背景技术
目前，建筑行业主要采用墙砖和某些建筑材料作为内墙、外墙、隔墙、阳台隔板、屋面板等的墙体材料。这些材料有些较重，安装不方便；有些保温、隔热、隔音、防潮等性能差。市面上出现了一种轻质复合板，其由以自熄型聚苯乙烯泡沫板作成的芯层周边复合有前强度层、后强度层、左侧强度层、右侧强度层，前、后、左、右强度层采用水泥、河沙、高分子聚合物和抗碱玻璃纤维布组成。该技术具有重量轻，有利于缩小梁、柱的体积，节省钢筋和水泥，工程造价低，保温隔热、隔音等优点，但存在其制造工艺相对复杂，成本较高，安装使用不方便等不足。同时，一般的建筑物墙体，如各类院墙、建筑工地围墙等多是固定式的砖混结构，这类墙体施工速度慢，容易倒塌，工程完工后拆围墙时产生大量建筑垃圾，不利于环境保护，不能实现工厂系列化生产，不能多次使用。
木塑产品是一种新型的低碳环保型复合材料，无甲醛污染物释放，刚性好、防水、防腐、防虫蛀、隔音、保温、阻燃等特点，其材质像木材一样可钉、可锯、可刨，手感具有木质的温暖，又散发木材的清香。因此，木塑产品可广泛应用于公园景观、亲水廊桥、户外休闲场所、建筑装饰、游艇码头等场所。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、使用方便、重量轻、成本低、安装快捷、省料省力、美观实用、具有防寒隔热功能的立式木塑中空墙板。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案为：提供一种立式木塑中空墙板，其中，包括中空的板体，板体的一端中部向内弯折形成凹槽，板体的另一端中部向外弯折形成凸块，在凹槽和凸块之间的板体内设有三根立筋，所述三根立筋将板体隔成四个中空区。
所述两个立式木塑中空墙板之间通过凸块和凹槽嵌接。
该立式木塑中空墙板的制造工艺为一体成型。

如图1、2、3所示，本实用新型立式木塑中空墙板包括中空的板体1，板体1的一端中部向内弯折形成凹槽3，板体1的另一端中部向外弯折形成凸块4，在凹槽3和凸块4之间的板体内设有三根立筋2，所述三根立筋2将板体隔成四个中空区5，所述的三根立筋2隔成的四个中空区5，既保证了墙板的实用强度，又减轻了重量，降低了生产成本，还具有防寒隔热的使用功能。所述两个立式木塑中空墙板之间通过凸块和凹槽嵌接，如图3所示，两个立式木塑中空墙板凸块和凹槽嵌接处设有防水的打胶粘接区6。所述该板体1的板面拉丝或滚印木纹，该立式木塑中空墙板的外形尺寸优选厚度为101mm左右，宽度为300mm左右，板体1壁厚为6mm左右，所述相邻两个立式木塑中空墙板采用凸块和凹槽嵌接方式，便于墙板与墙板之间的垂直平稳粘接安装。该立式木塑中空墙板的制造工艺为一体成型，弥补其他同类产品易开裂、变形的缺陷，可漆可印纹，可纵横双向使用，坚固耐用。该立式木塑中空墙板综合生物高分子和化学高分子的优点，属环保型木塑型材产品。既具备防腐防霉、防水耐晒、耐老化、不惧虫蚁、易安装、免维护、免涂漆等优良性能，又具有天然木材的亲切视觉和触摸的亲和感。
本实用新型适用于房屋建筑的内外墙隔断，具有安装快捷，省料省力，美观实用，内外墙皆宜等优点。
