份,水7份;第三包衣剂的成分包括:聚天冬氨酸38份,古龙酸母液7份,交联剂2份,壳聚糖9份,花生壳粉7份。
其中,本实施例中的分散剂为聚乙烯醇;植物生长调节剂中含有赤霉素、多效唑和吲哚乙酸,三者的质量比为3:1:3。杀菌剂为代森锰锌和甲霜灵的混合物。古龙酸母液为维生素C生物发酵工艺中的废弃物;花生壳粉的细度为40-50μm。
本发明提供的包衣种子的包衣方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将棕榈蜡和氢化松香加入到反应釜中,加热到65℃至物料熔化,将聚丙烯酸树脂和水混合均匀,然后加入到反应釜中,同时将煅烧高岭土加入,将反应釜内的物料混合搅拌,得到所需的防渗层原料,并以43℃的温度进行保温;将棉花种籽表面清洁干净并常温干燥至含水率为10-12%,将防渗层原料通过喷膜机喷施在种皮表面,在室温下晾至干燥。
(2)将甲壳素、分散剂、硫酸钾、磷酸二氢钾、钼酸铵、植物生长调节剂、硫酸亚铁和水混合均匀后,得到粘稠状的第一包衣剂;将第一包衣剂均匀涂布在步骤(1)处理后的种子表面,然后经常温晾晒干燥。
(3)将聚谷氨酸、羟甲基纤维素、杀菌剂、丁硫克百威、吡虫啉和水混合均匀,得到粘稠状的第二包衣剂;将第二包衣剂均匀涂布在步骤(2)处理后的种子表面,然后经常温晾晒干燥。
(4)将聚天冬氨酸、古龙酸母液、交联剂和壳聚糖混合后制成粘稠状的混合物,将混合物均匀涂布在种子表面,然后将种子投入到花生壳粉上进行滚涂,将花生壳粉均匀黏着在混合物表面,再经常温晾晒干燥后,得到所需包衣种子。
其中,该种子包衣的丸粒化倍率为2倍,其中各层包衣的厚度比为:1:2:2:5。

1.一种提高棉花抗性的包衣种子,其特征在于:所述包衣种子从内至外分别为干燥种子、防渗层、第一包衣层、第二包衣层和第三包衣层;其中,按照质量份数,所述防渗层的成分包括:聚丙烯酸树脂20-25份,水30-35份,煅烧高岭土8-10份,棕榈蜡3-5份,氢化松香4-7份;所述第一包衣层的成分为:甲壳素20-30份,分散剂1-2份,硫酸钾1-2份,磷酸二氢钾1.5-2.5份,钼酸铵0.5-1.3份,植物生长调节剂0.4-0.6份,硫酸亚铁0.1-0.3份,水10-15份;第二包衣层的成分包括:聚谷氨酸15-20份,羟甲基纤维素5-7份,杀菌剂0.2-0.5份,丁硫克百威0.3-0.5份,吡虫啉0.1-0.4份,水6-8份;第三包衣剂的成分包括:聚天冬氨酸35-40份,古龙酸母液5-8份,交联剂1-3份,壳聚糖7-10份,花生壳粉6-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种提高棉花抗性的包衣种子,其特征在于:按照质量份数,所述防渗层的成分包括:聚丙烯酸树脂22份,煅烧高岭土9份,棕榈蜡4份,氢化松香5份;所述第一包衣层的成分为:甲壳素25份,硫酸钾1.5份,磷酸二氢钾1.9份,钼酸铵0.8份,植物生长调节剂0.5份,硫酸亚铁0.2份,水11份;第二包衣层的成分包括:聚谷氨酸17份,羟甲基纤维素6份,杀菌剂0.4份,丁硫克百威0.4份,吡虫啉0.3份,水7份;第三包衣剂的成分包括:聚天冬氨酸38份,古龙酸母液7份,交联剂2份,壳聚糖9份,花生壳粉7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种提高棉花抗性的包衣种子,其特征在于:所述分散剂为聚乙烯醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种提高棉花抗性的包衣种子,其特征在于:所述植物生长调节剂中含有赤霉素、多效唑和吲哚乙酸,三者的质量比为3:1:3。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种提高棉花抗性的包衣种子,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂为多菌灵、代森锰锌、福美双和甲霜灵中的一种或多种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种提高棉花抗性的包衣种子,其特征在于:所述古龙酸母液为维生素C生物发酵工艺中的废弃物。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种提高棉花抗性的包衣种子,其特征在于:所述花生壳粉的细度为40-50μm。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种提高棉花抗性的包衣种子,其特征在于:所述包衣种子的包衣方法包括以下步骤:

(4)将聚天冬氨酸、古龙酸母液、交联剂和壳聚糖混合后制成粘稠状的混合物,将混合物均匀涂布在种子表面,然后将种子投入到花生壳粉上进行滚涂,将花生壳粉均匀黏着在混合物表面,再经常温晾晒干燥后,得到所需包衣种子。
9.根据权利要求8所述一种提高棉花抗性的包衣种子的包衣方法,其特征在于:所述种子包衣的丸粒化倍率为2-2.5倍,其中各层包衣的厚度比为:1:2:2:5。
