Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种将操作介质与纸浆悬浮液在料室中混合的设备。为了稀释或其它的处理,操作介质可由基本上呈流体状态的液体和化学药品组成。
在各种纸浆加工中,操作介质与纸浆的持久连续作用和成比例的混合物对获得满意的结果起极其重要的决定因素。
在已知的设备中,操作介质在纸浆料室的下部进行混合。此混合设备包括一推进器,它通过喷咀将纸浆加速到高的速率,因而连续不断地将周围的纸浆吸收进来。当纸浆被吸入混合设备之前,先将操作介质加到纸浆中。不过,料室中的高纸浆浓度,例如浓度12%,意味着一有关实现连续掺和的问题。为了缓解这个问题,料室已作了设计成具有一缩小尺寸的下部区域,可是,这将引起加工容量的减少,以及更为复杂和更为昂贵的料室结构。由于不完全的掺合技术,因此这种结构布置还需要更多的能量。
依照本发明,上述问题借助于加进操作介质并集中地将其分配而得以消除,并且将改善纸浆的流动。混合的结果得到了改善,同时使能量消耗减至最小。本发明的特有特点从所附的权利要求书中会明显的看到。
以下,结合本发明,实施例所示的附图,对本发明作出十分详细描述。
图1是一根据本发明混合设备的一截面视图;
图2是一根据图1的Ⅱ-Ⅱ线所作的剖视图;
图3是一本发明的可替换实施例的视图。
在图1中,混合设备包括一带法兰盘2的锥形壳体1,该壳体被安装在纸浆悬浮液料室的下部,而在料室中混合操作介质和纸浆悬浮液。壳体1包括一带有连接件13的供给室3,操作介质是通过连接件而被引入的。在壳体1中,装有一由轴承座9支承的转轴6,转轴通过密封件4而延伸入料室中。转轴6由位于料室外面的电机(图中未画出)加以驱动。在转轴6的另一端装有一和轮毂7组成一体的推进器12。在最接近推进器轮毂7的位置的壳体内部设有一总稀释室5,该稀释室通过通道14与供给室3连通。稀释室5设有一面向转毂的环状开孔15。在壳体1和轮毂7之间则形成一间隙8,此间隙可通过轴向移动转轴6加以调整的。间隙最好具有圆周的360°。
密封件4实质上为一种机械密封部件,按与稀释室与直接连接的方式设置,因此密封件4不会与纸浆悬浮液接触,从而避免堵塞现象。
在配有法兰盘2的锥形壳体1上,装有若干导向杆10。导向杆10基本上呈放射状(径向)的且形成喷咀11的支持架,它们位于推进器12的周围且分别地含有一收敛的入口和出口部以及一基本上圆柱形的中心部。最好,导向杆数量至少有8根,按下述的方式,即导向杆沿着喷咀11的整个长度延伸,使导向杆10的外径与喷咀11的入口直径符合一致。在喷咀11的圆柱形部分中,导向杆10的内径是不变的。推进器12的翼和导向杆之间的间距为10-15毫米。
操作介质通过供给室3引入到稀释室5,又从稀释室将操作介质分布到可调节间隙8的各处。当浮液道过推进器12的作用以高的速率流过间隙8外侧的混合区时,离开间隙8出口处的操作介质和纸浆悬浮液混合。在那里,纸浆悬浮液的流速基本上大于操作介质的流速。混合作用是通过(借助于)对着导向杆10的推进器12的翼而产生的。
导向杆10防止了相对于喷咀11而言,纸浆在入口中的顺流转动。因而,纸浆基本上一直按层流流入间隙8。由于转动,以高速率离开喷咀11的纸浆流具有较大的注入长度,也增加了通流,这导致十分有效的混合。
依照图3的实施例中,若干孔16,例如4-8个,是通过轮毂7所设置的。此外,一第二间隙17被安排在推进器12的翼前的轮毂中。在这个实施例中,操作介质的一部分流量流经轮毂7中的孔16向外流经间隙17,它按照流动方向与在推进器12的后面的,纸浆悬浮液混合。这种实施例对某些装置是有益的。另外,轮毂中不设第二间隙,而可在那里设置若干孔。
混合最好在混合区的纸浆浓度为1-8%下进行,混合作业的能量输入可限定为0.5-1.5千瓦/米3纸浆。混合区的掺和速率可以为1-3米/秒。
本发明不限于所示的实施例,而可以在本发明的概念范围内加以变化。

Claims (6)

1、一种操作介质与纸浆悬浮液在料室中混合的设备,该设备用于固定在料室壁上并包括一锥形壳体(1)和一转轴(6),在转轴上装有一具有轮毂(7)的推进器(12),该推进器由加速室中的纸浆流量的喷咀(11)所围住,其特征在于壳体(1)还包括一操作介质的稀释室(5)和一相对于轮毂(7)的开孔(15),以及在喷咀(11)进入口端中的轮毂(7)和壳体(1)之间设有一将操作介质供给予纸浆悬浮液的间隙(8)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于间隙(8)在整个圆周的各处延伸。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于穿过料室壁的转轴16的密封件(4)处于与稀释室(5)直接连接的位置,而不与纸浆悬浮液接触。
4、根据前面权利要求任一项所述的设备,其特征在于导向杆(10)被设置在间隙(8)和推进器(12)外侧的喷咀(11)中,同时导向杆构成喷咀(11)的支持架。
5、根据前面权利要求任一项所述的设备,其特征在于间隙(8)可通过转轴(6)的轴向移动而予以调节。
6、根据前面权利要求任一项所述的设备,其特征在于考虑到流动方向,通过轮毂(7)而设置的若干孔(16)是用于操作介质的一部分流量供给予推进器(12)叶片后的纸浆悬浮液。
