Abstract
一种生物环保型柴油抗凝剂,它由油酸甲酯、聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯和聚醋酸乙烯酯组成;按体积配比为:油酸甲酯50‑70份,聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯20‑50份,聚醋酸乙烯酯30‑50份。本发明的目的是提供一种加剂量少,成本低的生物环保型柴油降凝剂。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及燃油添加剂的技术领域,具体的说是一种生物环保型柴油抗凝剂。
背景技术
柴油在较低温度下之所以会凝固,是由于柴油中含有一定量的蜡(即正构烷烃),通常柴油中的正构烷烃含量约为15%-30%,当柴油被冷却时,蜡晶会迅速长大,首先形成平面状结晶,这些结晶相互联结,已至形成三维网状结构,把油包在其中,使其失去流动性而呈现凝固状态。柴油机在工作时,柴油经粗、细滤清器,再经过高压泵、喷油嘴被喷入气缸。当柴油温度降至冷滤点温度时,所形成的蜡晶就会堵塞滤清器而影响油路的正常供油,进而影响发动机工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对柴油在较低温度下之所以会凝固,影响发动机工作之问题,而提供一种生物环保型柴油抗凝剂。
本发明由油酸甲酯和聚醋酸乙烯酯组成;按体积配比为:油酸甲酯50-70份,聚醋酸乙烯酯20-50份。
聚醋酸乙烯酯由聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯代替;按体积配比为:油酸甲酯50-70份,聚丙烯酸高碳醇30-50份。
本发明由油酸甲酯、聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯和聚醋酸乙烯酯组成;按体积配比为:油酸甲酯50-70份,聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯20-50份,聚醋酸乙烯酯30-50份。
聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯由醋酸乙烯酯-富马酸酯共聚物、烯基丁二酰胺酸盐、马来酸酐类共聚物或极性含氮化合物替代;或由醋酸乙烯酯-富马酸酯共聚物、烯基丁二酰胺酸盐、马来酸酐类共聚物和极性含氮化合物任意组配而成的混配物替代。
油酸甲酯不饱和度>90%,碘值>120,冷滤点<-12℃。
本发明的优点是该柴油抗凝剂创造性的使用了油酸甲酯,其和聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯及聚醋酸乙烯酯协同效应明显,显著提高柴油的低温流动性能,保障发动机冷启动顺畅,同时具有良好的低温润滑性能,明显减少积碳的产生,有效解决气温骤降、跨地区行驶给行车和储运带来的困惑。
具体实施方式
本发明由油酸甲酯和聚醋酸乙烯酯组成;按体积配比为:油酸甲酯50-70份,聚醋酸乙烯酯20-50份。
聚醋酸乙烯酯由聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯代替;按体积配比为:油酸甲酯50-70份,聚丙烯酸高碳醇30-50份。

聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯由醋酸乙烯酯-富马酸酯共聚物、烯基丁二酰胺酸盐、马来酸酐类共聚物或极性含氮化合物替代;或由醋酸乙烯酯-富马酸酯共聚物、烯基丁二酰胺酸盐、马来酸酐类共聚物和极性含氮化合物任意组配而成的混配物替代。
油酸甲酯不饱和度>90%,碘值>120,冷滤点<-12℃。
本发明结合以下实施例进一步描述。
实施例1,一种生物环保型柴油抗凝剂,由以下组分按体积百分比组成:聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯40份,油酸甲酯60份。将混合好的体积组成取柴油的千分之一加入到中石化柴油中测出其冷滤点下降了10℃。
实施例2,一种生物环保型柴油抗凝剂,由以下组分按体积百分比组成:聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯40份,油酸甲酯0份。将混合好的体积组成取柴油的千分之一加入到中石化柴油中测出其冷滤点下降了6℃。
实施例3,一种生物环保型柴油抗凝剂,由以下组分按体积百分比组成:聚醋酸乙烯酯40份,油酸甲酯60份。将混合好的体积组成取柴油的千分之一加入到中石化柴油中测出其冷滤点下降了11℃。
实施例4,一种生物环保型柴油抗凝剂,由以下组分按体积百分比组成:聚醋酸乙烯酯40份,油酸甲酯0份。将混合好的体积组成取柴油的千分之一加入到中石化柴油中测出其冷滤点下降了6℃。
实施例5,一种生物环保型柴油抗凝剂,由以下组分按体积百分比组成:聚醋酸乙烯酯40份,油酸甲酯40份,聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯20份,将混合好的体积组成取柴油的千分之一加入到中石化柴油中测出其冷滤点下降了13℃。
实施结果
油酸甲酯复配后的生物型柴油降凝剂,具有优异的降凝效果,极大减少了积碳的产生,同时拥有良好的润滑性能,更重要的是生物可降解性效果卓越,极大降低污染。

1.一种生物环保型柴油抗凝剂,其特征在于,它由油酸甲酯和聚醋酸乙烯酯组成;按体积配比为:油酸甲酯50-70份,聚醋酸乙烯酯20-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物环保型柴油抗凝剂,其特征在于,聚醋酸乙烯酯由聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯代替;按体积配比为:油酸甲酯50-70份,聚丙烯酸高碳醇30-50份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物环保型柴油抗凝剂,其特征在于它由油酸甲酯、聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯和聚醋酸乙烯酯组成;按体积配比为:油酸甲酯50-70份,聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯20-50份,聚醋酸乙烯酯30-50份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种生物环保型柴油抗凝剂,其特征在于聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯由醋酸乙烯酯-富马酸酯共聚物、烯基丁二酰胺酸盐、马来酸酐类共聚物或极性含氮化合物替代;或由醋酸乙烯酯-富马酸酯共聚物、烯基丁二酰胺酸盐、马来酸酐类共聚物和极性含氮化合物任意组配而成的混配物替代。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种生物环保型柴油抗凝剂,其特征在于油酸甲酯不饱和度>90%,碘值>120,冷滤点<-12℃。
