Embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a vehicle sharing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the application scenario includes: the system comprises a server 10, an owner terminal 20, a vehicle 30, a vehicle-mounted device 40 installed on the vehicle 30 and a user terminal 50, wherein the server 10 is in communication connection with and interacts with the owner terminal 20, the vehicle-mounted device 40 and the user terminal 50 through a communication network. The in-vehicle apparatus 40 establishes a communication connection with the owner terminal 20 or the user terminal 50 through a communication network or a short-range communication manner. The vehicle-mounted device 40 receives an instruction of the vehicle owner terminal 20 or the user terminal 50 and controls the vehicle to execute a corresponding action according to the instruction, and meanwhile, the vehicle-mounted device 40 collects vehicle information of the vehicle 30 and uploads the vehicle information to the server 10 or sends the vehicle information to the vehicle owner terminal 20.
It should be noted that the server 10 in the embodiment of the present invention may be a server sharing a vehicle service management platform, may be a node server in a block chain, and may also be an owner terminal in some specific scenarios. The embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a vehicle sharing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method is applied to a server, and comprises the following steps.
S201, receiving a sharing use protocol of the vehicle.
When the owner of the vehicle, that is, the owner of the vehicle decides to provide the sharing service of the vehicle, the owner of the vehicle may submit the sharing service agreement to the server through the owner terminal after the sharing service agreement is reached with the user about the use condition of the vehicle, the final parking position of the vehicle, the information collection during the use, the use cost, the handling of the abnormal condition of the vehicle, the prohibition clause and the like.
S202, when the fact that the user uses the vehicle is detected, controlling vehicle-mounted equipment of the vehicle to collect vehicle information, and obtaining the vehicle information according to the sharing use protocol.
After the sharing use agreement is reached, the user can control the vehicle-mounted equipment to acquire the use right of the vehicle through the user terminal. The specific process of acquiring the vehicle use right by the user can be as follows: after the user and the vehicle owner achieve the shared use agreement, the vehicle use right authentication key sent by the vehicle owner terminal is obtained. The user sends the vehicle right-of-use authentication key to the vehicle-mounted equipment of the vehicle through the user terminal, and the right-of-use of the vehicle can be obtained after the authentication of the vehicle-mounted equipment is passed.
When the user obtains the right of use of the vehicle, the user can start to use the vehicle. When the vehicle-mounted device detects that the vehicle is used, a message that the vehicle is being used is sent to the server to inform that the vehicle is being used. The server detects that the vehicle is being used by receiving the message. At this time, the server may control the in-vehicle apparatus to acquire the vehicle information.
Specifically, the vehicle-mounted device that controls the vehicle collects vehicle information and acquires the vehicle information according to the shared use protocol, and the specific method is as follows: and controlling the vehicle-mounted equipment to encrypt the vehicle information corresponding to the prohibited clause according to the prohibited clause in the shared use agreement, and acquiring the encrypted vehicle information corresponding to the prohibited clause and the vehicle information corresponding to the non-prohibited clause.
In the using process of the vehicle, the user may not want all driving data of the user to be reported to the vehicle owner in real time. However, it is necessary for the owner to know certain information to know the usage of the vehicle. Thus, in an agreed vehicle share use agreement, the collection and disclosure of relevant information may be constrained by terms that are prohibited and terms that are not prohibited. The server controls the vehicle-mounted equipment to encrypt and acquire the vehicle information corresponding to the prohibited clauses, and meanwhile, the vehicle information corresponding to the non-prohibited clauses is directly acquired without encryption. For example, real-time trajectory information and vehicle stop position information during use of the vehicle may be listed as prohibited terms. At the moment, the server controls the vehicle-mounted equipment to acquire the real-time driving track and the vehicle stopping position information of the vehicle according to the prohibition clauses, and the information corresponding to the prohibition clauses is encrypted by the vehicle-mounted equipment and acquired according to a certain period. Namely, the vehicle information corresponding to the prohibition clause is encrypted by the vehicle-mounted equipment and then is periodically uploaded to the server. Meanwhile, vehicle information corresponding to the non-prohibited terms, such as the oil quantity of the vehicle, the speed of the vehicle, the acceleration of the vehicle and the like, is acquired in real time. The vehicle information acquisition is restrained by the shared use protocol, so that the vehicle information right of the vehicle owner is guaranteed, and the privacy of the user is also guaranteed not to be invaded.
And S203, when receiving a use ending request submitted by a user, acquiring the current position and the surrounding environment information of the vehicle through the vehicle-mounted equipment.
After the user uses the vehicle to achieve the purpose of the user, the user can initiate a request for finishing the use to the server through the user terminal. When receiving the use ending request, the server controls the vehicle-mounted equipment to acquire the current position and the surrounding environment information of the vehicle.
And S204, judging whether the current position and the surrounding environment information are matched with a sharing use protocol.
And the server acquires the current position and the surrounding environment information of the vehicle and then compares the current position and the surrounding environment information with the final parking position of the vehicle in the shared use protocol. And judging whether the current position is matched with the shared use protocol by comparing the contact ratio of the current position and the final parking position in the shared use protocol with the matching degree of the peripheral environment information. And when the contact ratio and the matching ratio both reach or exceed a preset threshold (such as 90%), judging that the current position and the surrounding environment information are matched with the sharing use protocol. And if the contact ratio and the matching degree do not reach the threshold value, judging that the current position and the surrounding environment information are not matched with the sharing use protocol.
And S205, if the vehicle is matched with the shared use protocol, prompting the owner of the vehicle to use the shared use protocol.
And when the judgment result is matching, the server sends prompt information to the owner terminal to prompt that the use of the owner vehicle conforms to the sharing use protocol.
S206, when an instruction that the owner of the vehicle confirms that the transaction is completed is received, the shared use transaction is completed, and the current position and the surrounding environment information are sent to the owner of the vehicle.
And after receiving the prompt information that the vehicle uses the vehicle and conforms to the shared use protocol, the owner of the vehicle sends an instruction for confirming the completion of the transaction to the server through the owner terminal. The server completes the transaction according to the instruction of the vehicle owner and the sharing use protocol, informs the user of the completion of the transaction, controls the vehicle-mounted equipment to transfer the use right of the vehicle to the vehicle owner, and simultaneously sends the current position information and the surrounding environment information of the vehicle to the vehicle owner.
In this embodiment, by receiving a shared use protocol of a vehicle, when it is detected that a user uses the vehicle, vehicle-mounted equipment of the vehicle is controlled to collect vehicle information and acquire the vehicle information according to the shared use protocol, when a use ending request submitted by the user is received, current position and ambient environment information of the vehicle are acquired through the vehicle-mounted equipment, then whether the current position and the ambient environment information are matched with the shared use protocol is judged, if so, an owner of the vehicle is prompted to use the shared use protocol, and when an instruction that the owner of the vehicle confirms that the transaction is completed is received, the shared use transaction is completed and the current position and the ambient environment information are sent to the owner of the vehicle. By adopting the vehicle sharing method, the information right of the owner of the vehicle, namely the owner of the vehicle, is ensured, the privacy of the user is also ensured, and the use convenience and the use efficiency of vehicle sharing are improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another vehicle sharing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 3, the method includes the following steps.
S301, receiving a sharing use protocol of the vehicle.
This step is the same as S201 and is not described here.
S302, when it is detected that the user uses the vehicle, controlling vehicle-mounted equipment of the vehicle to collect vehicle information, and acquiring the vehicle information according to the shared use protocol.
This step is the same as S202, and is not described here.
S303, judging whether the vehicle information of the vehicle is normal or not, and if so, jumping to S308; if not, jumping to S304.
After the encrypted vehicle information corresponding to the prohibited terms and the vehicle information corresponding to the non-prohibited terms are acquired, in order to ensure that the vehicle owner properly controls the vehicle, whether the vehicle information of the vehicle is normal or not can be judged, and the result of whether the vehicle information is normal or not can be informed to the vehicle owner. When the vehicle information is normal, only the vehicle owner is informed of the vehicle information corresponding to the normal use and the non-prohibited terms. And when the vehicle information is abnormal, the encrypted vehicle information is decrypted and provided for the vehicle owner. Specifically, the vehicle speed and acceleration information obtained in real time may be compared with the vehicle speed and acceleration threshold agreed in the shared use protocol, and when the vehicle speed and acceleration threshold agreed in the protocol is exceeded for a certain time period (for example, 30min, 1h, and the like, which may be agreed in the shared use protocol), the vehicle information is considered to be abnormal. The use area of the vehicle can also be appointed in the shared use protocol, and when the area range in the acquired vehicle information exceeds the area in the shared use protocol, the vehicle information is considered to be abnormal. Alternatively, the vehicle information is also considered to be abnormal when the detected vehicle driver does not match the user information in the shared use protocol. Or, when the vehicle has a traffic accident, traffic violation or emergency, the vehicle information is considered to be abnormal.
And S304, if not, terminating the vehicle use authority of the user.
And when the vehicle information is judged to be abnormal, the vehicle use authority of the user is terminated. Specifically, when the vehicle is in the driving process, the server can control the vehicle-mounted equipment to automatically guide the vehicle to a safe parking position and lock the engine, so that the vehicle use permission of the user is terminated; when the vehicle is in a stop state, the vehicle-mounted equipment is directly controlled to lock the engine of the vehicle, so that the vehicle use authority of the user is ended.

S306, the decrypted vehicle information corresponding to the prohibited terms and the decrypted vehicle information corresponding to the non-prohibited terms are sent to the owner of the vehicle.
And S307, transferring the control right of the vehicle to an owner of the vehicle.
After the vehicle use authority of the user is terminated, in order to help the vehicle owner to know more vehicle abnormal information, the server can decrypt the vehicle information corresponding to the prohibited terms at this time, and send the decrypted vehicle information corresponding to the prohibited terms and the decrypted vehicle information corresponding to the non-prohibited terms to the vehicle owner, so that the vehicle owner can judge the abnormal degree and negotiate with the user to solve the loss caused by the abnormality. Meanwhile, the server hands over the control right of the vehicle to the vehicle owner, so that the vehicle owner can further process the vehicle abnormity.
And S308, when a use ending request submitted by a user is received, acquiring the current position and the surrounding environment information of the vehicle through the vehicle-mounted equipment.
This step is the same as S203 and will not be described here.
S309, judging whether the current position and the surrounding environment information are matched with the sharing use protocol.
This step is the same as S204, and is not described here again.
And S310, if the vehicle is matched with the sharing use protocol, prompting the owner of the vehicle to use the sharing use protocol.

This step is the same as S206 and is not described here.
In the embodiment, in the process of using the vehicle by the user, whether the vehicle information is normal or not is judged in time, and when the vehicle information is normal, the owner is informed that the vehicle is normally used so as to ensure that the owner properly controls the vehicle information; when the vehicle information is abnormal, the vehicle use authority of the user is immediately terminated, all the vehicle information is sent to the vehicle owner, and the control authority of the vehicle is transferred to the vehicle owner, so that the vehicle owner can further process the vehicle abnormality according to the vehicle information. Through the embodiment, the right of the user to use the vehicle is guaranteed, the vehicle right of the vehicle owner is also guaranteed to be maintained, and the safety of shared use of the vehicle is guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of another vehicle sharing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the method includes the following steps.
S401, receiving a sharing use protocol of the vehicle.
This step is the same as S201 and is not described here.

The blockchain technology is a brand new distributed infrastructure and computing paradigm that utilizes blockchain data structures to verify and store data, utilizes distributed node consensus algorithms to generate and update data, cryptographically secures data transmission and access, and utilizes intelligent contracts composed of automated script code to program and manipulate data. In the embodiment of the invention, an owner of the vehicle, namely a vehicle owner, can register the vehicle as a terminal node of the block chain, and has the functions of inquiry and submission. The block chain node server ensures the authenticity and the safety of vehicle information by receiving the information uploaded by the vehicle serving as the terminal node, thereby further improving the safety and the convenience of vehicle sharing use.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a server structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the server includes:
a receiving unit 501, configured to receive a shared use protocol of a vehicle.
The control unit 502 is configured to, when it is detected that the user uses the vehicle, control an on-board device of the vehicle to acquire vehicle information, and acquire the vehicle information according to the shared use protocol.
When the in-vehicle device detects that the vehicle is in use, a message that the vehicle is in use will be sent to the control unit 502, informing that the vehicle is in use. The receiving unit 501 detects that the vehicle is being used by receiving a message. At this time, the control unit 502 may control the in-vehicle apparatus to acquire the vehicle information.

However, it is necessary for the owner to know certain information to know the usage of the vehicle. Thus, in an agreed vehicle share use agreement, the collection and disclosure of relevant information may be constrained by terms that are prohibited and terms that are not prohibited. The control unit 502 controls the in-vehicle device to encrypt and acquire the vehicle information corresponding to the prohibited terms, and to directly acquire the vehicle information corresponding to the non-prohibited terms without encryption. For example, real-time trajectory information and vehicle stop position information during use of the vehicle may be listed as prohibited terms. At this time, the control unit 502 controls the vehicle-mounted device to acquire the real-time driving track and the vehicle stop position information of the vehicle according to the prohibition clauses, encrypts the information corresponding to the prohibition clauses by the vehicle-mounted device, and acquires the information according to a certain period. That is, the vehicle information corresponding to the prohibited term is encrypted by the in-vehicle apparatus and then periodically uploaded to the control unit 502.
