Abstract
本发明公开了一种钢塑复合壁板,它包括发泡塑料芯层(1)、钢板基材(2)、高分子膜粘结层(3)和表面装饰涂层(4),所述发泡塑料芯层(1)两侧面均通过高分子膜粘结层(3)与钢板基材(2)固接,所述钢板基材(2)一侧设有表面装饰涂层(4),所述表面装饰涂层(4)为硅改性聚酯树脂或聚偏氟乙烯涂层。本发明采用钢塑复合壁板,以硅改性聚酯树脂或聚偏氟乙烯涂层作为表面装饰涂层,保证钢塑复合壁板表面硬度、耐磨性和耐热性良好,以及良好的外部不粉化性,光泽保持性,解决了传统的钢塑复合壁板表面硬度、耐磨性和耐热性较差,易粉化,光泽度差问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及复合壁板技术领域,具体涉及一种钢塑复合壁板。
背景技术
目前,厢式挂车或者半挂车车身基本上都是使用钢塑复合壁板,此复合壁板单位重量轻,美观且成型快。但是,传统的钢塑复合壁板表面硬度、耐磨性和耐热性较差,易粉化,且光泽度差。因此,亟需本领域技术人员研究出一种新的钢塑复合壁板。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术中存在的不足,提供了一种保证表面硬度、耐磨性和耐热性良好,以及良好的外部不粉化性,光泽保持性的钢塑复合壁板。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种钢塑复合壁板,它包括发泡塑料芯层、钢板基材、高分子膜粘结层和表面装饰涂层,所述发泡塑料芯层密度为0.5-0.8g/cm3,所述发泡塑料芯层两侧面均通过高分子膜粘结层与钢板基材固接,所述钢板基材一侧设有表面装饰涂层,所述表面装饰涂层为硅改性聚酯树脂或聚偏氟乙烯涂层。
作为优选地,所述发泡塑料芯层包括下述重量份的原料配合制成:聚氯乙烯树脂80-100份、珍珠岩1-10份、钙锌复合稳定剂2-10份、有机发泡剂0.1-1份、成核剂20-30份、二氧化钛10-20份、改性助剂1-2份。
作为优选地,所述有机发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰氨发泡剂。
作为优选地,所述成核剂是粒径为0.1-2mm的轻质活性碳酸钙。
作为优选地,所述改性助剂为二硫代氨基甲酸酯和/或脂肪酸季铵盐。
作为优选地,所述有机发泡剂的重量份为0.1-0.24份。
作为优选地,所述发泡塑料芯层为高密度聚乙烯树脂材料制成。
作为优选地,所述发泡塑料芯层、钢板基材、高分子膜粘结层和表面装饰涂层的层厚比为(3—5):(1—1.5):(0.1—0.5):(0.5—1)。
基于上述技术方案,本发明的与现有技术相比具有如下技术优点:
本发明采用钢塑复合壁板,以硅改性聚酯树脂或聚偏氟乙烯涂层作为表面装饰涂层,保证钢塑复合壁板表面硬度、耐磨性和耐热性良好,以及良好的外部不粉化性,光泽保持性,解决了传统的钢塑复合壁板表面硬度、耐磨性和耐热性较差,易粉化,光泽度差问题,同时保证了钢塑复合壁板弯曲强度、耐沸水性和耐盐雾性各项性能指标,发泡塑料芯层采用高密度聚乙烯树脂材料制成,发泡塑料芯层密度为0.5-0.8g/cm3,保证了发泡塑料芯层的强度性能;发泡塑料芯层包括下述重量份的原料配合制成:聚氯乙烯树脂80-100份、珍珠岩1-10份、钙锌复合稳定剂2-10份、有机发泡剂0.1-1份、成核剂20-30份、二氧化钛10-20份、改性助剂1-2份,其中,有机发泡剂采用偶氮二甲酰氨发泡剂,偶氮二甲酰氨发泡剂在聚氯乙烯树脂中的相容性和分散性好,发气量大,发泡效率高,所制成发泡塑料芯层的端面泡孔细密,且对聚氯乙烯树脂的热稳定性不会产生副作用;当发泡塑料芯层密度要求控制在0.5-0.8g/cm3时,有机发泡剂的用量需控制在0.1-0.24份,提高发泡塑料芯层的紧密程度,保证了发泡塑料芯层的物理强度,成核剂采用粒径为0.1-2mm的轻质活性碳酸钙,便于发泡塑料芯层的成型;发泡塑料芯层、钢板基材、高分子膜粘结层和表面装饰涂层的层厚比为(3—5):(1—1.5):(0.1—0.5):(0.5—1),保证了钢塑复合壁板的结构强度更高。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的解释说明。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种钢塑复合壁板,它包括发泡塑料芯层1、钢板基材2、高分子膜粘结层3和表面装饰涂层4,所述发泡塑料芯层1密度为0.5-0.8g/cm3,所述发泡塑料芯层1两侧面均通过高分子膜粘结层3与钢板基材2固接,所述钢板基材2一侧设有表面装饰涂层4,所述表面装饰涂层4为硅改性聚酯树脂或聚偏氟乙烯涂层。
所述发泡塑料芯层1为高密度聚乙烯树脂材料制成。所述发泡塑料芯层1、钢板基材2、高分子膜粘结层3和表面装饰涂层4的层厚比为(3—5):(1—1.5):(0.1—0.5):(0.5—1)。
实施例2
如图1所示,一种钢塑复合壁板,它包括发泡塑料芯层1、钢板基材2、高分子膜粘结层3和表面装饰涂层4,所述发泡塑料芯层1密度为0.5-0.8g/cm3,所述发泡塑料芯层1两侧面均通过高分子膜粘结层3与钢板基材2固接,所述钢板基材2一侧设有表面装饰涂层4,所述表面装饰涂层4为硅改性聚酯树脂或聚偏氟乙烯涂层。所述发泡塑料芯层1、钢板基材2、高分子膜粘结层3和表面装饰涂层4的层厚比为(3—5):(1—1.5):(0.1—0.5):(0.5—1)。
所述发泡塑料芯层1包括下述重量份的原料配合制成:聚氯乙烯树脂80-100份、珍珠岩1-10份、钙锌复合稳定剂2-10份、有机发泡剂0.1-1份、成核剂20-30份、二氧化钛10-20份、改性助剂1-2份,其中,所述有机发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰氨发泡剂,当有机发泡剂的重量份为0.15份,可以使得发泡塑料芯层密度要求控制在0.6g/cm3,达到最适宜厢式挂车或者半挂车车身的钢塑复合壁板用发泡塑料芯层要求的紧密度,物理强度高,所述成核剂是粒径为0.1-2mm的轻质活性碳酸钙,所述改性助剂为二硫代氨基甲酸酯和/或脂肪酸季铵盐。

Claims (8)
1.一种钢塑复合壁板,其特征在于:它包括发泡塑料芯层(1)、钢板基材(2)、高分子膜粘结层(3)和表面装饰涂层(4),所述发泡塑料芯层(1)密度为0.5-0.8g/cm3,所述发泡塑料芯层(1)两侧面均通过高分子膜粘结层(3)与钢板基材(2)固接,所述钢板基材(2)一侧设有表面装饰涂层(4),所述表面装饰涂层(4)为硅改性聚酯树脂或聚偏氟乙烯涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢塑复合壁板,其特征在于:所述发泡塑料芯层(1)包括下述重量份的原料配合制成:聚氯乙烯树脂80-100份、珍珠岩1-10份、钙锌复合稳定剂2-10份、有机发泡剂0.1-1份、成核剂20-30份、二氧化钛10-20份、改性助剂1-2份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的钢塑复合壁板,其特征在于:所述有机发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰氨发泡剂。
4.根据权利要求2所述的钢塑复合壁板,其特征在于:所述成核剂是粒径为0.1-2mm的轻质活性碳酸钙。
5.根据权利要求2所述的钢塑复合壁板,其特征在于:所述改性助剂为二硫代氨基甲酸酯和/或脂肪酸季铵盐。
6.根据权利要求3所述的钢塑复合壁板,其特征在于:所述有机发泡剂的重量份为0.1-0.24份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的钢塑复合壁板,其特征在于:所述发泡塑料芯层(1)为高密度聚乙烯树脂材料制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的钢塑复合壁板,其特征在于:所述发泡塑料芯层(1)、钢板基材(2)、高分子膜粘结层(3)和表面装饰涂层(4)的层厚比为(3—5):(1—1.5):(0.1—0.5):(0.5—1)。
