背景技术
不锈钢制品是指用不锈钢材料制作而成的加工产品,耐酸耐碱。由于不锈钢制品具有表面光滑坚固,不易积累污垢,便于清洗的特点,因此广泛应用于建材装饰、食品加工、餐饮、酿造和化工等领域。
不锈钢的使用随着经济的发展变得更加广泛,人们在日常生活中与不锈钢息息相关,但是很多人对不锈钢的性能认识不多,对不锈钢的维护保养就知道得更少了。不锈钢是不锈耐蚀钢的简称,能够耐空气、蒸汽、水等腐蚀介质。大多数人都认为不锈钢材料是一种能够完全防绣的金属材料,所以它不会轻易发生腐蚀现象。但事实是:不锈钢中的主要合金元素是Cr(铬),只有当Cr含量达到一定值时,钢才具有耐蚀性,因此,不锈钢中Cr(铬)含量一般至少为11%。不锈钢材料中的基础材料和普通碳钢是一样活跃的,只是不锈钢上的一层极薄氧化铬层赋予了这种材料的防腐蚀性能;所以,如果这一层氧化层受损或者消失了,不锈钢材料将会迅速的被腐蚀掉。因此,对于不锈钢材料表面氧化铬涂层进行适当的维护是非常重要且有必要的,这将有助于提高不锈钢的耐用性。换句话说,不锈钢材料也是一种需要进行维护的合金材料。
现有不锈钢材料的保护一般是用各种防锈剂或清洗剂进行擦洗,但相关的清洗剂不便于大量携带,而且擦洗耗时、使用不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足,提供一种用于不锈钢制品的清洁湿巾及其制备方法,旨在解决现有不锈钢制品保养耗时、不便捷的技术问题。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明一方面提供一种用于不锈钢制品的清洁湿巾,包括无纺布基材和负载在所述无纺布基材中的保养液;其中,所述保养液包括表面活性剂、渗透剂和溶剂。
本发明另一方面提供一种本发明上述清洁湿巾的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
利用水刺法制备所述无纺布基材;
将所述表面活性剂、所述渗透剂和所述溶剂混合,得到所述保养液;
将所述无纺布基材置于所述保养液中浸泡处理,得到所述清洁湿巾。
本发明提供的清洁湿巾中,无纺布基材承载着保养液,可用于不锈钢制品的清洁保养,保养液中的渗透剂可以使无纺布基材的纤维扩张,从而让保养液更加容易地渗透进去,而表面活性剂具有去垢、湿润、消毒、杀菌等作用,可降低不锈钢制品表面的污垢等杂物的性能,从而容易擦拭脱落。因此,用该清洁湿巾擦拭不锈钢制品,具有极好的附着力和耐磨性强的特点,对不锈钢制品表面的锈斑、油污、尘垢、粘固物等污渍有显著的清除功效,可防止不锈钢表面粘尘、出现锈迹等腐蚀性现象,擦拭完后干燥快、永不褪色,而且可提升光亮度、无毒无味、不伤材质元素,节约时间和成本;可用于对户外不锈钢材质用品、室内不锈钢装饰件、非医疗/餐饮用不锈钢制品、不锈钢做外壳的机电/工业产品的外观清洁和周期性保养和维护,具有广泛的用途。
本发明提供的上述清洁湿巾的制备方法,工艺简单易行,制备成本低,而且制得的清洁湿巾可用于对户外不锈钢材质用品、室内不锈钢装饰件、非医疗/餐饮用不锈钢制品、不锈钢做外壳的机电/工业产品的外观清洁和周期性保养和维护,清洁效果显著。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种用于不锈钢制品的清洁湿巾,包括无纺布基材和负载在所述无纺布基材中的保养液;其中,所述保养液包括表面活性剂、渗透剂和溶剂。
本发明实施例提供的上述清洁湿巾中,无纺布基材承载着保养液,可用于不锈钢制品的清洁保养,保养液中的渗透剂可以使无纺布基材的纤维扩张,从而让保养液更加容易地渗透进去,而表面活性剂具有去垢、湿润、消毒、杀菌等作用,可降低不锈钢制品表面的污垢等杂物的性能,从而容易擦拭脱落。因此,用该清洁湿巾擦拭不锈钢制品,具有极好的附着力和耐磨性强的特点,对不锈钢制品表面的锈斑、油污、尘垢、粘固物等污渍有显著的清除功效,可防止不锈钢表面粘尘、出现锈迹等腐蚀性现象,擦拭完后干燥快、永不褪色,而且可提升光亮度、无毒无味、不伤材质元素,节约时间和成本。
总之,本发明实施例的上述清洁湿巾可用于各种不锈钢制品,如对户外不锈钢材质用品、室内不锈钢装饰件、非医疗/餐饮用不锈钢制品、不锈钢做外壳的机电/工业产品的外观清洁和周期性保养和维护,具有广泛的用途。
进一步地,在本发明实施例提供的上述清洁湿巾中,以所述无纺布基材的总质量为100%计,所述无纺布基材包括如下质量百分含量的成分:
无纺布(Non Woven Fabric,或Nonwoven cloth)又称不织布,由定向的或随机的纤维构成,因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。本发明实施例中,优选的无纺布含有上述质量百分含量范围内的丙纶(PP)、涤纶(PET)、锦纶(PA)、腈纶、乙纶(HDPE)、氯纶(PVC)和粘胶纤维原料,这些成分的含量通过协同作用,使该无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻等特点,可以更好地承载保养液,既携带和使用方便,又可以持久保持保养液的功效。
进一步地,在本发明实施例提供的上述清洁湿巾中,以所述保养液的总质量为100%计,所述保养液包括如下质量百分含量的成分:
表面活性剂 23.8%-38.3%;
渗透剂 14.2%-28.8%;
溶剂 34.1%-53.5%。
保养液的主要起清污防锈作用,本发明实施例中,含有上述成分含量范围内的保养液的清洁湿巾,对不锈钢制品的清污防锈效果最显著。
更进一步地,上述表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂中的至少一种。具体地,阴离子表面活性剂包括硬脂酸和十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的至少一种,优选的阴离子表面活性剂还附带增稠、促进沉降过滤的作用,清洗净化效果更加显著;阳离子表面活性剂包括季胺化物,季胺化物除杀菌外,还具有柔软特性,抗静电和抗腐蚀性强;两性离子表面活性剂包括卵磷脂、氨基酸和甜菜碱中的至少一种,这些两性离子表面活性剂也附带絮凝粘合作用,清洗效果也显著;非离子表面活性剂包括烷基葡糖苷、脂肪酸甘油酯、脂肪酸山梨坦和聚山梨酯中的至少一种,这些非离子表面活性剂能加速粒子沉降、促进过滤,可加速保养液的清洗效果。而上述渗透剂包括烷基葡糖苷、脂肪酸甘油酯、脂肪酸山梨坦和聚山梨酯中的至少一种,即渗透剂也可以优选非离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂同时兼具清洗和渗透作用。最后,所述溶剂包括硫酸、盐酸、硝酸、高锰酸钾、钾溶液和碘酒中的至少一种,这些溶剂可以跟好地溶解表面活性剂和渗透剂,使保养液的活性成分分散均匀。
进一步地,在本发明实施例提供的上述清洁湿巾中,所述无纺布基材的单位面积质量为50-300g/m2;在该单位面积质量范围内的无纺布基材,可更好地将保养液浸润在其中。一般50g/m2的单位面积质量的无纺布基材即可满足实际需求,如特殊需要(不锈钢制品表面脏污特别严重),也可使用150-300g/m2的单位面积质量的无纺布基材。
进一步地,在本发明实施例提供的上述清洁湿巾中,所述保养液与所述无纺布基材的质量比为1:(8-10),优选1:10。在该质量比范围内,保养液可更加均匀地浸润在无纺布基材内。具体实施例中,如无纺布基材的单位面积质量为50g/m2,则保养液可对应5g/m2;如无纺布基材的单位面积质量为51-100g/m2,则保养液可对应5-10g/m2;如无纺布基材的单位面积质量为101-150g/m2,则保养液可对应10-15g/m2
进一步地,在本发明实施例提供的上述清洁湿巾中,所述保养液中还含有稀释剂。表面活性剂和渗透剂虽经过了溶剂溶解,但作为擦拭类保养液,其浓度还是稍微偏高,如果长时间使用可能会导致产品表面容易发黄,所以进一步加入稀释剂进行稀释后可以使用的时间更加长久。本发明实施例中,稀释剂优选为水,可以为纯净水、山泉水等直接饮用的水类。更进一步地,以所述保养液的总质量为100%计,所述稀释剂的质量百分含量为50%-55%,即所述稀释剂与保养液中其他三种溶液(表面活性剂、渗透剂和溶剂)之和的质量比可以为(1-1.2):1,优选1:1。具体实施例中,如无纺布基材的单位面积质量为50g/m2,则表面活性剂、渗透剂和溶剂之和可对应5g/m2,水稀释剂为5-6g/m2;如无纺布基材的单位面积质量为51-100g/m2,则表面活性剂、渗透剂和溶剂之和可对应5-10g/m2,水稀释剂为5-12g/m2;如无纺布基材的单位面积质量为101-150g/m2,则表面活性剂、渗透剂和溶剂之和可对应10-15g/m2,水稀释剂为5-18g/m2
具体一优选的实施例中,以50g/m2的无纺布基材、不锈钢保养液500ML、纯净水500ML为配比例子:见表1所示。

另一方面,本发明实施例还提供了上述清洁湿巾的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S01:利用水刺法制备所述无纺布基材;
S02:将所述表面活性剂、所述渗透剂和所述溶剂混合,得到所述保养液;
S03:将所述无纺布基材置于所述保养液中浸泡处理,得到所述清洁湿巾。
本发明实施例提供的上述清洁湿巾的制备方法,工艺简单易行,制备成本低,而且制得的清洁湿巾可用于对户外不锈钢材质用品、室内不锈钢装饰件、非医疗/餐饮用不锈钢制品、不锈钢做外壳的机电/工业产品的外观清洁和周期性保养和维护,清洁效果显著。
进一步地,在上述步骤S01中,利用水刺法制备所述无纺布基材,即得到水刺无纺布基材,可利用水刺法工艺将丙纶、涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、乙纶、氯纶和粘胶纤维原料制备得到无纺布基材。
进一步地,在上述步骤S03中,在将所述无纺布基材置于所述保养液中浸泡处理之前,还包括在所述保养液中加入稀释剂进行稀释处理;即在保养液中加入稀释剂进一步稀释后,可使用更加长久。本发明实施例中,稀释剂优选为水,可以为纯净水、山泉水等直接饮用的水类。
更进一步地,所述浸泡处理的条件为:温度24-26℃,时间8-15s。在该温度和时间范围内,保养液可均匀地分散在所述无纺布基材中。
本发明先后进行过多次试验,现举一部分试验结果作为参考对发明进行进一步详细描述,下面结合具体实施例进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种用于不锈钢制品的清洁湿巾,其包括无纺布基材和负载在所述无纺布基材中的保养液;其中,所述保养液包括表面活性剂、渗透剂、水稀释剂和溶剂。该清洁湿巾中,无纺布基材(总质量为100%计)的成分含量见表2,保养液(总质量为100%计)的成分含量见表3。无纺布基材、保养液的质量比为1:0.02。

本实施例的清洁湿巾的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S11:利用水刺法将上述丙纶、涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、乙纶、氯纶和粘胶纤维原料制备无纺布基材;
S12:将上述表面活性剂、渗透剂、水稀释剂和溶剂混合,得到保养液;
S13:将上述无纺布基材置于保养液中浸泡处理,然后封装,得到所述清洁湿巾;其中,浸泡处理的条件为:温度24-26℃,时间8-15s。
将该实施例的清洁湿巾在室内、户外均每隔12小时重新擦拭不锈钢制品一次,经过一个月的测试得知,此比例范围内清洁湿巾效果最好,既能将不锈钢制品表面的的污渍等擦拭干净、且不伤害被擦物体的内部结构,可放心使用。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于不锈钢制品的清洁湿巾,其特征在于,包括无纺布基材和负载在所述无纺布基材中的保养液;其中,所述保养液包括表面活性剂、渗透剂和溶剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的清洁湿巾,其特征在于,以所述无纺布基材的总质量为100%计,所述无纺布基材包括如下质量百分含量的成分:

表面活性剂 23.8%-38.3%;

4.如权利要求1所述的清洁湿巾,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂中的至少一种;和/或
所述渗透剂包括烷基葡糖苷、脂肪酸甘油酯、脂肪酸山梨坦和聚山梨酯中的至少一种;和/或
所述溶剂包括硫酸、盐酸、硝酸、高锰酸钾、钾溶液和碘酒中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求4所述的清洁湿巾,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂包括硬脂酸和十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的至少一种;和/或
所述阳离子表面活性剂包括季胺化物;和/或
所述两性离子表面活性剂包括卵磷脂、氨基酸和甜菜碱中的至少一种;和/或
所述非离子表面活性剂包括烷基葡糖苷、脂肪酸甘油酯、脂肪酸山梨坦和聚山梨酯中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的清洁湿巾,其特征在于,所述无纺布基材的单位面积质量为50-300g/m2;和/或
所述保养液与所述无纺布基材的质量比为1:(8-10)。
7.如权利要求1-6任一项所述的清洁湿巾,其特征在于,所述保养液中还含有稀释剂。
8.如权利要求7所述的清洁湿巾,其特征在于,所述稀释剂为水;和/或
以所述保养液的总质量为100%计,所述稀释剂的质量百分含量为50%-55%。
9.如权利要求1-6任一项所述的清洁湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
利用水刺法制备所述无纺布基材;
将所述表面活性剂、所述渗透剂和所述溶剂混合,得到所述保养液;
将所述无纺布基材置于所述保养液中浸泡处理,得到所述清洁湿巾。
10.如权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在将所述无纺布基材置于所述保养液中浸泡处理之前,还包括在所述保养液中加入稀释剂进行稀释处理;和/或
所述浸泡处理的条件为:温度24-26℃,时间8-15s。
