Abstract

本发明提供一种长效生物抗菌无纺布,其特征在于,由添加了壳聚糖的PP材料和壳聚糖纤维制成,并且所述的壳聚糖纤维是在所述无纺布的纤网热粘合的过程中加入。本发明可提高壳聚糖抗菌无纺布的抗菌有效时间及抗菌效果,具有生产工艺简单、抗菌效果好的特点。

Description

一种长效生物抗菌无纺布及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及本发明涉及一种食品、药品的包装储存材料,尤其涉及一种具有长效生物抗菌无纺布及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前食品与药品的包装市场很大,而有效抗菌材料的产品不多。但是大多天然材料缺乏长效抗菌效果。大部分人工合成无机抗菌剂生物相容性较差,无法应用于食品与医药领域,少量人工合成有机抗菌剂虽然可应用医药领域,但制造工艺复杂,价格昂贵无法大量应用于相对廉价的食品及药品的包装市场。
壳聚糖是由自然界广泛存在的几丁质(chitin)经过脱乙酰作用得到的,化学名称为聚葡萄糖胺(1-4)-2-氨基-B-D葡萄糖。壳聚糖的多聚阳离子,易于真菌细胞表面带负电荷的基团作用,从而改变病原菌细胞膜的流动性和通透性;同时壳聚糖可以干扰DNA的复制与转录及阻断病原菌代谢,也有学者提出壳聚糖通过诱导病程相关蛋白,积累次生代谢产物和信号传导等方式来达到抗菌的目的。所以壳聚糖及其衍生物是一种优良的天然抗菌材料,能抑制一些真菌、细菌、和病毒的生长繁殖,并具有易于获得,价格低廉的特点。也有研究发现,壳聚糖可以有效抑制果蔬的呼吸代谢和水分散失,减缓果蔬组织和结构衰老,从而有效地延长果蔬的采后寿命。
但目前的壳聚糖及其衍生物作为抗菌材料主要是溶液。而壳聚糖作为添加剂应用于PP等抗菌材料中,虽然具有一定的抗菌效果,但其抗菌性能与常见的人工合成有机、无机抗菌剂相比,抗菌活性还略显不足。使用壳聚糖制备成纤维产品,需要使用高粘度的壳聚糖,而制备成的壳聚糖纤维物理强度无法保证,目前单纯的壳聚糖纤维无纺布与普通PP原料无纺布相比物理强度低,无法应用于食品及药疗包装领域。这些原因都限制了壳聚糖抗菌材料在食品及医疗市场的使用。
针对现有壳聚糖抗菌材料抗菌效果不佳的特点,本发明通过壳聚糖抗菌纤维材料与含有壳聚糖的PP材料联合使用,在保证了无纺布原有的物理强度不变的前提条件下,可提高壳聚糖抗菌无纺布的抗菌有效时间及抗菌效果,具有生产工艺简单、抗菌效果好的特点。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种长效生物抗菌无纺布以解决食品与药品包装储存材料不能有效抗菌的技术问题。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种长效生物抗菌无纺布,由添加了壳聚糖的PP材料和壳聚糖纤维制成,并且所述的壳聚糖纤维是在所述无纺布的纤网热粘合的过程中加入。
进一步,所述的添加了壳聚糖的PP材料由一下步骤制成:
步骤1:将PP、壳聚糖以一定比例混合并搅拌;
步骤2:将步骤1得到的产物加入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出并将挤出的拉料干燥。
进一步,上述步骤1中,PP和壳聚糖混合比例为100:1~100:5。
进一步,上述步骤2中,双螺杆挤出机中设定温度为190~200℃、螺杆转速为350r/min。
进一步,所述的壳聚糖纤维由一下步骤制成:
步骤1:将壳聚糖溶解在由乙酸水溶液和尿素组成的混合液中,恒温搅拌并真空脱泡得到纺丝浆液;
步骤2:使用干湿法纺丝,将纺丝浆液挤出到凝固浴中,凝固的纤维用温水洗涤,于张力状态下干燥,即得壳聚糖纤维;
步骤3:由30%浓度的乙二醛作为交联剂对壳聚糖纤维进行交联反应得到最终添加到无纺布中的壳聚糖纤维。
进一步,上述步骤1具体为将壳聚糖溶解在由5%乙酸水溶液和1%尿素组成的混合液中。
进一步,上述步骤2中的凝固浴为10g/L的氢氧化钠。
进一步,添加了壳聚糖的PP材料与壳聚糖纤维的比例为1:1~20:1。
本发明还提供一种制备上述无纺布的方法,其特征在于,采用粘纺法制备。
本发明的有益效果是:抗菌时效常,抗菌效果优于普通的壳聚糖PP材料;制造工艺简单,与同类产品相比成本低廉;使用本发明无纺布制造的食品包装材料,还可以起到延长果蔬的保存时间及消除异味的作用;可以达到普通无纺布材料的物理强度。
具体实施方式
以下描述用于揭露本发明以使本领域技术人员能够实现本发明。以下描述中的优选实施例只作为举例,本领域技术人员可以想到其他显而易见的变型。
制备本发明的抗菌无纺布的聚合物是添加了壳聚糖的PP材料,并且无纺布的纤网在热粘合过程中添加了壳聚糖纤维最终制备成无纺布。
所述的添加了壳聚糖的PP材料的制备方法如下,首先将PP(聚丙烯))、壳聚糖按100:1~100:5的比例加入到高速搅拌器中搅拌,预混1~2min;然后,将所得预混料加入到双螺杆挤出机中,设定温度为190~200℃、螺杆转速为350r/min,将挤出的粒料于90℃干燥3h。
所述壳聚糖纤维的制备方法如下:首先在搅拌下把壳聚糖溶解在由5%乙酸水溶液和1%尿素组成的混合液中,保持恒温24~32℃,高速搅拌2.5小时并真空脱泡,得到浓度为3~4%的纺丝浆液;使用干湿法纺丝,喷头拉伸比为1~1.5,将纺丝浆液挤出到室温的凝固浴中,凝固浴为10g/L的氢氧化钠,凝固的纤维用温水洗涤,在80℃于张力状态下干燥0.5h,即得壳聚糖纤维。然后由30%浓度的乙二醛作为交联剂对壳聚糖纤维进行交联反应得到最终添加到无纺布中的壳聚糖纤维。
使用粘纺法制备无纺布,添加了壳聚糖的PP材料与壳聚糖纤维的比例为1:1~20:1。

1.一种长效生物抗菌无纺布,其特征在于,由添加了壳聚糖的PP材料和壳聚糖纤维制成,并且所述的壳聚糖纤维是在所述无纺布的纤网热粘合的过程中加入。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种长效生物抗菌无纺布,其特征在于,所述的添加了壳聚糖的PP材料由一下步骤制成:
步骤1:将PP、壳聚糖以一定比例混合并搅拌;
步骤2:将步骤1得到的产物加入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出并将挤出的拉料干燥。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种长效生物抗菌无纺布,其特征在于,上述步骤1中,PP和壳聚糖混合比例为100:1~100:5。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种长效生物抗菌无纺布,其特征在于,上述步骤2中,双螺杆挤出机中设定温度为190~200℃、螺杆转速为350r/min。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种长效生物抗菌无纺布,其特征在于,所述的壳聚糖纤维由一下步骤制成:
步骤1:将壳聚糖溶解在由乙酸水溶液和尿素组成的混合液中,恒温搅拌并真空脱泡得到纺丝浆液;
步骤2:使用干湿法纺丝,将纺丝浆液挤出到凝固浴中,凝固的纤维用温水洗涤,于张力状态下干燥,即得壳聚糖纤维;
步骤3:由30%浓度的乙二醛作为交联剂对壳聚糖纤维进行交联反应得到最终添加到无纺布中的壳聚糖纤维。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种长效生物抗菌无纺布,其特征在于,上述步骤1具体为将壳聚糖溶解在由5%乙酸水溶液和1%尿素组成的混合液中。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种长效生物抗菌无纺布,其特征在于,上述步骤2中的凝固浴为10g/L的氢氧化钠。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种长效生物抗菌无纺布,其特征在于,添加了壳聚糖的PP材料与壳聚糖纤维的比例为1:1~20:1。
9.一种制备上述权利要求1-8任一项长效生活抗菌无纺布的方法,其特征在于,该方法为粘纺法。
