The limiting position of the overturning platform is limited by the angle limiting assembly, the height limiting assembly and the controller, so that the overturning platform is prevented from collision in the operation process.
Further, referring to fig. 7 and 8, as a specific embodiment of the surgical bed board turning device provided by the present invention, the angle limiting assembly 13 includes a contact block 1302 disposed on the turning platform 1 and an angle sensor 1301 disposed on the supporting seat 2, the height limiting assembly 14 includes a height sensor 1401 moving synchronously with the turning platform 1 and an adjusting screw 1402 disposed on the front and rear driving assembly 4, and the angle sensor 1301 and the height sensor 1401 are electrically connected with the controller.
The contact block 1302 arranged on the turnover platform 1 swings along with the turnover platform 1, the angle sensor 1301 is arranged on the supporting seat 2 corresponding to the contact block, the angle sensor 1301 can be a contact switch or a micro switch, the angle sensor 1301 is electrically connected with the controller, the angle sensor 1301 is in a normally open state before being triggered, is switched to a normally closed state after being triggered, and the controller controls the electric cylinder of the left and right turnover assembly 3 to stop after receiving the signal of the angle sensor 1301.
The height sensor 1401 is arranged on the fixed block 7, moves along with the up-and-down movement of the supporting seat 2 and the overturning platform 1, the fixed end of the electric cylinder 12 is provided with an adjusting screw 1402 corresponding to the height sensor 1401, the lowest limit position of the supporting seat 2 can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting screw 1402, the height sensor 1401 is preferably a contact switch, the height sensor 1401 is in a normally open state before being triggered, is switched to a normally closed state after being triggered, and the electric cylinder of the front-rear driving assembly 4 is controlled to stop after receiving signals of the height sensor 1401 by the controller.
