本发明公开了一种金属密封固定球阀密封副无相对运动的阀座脱离结构,包括阀体、球体、阀座和传动盘,阀体中腔具有安装口,球体下端通过圆轴与阀体进行固定连接,阀体的进出口分别设有浮动式阀座,阀座通过弹簧提供预紧力与球体间形成密封,球体上下端面加工有正方形轴,两个传动盘上加工有正方形槽,轴孔之间形成配合,并通过螺钉固定于球体上,传动盘结构为圆盘状,并在两端进行切割,圆盘边线全部倒圆,且在直线部分与圆弧边线相交处倒大圆弧,两个传动盘分别安装于球体上下两个端面上,将球体安装于阀体内时,传动盘的侧平面在球体关闭位置上能正对阀座。本发明的传动盘与阀座间接触面积小,摩擦力小,保护密封副无损伤提高使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀座脱离结构。
背景技术
目前现有大部分固定式金属密封球阀,阀门在启闭过程中,球体与阀座密封面始终相互接触,密封副的启闭摩擦力大,对密封副磨损大,密封性能差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是现有的金属密封球阀的密封副的启闭摩擦力大,对密封副磨损大,密封性能差。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种金属密封固定球阀密封副无相对运动的阀座脱离结构,包括阀体、球体、阀座和传动盘,阀体中腔具有安装口,球体下端通过圆轴与阀体进行固定连接,阀体的进出口分别设有浮动式阀座,阀座通过弹簧提供预紧力与球体间形成密封,球体上下端面加工有正方形轴,两个传动盘上加工有正方形槽,轴孔之间形成配合,并固定于球体上,传动盘结构为圆盘状,并在两端进行切割,圆盘边线全部倒圆,且在直线部分与圆弧边线相交处倒大圆弧,两个传动盘分别安装于球体上下两个端面上,将球体安装于阀体内时,传动盘的侧平面在球体关闭位置上能正对阀座。当阀门开启时,球体带动传动盘一起转动,传动盘由侧平面转向圆弧面,传动盘通过圆弧面顶出阀座,这样阀门在开启过程中,阀座与球体间将形成无摩擦运动。

本发明的金属密封固定球阀密封副无相对运动的阀座脱离结构的阀门在启闭过程中,由于传动盘已顶出阀座,因此球体和阀座将形成无摩擦运动,密封面之间磨损少,密封性能可靠,特别适用于高温高压蒸汽工况。传动盘与阀座间接触面积小,摩擦力小,因此可以降低阀门在启闭过程中的操作扭矩,并保护密封副无损伤提高使用寿命。

图1示出了本发明的实施方式,一种金属密封固定球阀密封副无相对运动的阀座脱离结构,包括阀体、球体、阀座和传动盘,阀体中腔具有安装口,球体下端通过圆轴与阀体进行固定连接,阀体的进出口分别设有浮动式阀座,阀座通过弹簧提供预紧力与球体间形成密封,球体上下端面加工有正方形轴,两个传动盘上加工有正方形槽,轴孔之间形成配合,并通过螺钉固定于球体上,传动盘结构为圆盘状,并在两端进行切割,圆盘边线全部倒圆,且在直线部分与圆弧边线相交处倒大圆弧,两个传动盘分别安装于球体上下两个端面上,将球体安装于阀体内时,传动盘的侧平面在球体关闭位置上能正对阀座。当阀门开启时,球体带动传动盘一起转动,传动盘由侧平面转向圆弧面,传动盘通过圆弧面顶出阀座,这样阀门在开启过程中,阀座与球体间将形成无摩擦运动。

1.一种金属密封固定球阀密封副无相对运动的阀座脱离结构,包括阀体、球体、阀座,其特征在于:阀体中腔具有安装口,球体下端通过圆轴与阀体进行固定连接,阀体的进出口分别设有浮动式阀座,阀座通过弹簧提供预紧力与球体间形成密封,球体上下端面加工有正方形轴,两个传动盘上加工有正方形槽,轴孔之间形成配合,并固定于球体上,传动盘结构为圆盘状,并在两端进行切割,圆盘边线全部倒圆,且在直线部分与圆弧边线相交处倒大圆弧,两个传动盘分别安装于球体上下两个端面上,将球体安装于阀体内时,传动盘的侧平面在球体关闭位置上能正对阀座;当阀门开启时,球体带动传动盘一起转动,传动盘由侧平面转向圆弧面,传动盘通过圆弧面顶出阀座,这样阀门在开启过程中,阀座与球体间形成无摩擦运动。
