本发明涉及合成革技术领域,尤其涉及一种除嗅透气合成革,所述除嗅透气合成革由除嗅基布和复合超细纤维面层组成,所述复合超细纤维面层内部设有若干个相互平行的透气单元。本发明采用吸附中药成分的无纺布做除嗅基布,具有除嗅、抗菌保健的作用;采用聚酰胺超细纤维和水性聚氨酯为主料,结合圆锥型的透气单元,协同增强复合超细纤维面层的透气性能;在复合超细纤维面层中引入纳米二氧化钛,使得除嗅透气合成革具有一定的抗老化和纳米抗菌自清洁作用;不含挥发性添加剂,绿色环保,功能性强。

一种除嗅透气合成革
技术领域
本发明涉及合成革技术领域,尤其涉及一种透湿率高、具有自清洁作用的除嗅透气合成革。
背景技术
皮革产品分为天然与人造合成,天然的皮革主要来自动物,人造合成皮革主要包括PVG革、PU湿法革以及超纤革,并且随着经济的快速增长和人们生活水平的不断提高,对皮革的需求量越来越大。天然皮革由于具有优良的天然特性被人们广泛用于生产日用品和工业品,但随着世界人口的增长,人类对皮革的需求倍增,数量有限的天然皮革早已不能满足人们这种需求。为解决这一矛盾,科学家们几十年前即开始研究开发人造革、合成皮革,以弥补天然皮革的不足。PVC皮革存在着硬度大、弹性差、不可洗、不环保、不透气、含增塑剂等劣势,不能满足人们对皮革更高的环保、健康的要求,而超纤革正处于研发实验阶段,价格比较高,因此日趋完善的PU湿法革生产技术与成本适中、透气环保革就逐渐受人们的青睐。但是,合成革的透湿性能一直没有得到很好的解决,特别是在炎热潮湿的条件下,对合成革的透湿性能有着较高的要求,透湿性太差易产生异味,影响用户体验。
目前行业正在推行《人造革合成革III型环境标志技术标准》、《人造革合成革清洁生产标准》和《生态合成革标志认证》等标准。人造革、合成革行业面临的任务是要进一步发展少污染、零污染、减污染的仿真皮革技术;进一步减少资源浪费、能源消耗,促进生态平衡;同时依靠业内专家推动行业实现健康、可持续的循环经济发展。中国专利文献上公开了“有香味的耐寒合成革”,其公告号为CN104947439A,该发明在合成革基层和面层之间设置有耐寒夹层,通过粘合剂将微香囊固定在基层的空隙内,并通过香味控制层控制微香囊内香味的挥发,能保证合成革的香味的持久性。但是,该发明并未解决合成革透气性差、不环保等问题。
发明内容
本发明为了克服传统合成革透气性差、不环保的问题,提供了一种透湿率高、具有自清洁作用的除嗅透气合成革。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种除嗅透气合成革,所述除嗅透气合成革由除嗅基布和复合超细纤维面层组成,所述复合超细纤维面层内部设有若干个相互平行的透气单元。
本发明通过在合成革的结构上设计若干透气单元,解决了传统合成革透气性差的问题,采用除嗅基布则有效的吸附异味,避免合成革由于透湿性差产生异味的不良体验。
作为优选,所述透气单元为两端开口的圆锥形结构,所述圆锥形结构的轴线垂直于除嗅基布,其底面开口端朝向除嗅基布的一侧。
本发明的透气单元为圆锥形结构,且其开口端朝向除嗅基布,使得复合超细纤维面层在确保表面致密性良好的情况下,增强了透气性。上窄下宽的透气单元设计,还可以起到防尘、防水的功效。
作为优选,所述除嗅基布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照以下重量份配比称取原料:苦参20~50份,鱼腥草30~60份,千里光50~65份和冰片1~2份;
(2)将上述原料进行提炼,将无纺布浸渍其中,风干处理;
(3)将风干的无纺布压制成0.2~0.5mm厚的除嗅基布。
本发明除嗅透气合成革中除嗅基布为无纺布,不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,其主要成分聚丙烯切片不吸水,含水率零,成品拨水性佳,由100%纤维组成具多孔性,透气性佳,易保持布面干爽、易洗涤,无毒、无刺激性,不含其他化学成分,性能稳定,无毒、无异味,绿色环保,不刺激皮肤。此外,除嗅基布中浸润有苦参,鱼腥草,千里光和冰片等中药成分,具有杀菌、除嗅的保健作用。
作为优选,步骤(3)中,压制成型的温度为120~150℃,压力为5~15MPa。
作为优选,所述复合超细纤维面层由以下重量份的原料制成:聚酰胺超细纤维50~80份,水性聚氨酯70~90份和纳米二氧化钛15~20份。
本发明除嗅透气合成革的复合超细纤维面层主要由聚酰胺超细纤维和水性聚氨酯组成,其中,水性聚氨酯是以水代替有机溶剂作为分散介质的新型聚氨酯体系,具有无污染、安全可靠、机械性能优良、相容性好、易于改性等优点。两者构成合成革主要面层的原理为:在面层结构中,聚酰胺超细纤维三维交联在一起,起到骨架和支撑作用,形成类似于真皮胶原纤维的结构,分布在聚酰胺超细纤维四周的是水性聚氨酯,它使整个合成革面层形成一个整体,并具备了许多优异的功能。水性聚氨酯在革体中不是简单的填充,而是具有许多圆形的、针形的发泡结构,整体呈立体网状结构。其发沟结构交错连通,形成微细的通透结构,使得本发明的除嗅透气合成革具有优异的透气透湿性能。
作为优选,所述聚酰胺超细纤维的直径为2~5μm。
作为优选,所述纳米二氧化钛的粒径为10~25nm。
本发明在复合超细纤维面层中加入适量的粒径为10~25nm的纳米二氧化钛,一方面具有杀菌性能,另一方面纳米二氧化钛具有催化性能,在紫外光下能够催化空气中的氧气产生超氧自由基,利用纳米二氧化钛的光催化技术,对空气中的有害气体有高效的分解和消除作用,并能降低分解紫外线的辐射,使本发明除嗅透气合成革的抗老化能力增强,同时具有纳米抗菌自清洁效果,起到防霉、除菌、除湿的作用。
因此,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)采用吸附中药成分的无纺布做除嗅基布,具有除嗅、抗菌保健的作用;
(2)采用聚酰胺超细纤维和水性聚氨酯为主料,结合圆锥型的透气单元,协同增强复合超细纤维面层的透气性能;
(3)在复合超细纤维面层中引入纳米二氧化钛,使得除嗅透气合成革具有一定的抗老化和纳米抗菌自清洁作用;
(4)不含挥发性添加剂,绿色环保,功能性强。

下面通过具体实施例,并结合图1,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
在本发明中,若非特指,所有设备和原料均可从市场购得或是本行业常用的,下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域常规方法。
实施例1
一种除嗅透气合成革,除嗅基布1和复合超细纤维面层2组成,复合超细纤维面层内部设有若干个相互平行的圆锥形结构的透气单元3,圆锥形结构的轴线垂直于除嗅基布,其底面开口端4朝向除嗅基布的一侧;复合超细纤维面层由以下配比的原料制成:聚酰胺超细纤维(平均直径为2μm)50g,水性聚氨酯70g和纳米二氧化钛(平均粒径为10nm)15g;
其中,除嗅基布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照以下配比称取原料:苦参20g,鱼腥草30g,千里光50g和冰片1g;
(2)将上述原料进行提炼,将无纺布浸渍其中,风干处理;
(3)将风干的无纺布在120℃,15MPa压力条件下压制成0.2mm厚的除嗅基布。
实施例2
一种除嗅透气合成革,除嗅基布1和复合超细纤维面层2组成,复合超细纤维面层内部设有若干个相互平行的圆锥形结构的透气单元3,圆锥形结构的轴线垂直于除嗅基布,其底面开口端4朝向除嗅基布的一侧;复合超细纤维面层由以下配比的原料制成:聚酰胺超细纤维(平均直径为5μm)80g,水性聚氨酯90g和纳米二氧化钛(平均粒径为25nm)20g;
其中,除嗅基布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照以下配比称取原料:苦参50g,鱼腥草60g,千里光65g和冰片2g;
(2)将上述原料进行提炼,将无纺布浸渍其中,风干处理;
(3)将风干的无纺布在150℃,5MPa压力条件下压制成0.5mm厚的除嗅基布。
实施例3
一种除嗅透气合成革,除嗅基布1和复合超细纤维面层2组成,复合超细纤维面层内部设有若干个相互平行的圆锥形结构的透气单元3,圆锥形结构的轴线垂直于除嗅基布,其底面开口端4朝向除嗅基布的一侧;复合超细纤维面层由以下配比的原料制成:聚酰胺超细纤维(平均直径为5μm)70g,水性聚氨酯80g和纳米二氧化钛(平均粒径为20nm)18g;
其中,除嗅基布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照以下配比称取原料:苦参40g,鱼腥草50g,千里光60g和冰片1.5g;
(2)将上述原料进行提炼,将无纺布浸渍其中,风干处理;
(3)将风干的无纺布在130℃,10MPa压力条件下压制成0.4mm厚的除嗅基布。
对比例
对比例采用市售聚氨酯合成革。
对实施例1-3的除嗅透气合成革和对比例的市售聚氨酯合成革的性能指标做检测,结果如表1所示:

自清洁性
由表1可以看出,本发明的除嗅透气合成革相对于市售聚氨酯合成革具有优异的透湿率和透气性能,剥离强度高,具有一定的自清洁性,功能性增强。
本发明采用吸附中药成分的无纺布做除嗅基布,具有除嗅、抗菌保健的作用;采用聚酰胺超细纤维和水性聚氨酯为主料,结合圆锥型的透气单元,协同增强复合超细纤维面层的透气性能;在复合超细纤维面层中引入纳米二氧化钛,使得除嗅透气合成革具有一定的抗老化和纳米抗菌自清洁作用;不含挥发性添加剂,绿色环保,功能性强。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种除嗅透气合成革,其特征在于,所述除嗅基布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照以下重量份配比称取原料:苦参20~50份,鱼腥草30~60份,千里光50~65份和冰片1~2份;
(2)将上述原料进行提炼,将无纺布浸渍其中,风干处理;
(3)将风干的无纺布压制成0.2~0.5mm厚的除嗅基布。
