Abstract
The invention discloses a quick construction method of a pipe-jacking working well in a soft upper stratum and a hard lower stratum, which comprises the steps of leveling a field, measuring lofting and positioning a pile hole; drilling on an upper soil layer by adopting a rotary drilling machine, wherein a drill bit of the rotary drilling machine exits from a pile hole and a pile casing is placed into the pile hole every time the rotary drilling machine drills for a certain distance; repeating the method until the drilling reaches the lower basal rock layer, and anchoring all the pile casings in the upper soil layer; drilling on the lower basal rock layer by using the rotary drilling machine continuously until the drilling reaches a specified elevation; transversely excavating the hole wall at the bottom of the pile hole to form a jacking pipe jacking operation space, wherein the jacking pipe jacking operation space is provided with an opening which can enable a jacking pipe to be constructed to enter the jacking pipe jacking operation space; installing a jacking device in the jacking operation space of the jacking pipe; and transversely excavating the lower foundation layer at the bottom of the pile hole and at the position of the pipe jacking construction, and jacking the pipe jacking construction through a jacking device. The invention reduces the construction workload, reduces the construction difficulty, shortens the construction period and reduces the influence on the environment.
