本实用新型涉及建筑建材，具体地，是一种铝塑复合发泡板。
背景技术
在建筑建材领域，多用到铝塑复合板，以作为防紫外线、防老化、防火材料。如图1所示为常见的铝塑复合板结构示意图，此种铝塑复合板包括两铝塑板层1，铝塑板层1之间设置有聚乙烯芯板层2，在聚乙烯芯板层2与铝塑板层1之间，设有粘结层3，用于粘结铝塑板层1和聚乙烯芯板层2。此种铝塑复合板结构，由于所使用的板材均为实心板，因此重量较重、韧性差，而且采用粘结层粘合的各板层之间容易发生脱落现象，特别是在室外使用的情况下；另外，此种铝塑复合板结构的隔音和保温效果也不甚理想。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的，在于解决现有技术中存在的上述不足，从而提供了一种新型的铝塑复合发泡板。
本实用新型的铝塑复合发泡板，包括两铝塑板层，其特征在于，两铝塑板层之间设有一发泡材料层。
上述发泡材料层采用物理发泡获得的材料，在生产时，可以在两铝塑板层间直接发泡形成。
本实用新型的铝塑复合发泡板，由于在铝塑板层之间采用直接发泡产生的发泡材料层，因此具有较强的牢固性，并且重量轻，耗材少，具有很好的保温和隔热效果。此外，物理发泡获得的材料没有毒性，且不会腐蚀金属材料，韧性也大为提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例，具体说明本实用新型的结构原理。
如图1所示为本发明的铝塑复合发泡板的结构示意图。如图所示，铝塑复合发泡板包括两铝塑板层10、20，所述两铝塑板层之间设有发泡材料层30。
具体地，所述发泡材料层30可以在铝塑复合发泡板生产过程中，采用本领域常用的发泡技术，直接于两层铝塑板层10、20之间发泡形成。
更具体地，所述发泡材料层30采用物理发泡获得的材料，例如聚丙烯(PP)物理发泡材料或者聚乙烯(PE)物理发泡材料等。并利用常用的发泡技术发泡形成。物理发泡材料由于没有化学残留，因此没有毒性，不会对金属材料造成腐蚀。
综上所述，本实用新型的铝塑复合发泡板，由于在铝塑板层之间采用直接发泡产生的发泡材料层，因此具有较强的牢固性，并且重量轻，耗材少，能起到很好的保温和隔音、隔热效果。

1.一种铝塑复合发泡板，包括两铝塑板层，其特征在于，该两铝塑板层之间设有一发泡材料层。
2.如权利要求1所述的铝塑复合发泡板，其特征在于，所述发泡材料层采用物理发泡获得的材料。
3.如权利要求2所述的铝塑复合发泡板，其特征在于，所述发泡物理材料为聚丙烯物理发泡材料。
4.如权利要求2所述的铝塑复合发泡板，其特征在于，所述发泡物理材料为聚乙烯物理发泡材料。
