As shown in fig. 1, the soil discharge conveying unit comprises a belt conveyor 12, the belt conveyor 12 comprises a horizontal section 121 and an inclined section 122, the horizontal section 121 is mounted on the crawler chassis 1 and is positioned below the crusher 4, and the inclined section 122 is positioned in front of the crawler chassis 1, so that the processed soil is conveniently thrown. Further, a discharging scraping tooth roller 18 and a water adding device 17 (particularly, a spray water pipe can be adopted) are further arranged at the discharging hole of the inclined section 122 of the belt conveyor 12, so that the humidity and the mixing uniformity of the mixed materials can be ensured, and the chemical reaction speed of the soil and the chemical reaction speed of the chemical agent can be improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, wherein the power and control unit comprises a power unit 2 and a control box 11 for controlling the travel of the crawler chassis 1.
As shown in fig. 10, the power plant 2 includes an engine, a power take-off, and a hydraulic pump 210 connected in this order. The power take-off device comprises a high-elastic coupler 24 and a positioning disc 23, wherein the input end of the high-elastic coupler 24 is fixedly connected with a flywheel 212 of the engine, and the output end of the high-elastic coupler 24 is connected with a hydraulic pump 210; the positioning disk 23 is fixedly connected with a flywheel housing 213 of the engine, the hydraulic pump 210 is mounted on the positioning disk 23, and the positioning disk 23 is positioned between the high-elastic coupling 24 and the hydraulic pump 210. During operation, the power of the engine is transmitted to the hydraulic pump 210 through the power take-off device, and the hydraulic pump 210 is driven to operate. The engine is used as a power source, so that the engine is particularly suitable for places with limited power supply in field operation, and the field operation adaptability of the equipment is improved.
The three crushing stirring rollers 3, the tooth scraping rollers 5, the spiral batching machine 16, the disc batching machine 7, the chain plate conveyor 10, the belt conveyor 12, the material pressing rollers 13, the small crane 14 and the like are respectively provided with power by corresponding hydraulic motors, and the hydraulic motors are hydraulically connected with corresponding hydraulic pumps 210.
As shown in fig. 2, the crawler chassis 1 is further provided with components such as a small crane 14 for adding a chemical into the chemical hopper, a hydraulic control actuator 15, a well-known radiator, a fuel tank, a hydraulic control valve box, and an operation box, which are not described in detail herein.
The crawler-type soil improvement and restoration integrated machine provided by the invention is characterized in that when in operation, soil and blocks to be improved are shoveled into a soil hopper 9 of a soil feeding and conveying unit through a loader, a chain plate conveyor 10 conveys the soil and the blocks to a crusher 4 of a crushing and mixing and stirring unit, meanwhile, medicines in a medicine hopper of a medicine batching unit are doped on the soil and the blocks conveyed on the chain plate conveyor 10 through a disc batching machine 7, when the soil and the blocks doped with the medicines enter the crusher 4, the soil and the blocks are firstly crushed and stirred for the first time through a tooth scraping roller 5, then are subjected to secondary mixing and stirring through a crushing and stirring roller 3, so that soil particles and the medicines are fully contacted, improved and restored, the treated soil falls into a horizontal section 121 of the belt conveyor 12, and are further stirred and then are thrown out through a water adding device 17 at a discharge port of an inclined section 122, and finally the whole process flow is completed.

Claims (9)

1. The crawler-type soil improvement and restoration integrated machine comprises a crawler chassis and is characterized in that a soil feeding and conveying unit, a medicament batching unit, a crushing and mixing unit, a soil discharging and conveying unit and a power and control unit are arranged on the crawler chassis;
the soil feeding and conveying unit comprises a chain plate conveyor, and a soil hopper is arranged above the feeding end of the chain plate conveyor;
the medicament batching unit is positioned above the chain plate conveyor and comprises a medicament hopper and a batching machine positioned below the medicament hopper; the medicament hopper comprises a detachable main medicament hopper, the batching machine comprises a disc batching machine positioned below the main medicament hopper, and the disc batching machine comprises: the stirring device is connected with the sleeve shaft, and the stirring device is connected with the mandrel; the batching device comprises a batching power device, a batching transmission mechanism and a batching tray; the batching tray comprises an inner ring, an outer ring and a radial plate fixedly connected between the inner ring and the outer ring, and the inner ring is fixedly arranged on the sleeve shaft;
the crushing mixing stirring unit comprises a crusher, wherein the crusher is positioned at the discharge end of the chain plate conveyor, and the crusher comprises a shell, a tooth scraping roller arranged in the shell and a crushing stirring roller positioned below the tooth scraping roller; the tooth scraping roller is a swinging tooth scraping roller and comprises a tooth scraping roller shaft and a tooth scraping assembly arranged on the tooth scraping roller shaft, the tooth scraping roller shaft is connected with a tooth scraping roller power device, a tooth scraping roller swinging mechanism is arranged on the shell, and the tooth scraping roller swinging mechanism comprises:
the upper roll shaft is arranged at the top of the shell;
the upper ends of the two swing arms are respectively connected with two ends of the upper roll shaft;
the two support plates are respectively and fixedly arranged on two sides of the shell, arc-shaped through holes are formed in the support plates, and two ends of the tooth scraping roller shaft respectively penetrate out of the arc-shaped through holes and are in rotary connection with the lower ends of the swing arms;
the soil discharging and conveying unit comprises a belt conveyor, the belt conveyor comprises a horizontal section and an inclined section, the horizontal section is located below the crusher, and the inclined section is located in front of the crawler chassis.
2. The track-type soil improvement and remediation integrated machine of claim 1, wherein the medicament hopper further includes a removable adjuvant medicament hopper; the batching machine further comprises a spiral batching machine positioned at the outer side of the auxiliary agent hopper.
3. The crawler-type soil improvement and restoration integrated machine as set forth in claim 1, wherein,
the inner cavity of the shell is provided with a feeding plate, a discharging plate positioned below the feeding plate and the batching device positioned between the feeding plate and the discharging plate; the feeding plate is provided with a feeding hole, and the discharging plate is provided with a discharging hole;
the sleeve shaft penetrates through the feeding plate, the batching tray and the discharging plate, the upper end of the sleeve shaft extends out of the feeding plate, and the lower end of the sleeve shaft extends out of the discharging plate;
the batching power device comprises a vertically arranged batching hydraulic motor;
the batching drive mechanism comprises a batching pinion arranged on an output shaft of the batching hydraulic motor, a batching idler wheel meshed with the batching pinion and a batching bull gear meshed with the batching idler wheel, and the batching bull gear is connected with the sleeve shaft.
4. The track-type soil improvement and restoration integrated machine as set forth in claim 3, wherein said stirring device includes a stirring power device, a stirring transmission mechanism and a stirring blade;
the stirring blade is positioned above the feeding plate and is driven to rotate by the mandrel;
the stirring power device comprises a stirring hydraulic motor which is vertically arranged;
the stirring transmission mechanism comprises a stirring pinion arranged on an output shaft of the stirring hydraulic motor, a stirring idler wheel meshed with the stirring pinion and a stirring bull gear meshed with the stirring idler wheel, and the stirring bull gear is arranged at the lower end of the mandrel;
the stirring device further comprises a material distributing cone, the material distributing cone is located above the feeding plate and fixedly connected with the upper end of the mandrel, and one end of the stirring blade is detachably and fixedly connected with the material distributing cone.

The crawler-type soil improvement and restoration integrated machine according to claim 1, wherein a flash preventing device is arranged at the position, corresponding to the arc-shaped through hole of the support plate, outside the machine shell, the flash preventing device comprises arc-shaped blocking plates arranged at two ends of the tooth scraping roller shaft, the arc-shaped blocking plates are provided with blocking plate through holes in clearance fit with the tooth scraping roller shaft, and the blocking plate through holes are blocking plate round holes.

The crawler-type soil improvement and restoration integrated machine according to claim 5, wherein a blocking plate guiding and limiting device is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the supporting plate, the blocking plate guiding and limiting device comprises an upper guiding plate arranged on the upper side of the arc-shaped blocking plate and a lower guiding plate arranged on the lower side of the arc-shaped blocking plate, the upper guiding plate is provided with an upper hook, the lower side surface of the upper hook is a convex arc surface, the lower guiding plate is provided with a lower hook, the upper side surface of the lower hook is a concave arc surface, and the arc-shaped blocking plate is restrained between the convex arc surface and the concave arc surface.

9. The crawler-type soil improvement and restoration integrated machine according to claim 1, wherein the power and control unit comprises a power device and a control box, and the power device comprises an engine, a power taking device and a hydraulic pump which are sequentially connected;
the power take-off device comprises a high-elastic coupling and a positioning disc, wherein the input end of the high-elastic coupling is fixedly connected with a flywheel of the engine, and the output end of the high-elastic coupling is connected with the hydraulic pump; the positioning disc is fixedly connected with a flywheel shell of the engine, the hydraulic pump is installed on the positioning disc, and the positioning disc is located between the high-elastic coupling and the hydraulic pump.
