Abstract
本发明提供了一种自动插拔针和换瓶装置,包括底座,底座上设有输液监测系统,所述输液监测系统与插拔针机构相连,插拔针机构与换瓶机构相连;所述插拔针机构包括塑针座,塑针座固定在升降板上,升降板与输液监测系统一体设置在底座上,塑针座上设有支撑槽,支撑槽的两侧各设有一个导向套,支撑槽上方设有压持板,压持板一端下方设有压持弹簧,压持板和压持弹簧的上方设置固定板,在压持弹簧的作用下将针座压持在支撑槽内,针座上设有针头,缓冲板通过导向轴设置在导向套里,缓冲板与塑针座之间设有缓冲弹簧,导向轴的下端设有限位螺钉。本发明通过插拔针机构和换瓶机构的联动作用完成多瓶输液的自动插拔和换瓶,极大的减轻医护人员的工作强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械设备技术领域,具体地说涉及一种自动插拔针和换瓶装置。
背景技术
目前,市场上的医疗器械已经有很成熟的简易的输液监测装置,但是医院的输液瓶的更换仍然需要医护人员手动为病人进行插拔针和换瓶。随着医疗业的迅猛发展,当传染性细菌或者病毒高发的季节,医院就会出现门诊病人爆满的现象,输液的主要受众为细菌性或病毒性传染人员,他们的输液量以一次性2-5瓶为主,经常看到一个医护人员同时为多个输液的病人进行插拔针更换输液瓶,工作强度大,有时会出现无法及时为病人及时更换输液瓶,而影响病人的心情;忙碌时更会发生因输液瓶替换错误,严重的造成医疗事故甚至剥脱病人的生命。即使是针对病房输液的自动化输液器械,市场上已经有供应带输液监测和输液瓶的存储功能,但是插拔针仍然需要医护人员的手工操作。 因此,研制自动输液管路的自动插拔针和换瓶装置化解,减少劳动力和人力成本,及容易产生的换瓶顺序错误等,此市场需求刻不容缓。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种自动换瓶输液机构,解决了背景技术中人工插拔针换瓶造成的劳动强度大、易出错的缺点。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:自动插拔针和换瓶装置包括底座,底座上设有输液监测系统,所述输液监测系统与插拔针机构相连,插拔针机构与换瓶机构相连;
优选的,所述插拔针机构包括塑针座,塑针座固定在升降板上,升降板与输液监测系统一体设置在底座上,塑针座上设有支撑槽,支撑槽的两侧各设有一个导向套,支撑槽上方设有压持板,压持板一端下方设有压持弹簧,压持板和压持弹簧的上方设置固定板,在压持弹簧的作用下将针座压持在支撑槽内,针座上设有针头,缓冲板通过导向轴设置在导向套里,且在压持板的上方,缓冲板与塑针座之间设有缓冲弹簧,且缓冲弹簧设置在导向轴的外侧,导向轴的下端设有限位螺钉;
优选的,所述换瓶机构包括固定座,固定座设置在底座上,固定座上设有驱动盘,驱动盘通过固定杆与转盘相连,固定座上设有旋转电机,转盘通过多根立柱与顶板连接,立柱上端靠近顶板处设有卷簧,顶板与转盘之间设有多个工位,每个工位上设有夹爪,夹爪上方设有连接挂钩,连接挂钩设置在立柱的导槽中且与卷簧连接。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的装置医护人员只需一次性将输液瓶放置在自动插拔针和换瓶装置上,通过输液监测系统的监测,通过插拔针机构和换瓶机构的联动作用完成多瓶输液的自动插拔和换瓶,极大的减轻医护人员的工作强度。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解与实施,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:如图1-3所示,自动插拔针和换瓶装置,主要包括底座100、输液监测系统200、插拔针机构300和换瓶机构400。所述底座100采用钢管焊接而成且底部设有滚轮,作为自动输液站的移动平台。所述换瓶机构400主要包括固定座20、驱动盘21、转盘29和顶板23,所述固定座20设在底座上,所述驱动盘21设置在固定座20上,所述驱动盘21通过固定杆与所述转盘29连接,所述驱动盘21由设置在固定座20上的旋转电机22作为动力源,所述转盘通过6根立柱24与所述顶板23连接,所述立柱24上设有导槽,所述立柱24的上端,靠近顶板23位置设有固定的卷簧25,所述顶板23和所述转盘29之间设置有6个工位,每个工位上各设有一个夹爪28,所述夹爪28用于夹持输液瓶27,同时还可夹持输液袋等,所述夹爪28上方设置有连接挂钩26,所述连接挂钩26设置在立柱24导槽中且与卷簧25连接,所述连接挂钩26用于挂置输液瓶。所述卷簧25的作用是将连接拉钩26上提,提供给输液瓶27向上的作用力,可避免因输液瓶27重量的减轻而导致夹爪28夹持不稳的现象。具体的,随着输液时间的加长,输液瓶27的重量变轻,卷簧向上收缩,拉动连接挂钩26在立柱24的导向槽的导向下向上滑动,从而保证夹爪28始终夹持输液瓶27。
所述插拔针机构300主要包括塑针座1、压持板4和缓冲板5,所述塑针座1固定在升降板11上,所述升降板11与输液监测系统200一体设置在底座100上,升降板11的进退由带阻尼缓冲的气缸执行,保证升降动作的平稳性,所述塑针座1设有根据输液器针座10形状设计的支撑槽12,支撑槽12的两侧设有两个导向套7,所述压持板4在设支撑槽12上方,所述压持板4一端下方设有压持弹簧2,所述压持板4和压持弹簧2的上方设置有一固定板3,压持弹簧2的初始状态为预压缩状态,具体的,在压持弹簧2的作用下可将针座10压持在支撑槽12中,所述缓冲板5通过导向轴8设置在导向套7里且在压持板4的上方,所述缓冲板5和所述塑针座1之间设置有缓冲弹簧6且缓冲弹簧6设置在导向轴8外侧,导向轴8的下端设有限位螺钉。缓冲弹簧为预压状态,限位螺钉紧贴塑针座,缓冲板刚好在针座的针头的上方5mm。具体的,当针座10放入塑针座1支撑槽时,将压持板4顶起,此时缓冲弹簧2被加压,当针座10完全放入塑针座1的支撑槽时,缓冲弹簧2释放作用在压持板4上将针座10压持在塑针座1的支撑槽中。
升降板11上升时,当缓冲板5与输液瓶27开始接触后,在缓冲弹簧6背压缩提供作用力将缓冲板5压持输液瓶27并使输液瓶27与夹爪28紧密配合,此时,有效的避免因输液瓶27夹持不稳造成输液器的针座10上的针头101无法插入,紧接着,针头101完全插入输液瓶。

1.自动插拔针和换瓶装置,包括底座(100),底座(100)上设有输液监测系统(200),所述输液监测系统(200)与插拔针机构(300)相连,插拔针机构(300)与换瓶机构(400)相连,其特征在于所述插拔针机构(300)包括塑针座(1),塑针座(1)固定在升降板(11)上,升降板(11)与输液监测系统(200)一体设置在底座(100)上,塑针座(1)上设有支撑槽(12),支撑槽(12)的两侧各设有一个导向套(7),支撑槽(12)上方设有压持板(4),压持板(4)一端下方设有压持弹簧(2),压持板(4)和压持弹簧(2)的上方设置固定板(3),在压持弹簧(2)的作用下将针座(10)压持在支撑槽(12)内,针座(10)上设有针头(101),缓冲板(5)通过导向轴(8)设置在导向套(7)里,且在压持板(4)的上方,缓冲板(5)与塑针座(1)之间设有缓冲弹簧(6),且缓冲弹簧(6)设置在导向轴(8)的外侧,导向轴(8)的下端设有限位螺钉(9);所述换瓶机构(400)包括固定座(20),固定座(20)设置在底座(100)上,固定座(20)上设有驱动盘(21),驱动盘(21)通过固定杆与转盘(29)相连,固定座(20)上设有旋转电机(22),转盘(29)通过多根立柱(24)与顶板(23)连接,立柱(24)上端靠近顶板(23)处设有卷簧(25),顶板(23)与转盘(29)之间设有多个工位,每个工位上设有夹爪(28),夹爪(28)上方设有连接挂钩(26),连接挂钩(26)设置在立柱(24)的导槽中且与卷簧(25)连接。
