Abstract
本发明提供了一种薄壁滑套拆卸工装,包括拉拔器螺母和拉拔器丝杠,拉拔器丝杠与拉拔器螺母螺纹连接,拉拔器丝杠一端设有卡爪,拉拔器丝杠与卡爪螺纹连接,拉拔器螺母与卡爪之间设有支架和液压系统,支架和液压系统套装在拉拔器丝杠上,支架靠近卡爪,液压系统靠近拉拔器螺母,通过控制液压系统的升压和降压,可以实现薄壁滑套的拆卸,不仅体积小、重量轻,而且运动平稳,避免在拆卸过程中造成薄壁滑套的变形和孔壁的划伤,操作安全方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及油田装备手工工具领域,具体涉及一种薄壁滑套拆卸工装。
背景技术
油田装备中,在一些柱塞泵等产品的动力端结构上,常常会安装有一些薄壁滑套或铜套,从而支撑着活塞或十字头在其中做往复直线运动。比如一种柱塞泵的十字头滑套,因为滑套比较薄,单边壁厚仅有4~5mm,而且与其配合安装的孔属于过盈配合,装配时可以靠冷装和液压工具压紧,更换时普通的拉拔器无法有效拆卸,而且强力拆卸很有可能会造成孔壁的拉伤,这给薄壁滑套的拆卸带来很大困难,急需要一种即可以保证孔壁不受划伤又可以有效取出滑套的工装。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服薄壁滑套拆卸困难的问题,提供一种薄壁滑套拆卸工装,可以保证孔壁不受划伤又可以有效取出滑套的工装。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种薄壁滑套拆卸工装,包括拉拔器螺母和拉拔器丝杠,其特征在于:所述拉拔器丝杠与拉拔器螺母螺纹连接,拉拔器丝杠一端设有卡爪,拉拔器丝杠与卡爪螺纹连接,拉拔器螺母与卡爪之间设有支架和液压系统,支架和液压系统套装在拉拔器丝杠上,支架靠近卡爪,液压系统靠近拉拔器螺母。
进一步地,所述卡爪为两体式,卡爪底部外圆周设有台阶,台阶面可与薄壁滑套端面接触,卡爪远离台阶一端的内圆周面设有内螺纹。卡爪做成两体式,不仅可以方便将卡爪装入薄壁滑套内腔,还可以保证卡爪的外圆周面与薄壁滑套贴合,增加强度,保护薄壁滑套在拆卸过程中不发生变形,台阶面与薄壁滑套下端面接触,为拆卸薄壁滑套提供着力点。
进一步地,所述液压系统包括液压底座,液压底座套装有液压缸,液压缸外圆周套装有液压压盖,液压缸上端面设有液压压帽和内六方螺钉,液压压帽通过内六方螺钉与液压缸连接,液压底座设有液压油入口。通过控制液压系统的升压和降压,可以实现薄壁滑套的拆卸,使用液压系统作为动力原件,不仅体积小、重量轻,而且运动平稳,避免在拆卸过程中造成薄壁滑套的变形和孔壁的划伤。
进一步地,所述拉拔器螺母内圆周面设有内螺纹,拉拔器螺母外圆周设有方便操作拉拔器螺母上紧和松开的把手。把手的设计不仅方便操作拉拔螺母的上紧和松开,在上紧和松开过程中也更省力。
进一步地,所述把手的数目为多个,把手在拉拔器螺母外圆周呈圆周均匀分布。
进一步地,所述把手的数目为3个。
进一步地,所述拉拔器丝杠外圆周面设有外螺纹,拉拔器丝杠远离与卡爪连接的一端圆周方向设有可插入螺丝刀或圆棒类工具的中间孔。中间孔的设计可插入螺丝刀或圆棒类工具,方便旋转拉拔器丝杠。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:卡爪做成两体式,不仅可以方便将卡爪装入薄壁滑套内腔,还可以保证卡爪的外圆周面与薄壁滑套贴合,增加强度,保护薄壁滑套在拆卸过程中不发生变形,台阶面与薄壁滑套下端面接触,为拆卸薄壁滑套提供着力点。
通过控制液压系统的升压和降压,可以实现薄壁滑套的拆卸,使用液压系统作为动力原件,不仅体积小、重量轻,而且运动平稳,避免在拆卸过程中造成薄壁滑套的变形和孔壁的划伤,操作安全方便。
拉拔器螺母把手的设计不仅方便操作拉拔螺母的上紧和松开,在上紧和松开过程中也更省力。
拉拔器丝杠中间孔的设计可插入螺丝刀或圆棒类工具,方便旋转拉拔器丝杠。

具体实施方式
实施例,如图1至7所示,一种薄壁滑套拆卸工装,包括拉拔器螺母4和拉拔器丝杠5,拉拔器丝杠5与拉拔器螺母4螺纹连接,拉拔器丝杠5一端设有卡爪1,拉拔器丝杠5与卡爪1螺纹连接,拉拔器螺母4与卡爪1之间设有支架2和液压系统3,支架2和液压系统3套装在拉拔器丝杠5上,支架2靠近卡爪1,液压系统3靠近拉拔器螺母4,卡爪1为两体式,卡爪1底部外圆周设有台阶13,台阶面可与薄壁滑套6端面接触,卡爪1远离台阶13一端的内圆周面设有内螺纹,液压系统3包括液压底座8,液压底座8套装有液压缸11,液压缸11外圆周套装有液压压盖9,液压缸11上端面设有液压压帽10和内六方螺钉12,液压压帽10通过内六方螺钉12与液压缸11连接,液压底座8设有液压油入口7,拉拔器螺母4内圆周面设有内螺纹,拉拔器螺母4外圆周设有方便操作拉拔器螺母上紧和松开的把手,把手的数目为3个,把手在拉拔器螺母4外圆周呈圆周均匀分布,拉拔器丝杠5外圆周面设有外螺纹,拉拔器丝杠5远离与卡爪1连接的一端圆周方向设有可插入螺丝刀或圆棒类工具的中间孔。
工作过程:将带有台阶13的卡爪1合并放入垂直放置的薄壁滑套6内腔里面,分别将支架2和液压系统3按顺序放置在需要拆卸的薄壁滑套6上面,保证支架2、液压系统3和薄壁滑套6三者的中心轴线同轴,将拉拔器丝杠5从液压系统6上端中间孔中垂直旋入卡爪1中间的螺纹孔中,在此过程中合并的卡爪1被拉拔器丝杠5撑开,台阶13下部卡在薄壁滑套6下端面的缝隙中,台阶13以上部分与薄壁滑套6内壁贴合,保证拉拔器丝杠5至少旋入螺纹孔一半长度,将拉拔器螺母4从拉拔器丝杠5上端旋入,一直上紧到液压系统6端面,操作外部手油泵将液压油通过液压底座8上的液压油入口7压入,液压油进入液压缸11以后,作用在液压缸11底部,推动液压缸11在液压底座8的导向下垂直向上运动,支架2和液压系统3在反作用力的作用下固定在薄壁滑套6上端面,从而可以带动上紧在液压系统3上端面的拉拔器螺母4向上运动,拉拔器螺母4通过螺纹可带动拉拔器丝杠5、卡爪1向上运动,卡爪1带着薄壁滑套6向上运动,直到运动到液压压帽10端面为止,液压系统3的升压和降压即可实现薄壁滑套6的拆卸,液压缸11单次向上运动的行程可达15mm,若薄壁滑套6的长度超过液压缸11的起升高度,一次性无法拉出时,可通过操作液压系统3二次升压和降压实现薄壁滑套6的再次拉拔,直到完全拉出为止。
尽管已经对上述各实施例进行了描述,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例做出另外的变更和修改,所以以上所述仅为本发明的实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利保护范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种薄壁滑套拆卸工装,包括拉拔器螺母和拉拔器丝杠,其特征在于:所述拉拔器丝杠与拉拔器螺母螺纹连接,拉拔器丝杠一端设有卡爪,拉拔器丝杠与卡爪螺纹连接,拉拔器螺母与卡爪之间设有支架和液压系统,支架和液压系统套装在拉拔器丝杠上,支架靠近卡爪,液压系统靠近拉拔器螺母。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄壁滑套拆卸工装,其特征在于:所述卡爪为两体式,卡爪底部外圆周设有台阶,台阶面可与薄壁滑套端面接触,卡爪远离台阶一端的内圆周面设有内螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄壁滑套拆卸工装,其特征在于:所述液压系统包括液压底座,液压底座套装有液压缸,液压缸外圆周套装有液压压盖,液压缸上端面设有液压压帽和内六方螺钉,液压压帽通过内六方螺钉与液压缸连接,液压底座设有液压油入口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄壁滑套拆卸工装,其特征在于:所述拉拔器螺母内圆周面设有内螺纹,拉拔器螺母外圆周设有方便操作拉拔器螺母上紧和松开的把手。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种薄壁滑套拆卸工装,其特征在于:所述把手的数目为多个,把手在拉拔器螺母外圆周呈圆周均匀分布。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种薄壁滑套拆卸工装,其特征在于:所述把手的数目为3个。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄壁滑套拆卸工装,其特征在于:所述拉拔器丝杠外圆周面设有外螺纹,拉拔器丝杠远离与卡爪连接的一端圆周方向设有可插入螺丝刀或圆棒类工具的中间孔。
