本发明公开了一种高性能抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布的加工工艺,涉及无纺布加工技术领域,包括如下操作步骤:(1)羧基化聚丙烯的制备,(2)聚丙烯的抗菌改性,(3)纤维网的加工,(4)无纺布成型。本发明所制丙纶纺粘无纺布不仅具有显著的抗菌性能,同时抗菌性能稳定,抗菌时效长;并且所制丙纶纺粘无纺布的力学强度高,透气性好,对人体无毒无害,适用于加工制成手术衣帽、床单、尿垫、隔离服、探访服等医疗卫生用品。

技术领域:
本发明涉及无纺布加工技术领域,具体涉及一种高性能抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布的加工工艺。
背景技术:
丙纶纺粘无纺布,是无纺布的一种,是用聚丙烯为原料,经过高温拉丝聚合成网,然后再用热轧法黏合成布的一种。由于工艺流程简单、产量大、对人体无毒无害,目前被广泛应用卫生材料等各种领域。
由于丙纶纺粘无纺布多用于卫生材料的加工,为了提高卫生材料的使用安全性,需要丙纶纺粘无纺布具有抗菌性能。但丙纶纺粘无纺布的加工材料聚丙烯本身并不具备抗菌作用,因此目前市场上的抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布大部分采用化学方式、光触媒或纳米银离子处理技术进行抗菌加工,但各自存在不足:化学方式虽可抗菌,但大部分化学制剂本身易对人体造成伤害;光触媒虽安全有效,但成本较高;纳米银虽有抑菌能力,但抗菌能力较弱。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种有利于提高无纺布使用安全性且抗菌效果显著、抗菌性能稳定的高性能抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布的加工工艺。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种高性能抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布的加工工艺,包括如下操作步骤:
(1)羧基化聚丙烯的制备:将聚丙烯粉末和硝酸充分混合,再加热至130℃保温搅拌反应,反应结束后将所得混合物自然冷却至室温,并经水洗除去硝酸,最后经真空干燥、粉碎制成粉末,即得羧基化聚丙烯;
(2)聚丙烯的抗菌改性:将壳聚糖盐酸盐加水溶解,再加入所制羧基化聚丙烯,充分搅拌,并滴加稀硫酸调节pH值至5,再加热至回流状态保温搅拌反应,反应结束后将所得混合物自然冷却至室温,然后滴加无机碱溶液调节pH值至7,过滤,水洗除盐,最后经真空干燥、粉碎制成颗粒,即得壳聚糖改性聚丙烯;
(3)纤维网的加工:将所制壳聚糖改性聚丙烯颗粒加入螺杆挤压机中熔融,再经喷丝成网,即得纤维网;
(4)无纺布成型:将所制纤维网经热轧成布,即得抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布。
所述步骤(1)中硝酸的质量分数为65-70%,聚丙烯粉末与硝酸的质量比为15-30:1-10。
所述步骤(2)中壳聚糖盐酸盐、羧基化聚丙烯的质量比为5-10:35-50。
所述步骤(2)中无机碱选自氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钠中的一种。
所述步骤(3)所制纤维网在进入步骤(4)无纺布成型加工前还进行了二次抗菌处理。
所述二次抗菌处理的具体操作为:将纤维网预热至125-130℃,并向纤维网上均匀喷施二次抗菌处理液,喷施量为30-50g/m2,然后依次转入105-110℃环境中静置3-5h、55-60℃环境中静置2-3h、5-10℃环境中静置3-5h。
所述二次抗菌处理液由载体纳米氧化镁和中药抗菌提取液制成,其制备方法为:将20g纳米氧化镁加入1kg中药抗菌提取液中,充分搅拌后静置15-30min,再利用微波反应器微波回流搅拌5min,停止5min后继续微波回流搅拌5min,停止5min后再次微波回流搅拌5min,如此重复,使微波回流搅拌总时间达到30min,自然冷却至室温,即得二次抗菌处理液。
所述纳米氧化镁的平均粒径为50nm。
所述中药抗菌提取液由中药组合物经水提法制成,其制备方法为:将30g椿白皮、20g马鞭草、15g紫荆皮、15g榆白皮、10g金沸草、5g地椒、5g细叶小檗、5g石龙芮、3g艾纳香、2g委陵菜、0.5g安息香加入5倍中药总重的水中,浸泡12h后加热至回流状态保温搅拌3h,过滤,收集滤液,将滤渣加入3倍中药总重的水中,再次加热至回流状态保温搅拌2h,过滤,合并滤液,即得中药抗菌提取液。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明利用硝酸对聚丙烯分子结构末端羧基化从而引入羧基,再利用壳聚糖分子结构中所含羟基和氨基分别与羧基发生酯化反应与酰胺缩合反应以在聚丙烯上引入壳聚糖,从而利用壳聚糖的抗菌特性赋予聚丙烯抗菌性能;
(2)本发明在二次抗菌处理液制备时以纳米氧化镁作为载体,利用其吸附性能负载中药抗菌成分,从而在所制无纺布上引入天然抗菌成分,以强化所制无纺布的抗菌性能;
(3)本发明中药抗菌提取液制备所用中药组合物的配方严格遵循君臣佐使的配伍关系,以致病菌作为防治对象,抗菌成分直接作用于致病菌,从而显现出良好的抗菌性能;并且该中药组合物的配方经过无数次试验筛选得到,其中每一味中药的添加及其用量都是经过反复验证的,是药性相同或接近的同类中药无法轻易替换的;
(4)本发明纳米氧化镁本身具有抗菌作用,且在作为载体后因其表面含有游离羟基故可以与聚丙烯上未完全酯化或酰胺化的羧基反应从而将中药抗菌成分牢固附着于聚丙烯纤维上,进而显著提高所制无纺布的抗菌性能;
(5)本发明所制丙纶纺粘无纺布不仅具有显著的抗菌性能,同时抗菌性能稳定,抗菌时效长;并且所制丙纶纺粘无纺布的力学强度高,透气性好,对人体无毒无害,适用于加工制成手术衣帽、床单、尿垫、隔离服、探访服等医疗卫生用品。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)羧基化聚丙烯的制备:将15g聚丙烯粉末和5g质量分数70%的硝酸充分混合,再加热至130℃保温搅拌反应,反应结束后将所得混合物自然冷却至室温,并经水洗除去硝酸,最后经真空干燥、粉碎制成粉末,即得羧基化聚丙烯;
(2)聚丙烯的抗菌改性:将5g壳聚糖盐酸盐加水溶解,再加入35g所制羧基化聚丙烯,充分搅拌,并滴加稀硫酸调节pH值至5,再加热至回流状态保温搅拌反应,反应结束后将所得混合物自然冷却至室温,然后滴加碳酸钠溶液调节pH值至7,过滤,水洗除盐,最后经真空干燥、粉碎制成颗粒,即得壳聚糖改性聚丙烯;
(3)纤维网的加工:将所制壳聚糖改性聚丙烯颗粒加入螺杆挤压机中熔融,再经喷丝成网,即得纤维网;
(4)无纺布成型:将所制纤维网经热轧成布,即得抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布。
实施例2
(1)羧基化聚丙烯的制备:将20g聚丙烯粉末和5g质量分数70%的硝酸充分混合,再加热至130℃保温搅拌反应,反应结束后将所得混合物自然冷却至室温,并经水洗除去硝酸,最后经真空干燥、粉碎制成粉末,即得羧基化聚丙烯;
(2)聚丙烯的抗菌改性:将8g壳聚糖盐酸盐加水溶解,再加入50g所制羧基化聚丙烯,充分搅拌,并滴加稀硫酸调节pH值至5,再加热至回流状态保温搅拌反应,反应结束后将所得混合物自然冷却至室温,然后滴加碳酸钠溶液调节pH值至7,过滤,水洗除盐,最后经真空干燥、粉碎制成颗粒,即得壳聚糖改性聚丙烯;
(3)纤维网的加工:将所制壳聚糖改性聚丙烯颗粒加入螺杆挤压机中熔融,再经喷丝成网,即得纤维网;
(4)无纺布成型:将所制纤维网经热轧成布,即得抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布。
实施例3
(1)羧基化聚丙烯的制备:将20g聚丙烯粉末和5g质量分数70%的硝酸充分混合,再加热至130℃保温搅拌反应,反应结束后将所得混合物自然冷却至室温,并经水洗除去硝酸,最后经真空干燥、粉碎制成粉末,即得羧基化聚丙烯;
(2)聚丙烯的抗菌改性:将8g壳聚糖盐酸盐加水溶解,再加入50g所制羧基化聚丙烯,充分搅拌,并滴加稀硫酸调节pH值至5,再加热至回流状态保温搅拌反应,反应结束后将所得混合物自然冷却至室温,然后滴加碳酸钠溶液调节pH值至7,过滤,水洗除盐,最后经真空干燥、粉碎制成颗粒,即得壳聚糖改性聚丙烯;
(3)纤维网的加工:将所制壳聚糖改性聚丙烯颗粒加入螺杆挤压机中熔融,再经喷丝成网,即得纤维网;
(4)二次抗菌处理:将纤维网预热至125-130℃,并向纤维网上均匀喷施二次抗菌处理液,喷施量为50g/m2,然后依次转入105-110℃环境中静置3-5h、55-60℃环境中静置2-3h、5-10℃环境中静置3-5h;
(5)无纺布成型:将二次抗菌处理后的纤维网经热轧成布,即得抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布。
二次抗菌处理液的制备:将20g平均粒径50nm的纳米氧化镁加入1kg中药抗菌提取液中,充分搅拌后静置30min,再利用微波反应器微波回流搅拌5min,停止5min后继续微波回流搅拌5min,停止5min后再次微波回流搅拌5min,如此重复,使微波回流搅拌总时间达到30min,自然冷却至室温,即得二次抗菌处理液。
中药抗菌提取液的制备:将30g椿白皮、20g马鞭草、15g紫荆皮、15g榆白皮、10g金沸草、5g地椒、5g细叶小檗、5g石龙芮、3g艾纳香、2g委陵菜、0.5g安息香加入5倍中药总重的水中,浸泡12h后加热至回流状态保温搅拌3h,过滤,收集滤液,将滤渣加入3倍中药总重的水中,再次加热至回流状态保温搅拌2h,过滤,合并滤液,即得中药抗菌提取液。

实施例4
分别利用实施例1-3加工制备抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布,其中螺杆挤压机熔融、喷丝成网、热轧成布的工艺操作条件完全相同,并测试所制抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布的抗菌性能(对白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的1h杀菌率),测试结果如表1所示。

Claims (9)
1.一种高性能抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括如下操作步骤:
(1)羧基化聚丙烯的制备:将聚丙烯粉末和硝酸充分混合,再加热至130℃保温搅拌反应,反应结束后将所得混合物自然冷却至室温,并经水洗除去硝酸,最后经真空干燥、粉碎制成粉末,即得羧基化聚丙烯;
(2)聚丙烯的抗菌改性:将壳聚糖盐酸盐加水溶解,再加入所制羧基化聚丙烯,充分搅拌,并滴加稀硫酸调节pH值至5,再加热至回流状态保温搅拌反应,反应结束后将所得混合物自然冷却至室温,然后滴加无机碱溶液调节pH值至7,过滤,水洗除盐,最后经真空干燥、粉碎制成颗粒,即得壳聚糖改性聚丙烯;
(3)纤维网的加工:将所制壳聚糖改性聚丙烯颗粒加入螺杆挤压机中熔融,再经喷丝成网,即得纤维网;
(4)无纺布成型:将所制纤维网经热轧成布,即得抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中硝酸的质量分数为65-70%,聚丙烯粉末与硝酸的质量比为15-30:1-10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高性能抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中壳聚糖盐酸盐、羧基化聚丙烯的质量比为5-10:35-50。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高性能抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中无机碱选自氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钠中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高性能抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)所制纤维网在进入步骤(4)无纺布成型加工前还进行了二次抗菌处理。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高性能抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述二次抗菌处理的具体操作为:将纤维网预热至125-130℃,并向纤维网上均匀喷施二次抗菌处理液,喷施量为30-50g/m2,然后依次转入105-110℃环境中静置3-5h、55-60℃环境中静置2-3h、5-10℃环境中静置3-5h。
7.根据权利要求6所述的高性能抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述二次抗菌处理液由载体纳米氧化镁和中药抗菌提取液制成,其制备方法为:将20g纳米氧化镁加入1kg中药抗菌提取液中,充分搅拌后静置15-30min,再利用微波反应器微波回流搅拌5min,停止5min后继续微波回流搅拌5min,停止5min后再次微波回流搅拌5min,如此重复,使微波回流搅拌总时间达到30min,自然冷却至室温,即得二次抗菌处理液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的高性能抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述纳米氧化镁的平均粒径为50nm。
9.根据权利要求7所述的高性能抗菌丙纶纺粘无纺布的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述中药抗菌提取液由中药组合物经水提法制成,其制备方法为:将30g椿白皮、20g马鞭草、15g紫荆皮、15g榆白皮、10g金沸草、5g地椒、5g细叶小檗、5g石龙芮、3g艾纳香、2g委陵菜、0.5g安息香加入5倍中药总重的水中,浸泡12h后加热至回流状态保温搅拌3h,过滤,收集滤液,将滤渣加入3倍中药总重的水中,再次加热至回流状态保温搅拌2h,过滤,合并滤液,即得中药抗菌提取液。
