Abstract
发明涉及投影灯设计领域,尤其涉及一种新型投影灯,包括安装架、透镜和散热器,透镜和散热架分别固定在安装架的两侧,散热器上固定有近光LED线路板、反射镜、挡板和远光LED线路板,挡板包括平板和反射碗,反射碗固定在平板的一侧板面,平板的一侧边缘为凹弧形反射面,当近光LED线路板通电时,近光LED线路板发出的光线经反射镜反射至反射面处,再通过透镜形成近光截止线;当远光LED线路板通电时,远光LED线路板发出的光线经反射碗反射至透镜形成远光图案。本发明将反射镜和挡板集为一体,使得同一个投影灯能够实现远、近光功能,使用较为方便,远、近光功能集成在一个投影灯中,大大减小体积,重量较低且加工成本较低。

技术领域
本发明涉及投影灯设计领域,尤其涉及一种新型投影灯。
背景技术
随着LED光源在汽车灯具中的大规模使用,LED前灯也逐渐在前灯市场中占据一席之地,并以较快的速度增长,其中,LED前灯投影灯作为LED前灯的核心模块,其设计方法也受到越来越多车灯企业及主机厂的关注与重视。现有技术中存在的投影灯的体积较大,重量较重,且成本较高,不能满足生产需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种体积较小、重量较低且加工成本较低的新型投影灯。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型投影灯,包括安装架、透镜和散热器,透镜和散热架分别固定在安装架的两侧,散热器上固定有近光LED线路板、反射镜、挡板和远光LED线路板,挡板包括平板和反射碗,反射碗固定在平板的一侧板面,平板的一侧边缘为凹弧形反射面,当近光LED线路板通电时,近光LED线路板发出的光线经反射镜反射至反射面处,再通过透镜形成近光截止线;当远光LED线路板通电时,远光LED线路板发出的光线经反射碗反射至透镜形成远光图案。
优选的,所述挡板的整个外表面覆盖铝层。
进一步的,所述反射面所在的平板边缘处的厚度在0.2mm以内。
有益效果:本发明将反射镜和挡板集为一体,使得同一个投影灯能够实现远、近光功能,当需要近光时,接通近光LED线路板,近光LED线路板发出的光线经反射镜反射至反射面处,再通过透镜形成近光截止线;当需要远光时,接通远光LED线路板,远光LED线路板发出的光线经反射碗反射至透镜形成远光图案,使用较为方便,远、近光功能集成在一个投影灯中,大大减小体积,重量较低且加工成本较低。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1-4,对本发明作进一步的描述。
一种新型投影灯,包括安装架10、透镜20和散热器30,透镜20和散热架30分别固定在安装架10的两侧,散热器30上固定有近光LED线路板40、反射镜50、挡板60和远光LED线路板70,挡板60包括平板61和反射碗62,反射碗62固定在平板61的一侧板面,平板61的一侧边缘为凹弧形反射面611,当近光LED线路板40通电时,近光LED线路板40发出的光线经反射镜50反射至反射面611处,再通过透镜20形成近光截止线;当远光LED线路板70通电时,远光LED线路板70发出的光线经反射碗62反射至透镜20形成远光图案。本发明将反射镜50和挡板60集为一体,使得同一个投影灯能够实现远、近光功能,当需要近光时,接通近光LED线路板40,近光LED线路板40发出的光线经反射镜50反射至反射面611处,再通过透镜20形成近光截止线;当需要远光时,接通远光LED线路板70,远光LED线路板70发出的光线经反射碗62反射至透镜20形成远光图案,使用较为方便,远、近光功能集成在一个投影灯中,大大减小体积,重量较低且加工成本较低。
优选的方案:所述挡板60的整个外表面覆盖铝层,提高挡板60的反射率以提高投影灯的光学效率。
进一步的,所述反射面611所在的平板61边缘处的厚度在0.2mm以内。保证最佳的反射效果。

1.一种新型投影灯,其特征在于:包括安装架(10)、透镜(20)和散热器(30),透镜(20)和散热架(30)分别固定在安装架(10)的两侧,散热器(30)上固定有近光LED线路板(40)、反射镜(50)、挡板(60)和远光LED线路板(70),挡板(60)包括平板(61)和反射碗(62),反射碗(62)固定在平板(61)的一侧板面,平板(61)的一侧边缘为凹弧形反射面(611),当近光LED线路板(40)通电时,近光LED线路板(40)发出的光线经反射镜(50)反射至反射面(611)处,再通过透镜(20)形成近光截止线;当远光LED线路板(70)通电时,远光LED线路板(70)发出的光线经反射碗(62)反射至透镜(20)形成远光图案。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型投影灯,其特征在于:所述挡板(60)的整个外表面覆盖铝层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型投影灯,其特征在于:所述反射面(611)所在的平板(61)边缘处的厚度在0.2mm以内。
