The measurement results are shown in Table 1.

According to detection, the disinfectant solutions with different concentrations are stored for 14 days under the airtight condition of 54 ℃, and the effective chlorine content is reduced by 3.03% -3.75%; storing for 90 days at 37 ℃ under the airtight condition, wherein the effective chlorine is reduced by 4.24% -5.00% and is less than 10% specified by the standard; according to the disinfection technical specification, the validity period can be estimated to be 36 months, and the disinfection agent has remarkable stability.
From the above, the method for producing the sterilizing and disinfecting solution has the advantages of easily available reaction raw materials, simple structure of production equipment, easy maintenance, high automation realization, accurate control of product quality, zero emission, no pollution, 100% of material conversion rate and the like. The method can produce a particularly stable disinfection solution, has storage stability of at least 2 years, realizes the packaging, storage and transportation of the disinfection solution, enables the disinfection solution to be commercialized, and overcomes the limitation of the prior art of 'in-process use'; therefore, compared with the prior art, the invention has remarkable progress and industrial application value.

The induction type disinfection equipment is characterized by comprising a disinfection device and an induction control device, wherein a disinfection solution is contained in the disinfection device, and a jet orifice is arranged on the disinfection device and used for jetting the disinfection solution to disinfect a human body part; the sensing control device comprises a sensing module, a control module and a humidity detection module, wherein the sensing module acquires the size of a human body part to be disinfected, the control module is connected with the sensing module, and the spraying amount of the sterilizing solution of the disinfection device is adjusted according to the acquired size data of the human body part; the humidity detection module collects humidity data of the surface of the human body part after the sterilization and disinfection solution is sterilized, and the disinfection device is started or closed according to the fed-back humidity data;
the sterilizing device comprises a sterilizing liquid storage bin and a first atomizing device, wherein the sterilizing liquid storage bin stores the sterilizing and disinfecting solution, one end of the first atomizing device is connected with the sterilizing liquid storage bin, the other end of the first atomizing device is connected with the spraying port, the first atomizing device atomizes the sterilizing and disinfecting solution in the sterilizing liquid storage bin, and the atomized sterilizing and disinfecting solution is sprayed out through the spraying port;
The disinfection equipment further comprises a drying device, an air outlet and an air inlet are formed in the disinfection equipment, and the drying device provides drying air through the air outlet to dry the human body part; the sensing module acquires the size of the human body part to be dried, the control module is connected with the sensing module, and the drying air quantity of the drying device is adjusted according to the acquired size data of the human body part;
a booster pump is further connected between the first atomization device and the disinfectant storage bin, the sterilizing and disinfecting solution enters the first atomization device for atomization after being pressurized by the booster pump, the booster pump is connected with the control module, and the control module adjusts the pressure of the booster pump according to the size data of the human body part;
the drying device comprises a fan assembly and a heating assembly, the fan assembly comprises a drying fan assembly and an air quantity control module, dustproof filter screens are arranged on the air inlet and the air outlet, the drying fan assembly is arranged in an inner cavity of the disinfection equipment and is positioned on one side of the air outlet, the heating assembly is arranged in the inner cavity of the disinfection equipment and is positioned on one side of the air inlet, the air quantity control module is connected with the drying fan assembly and the control module, and the control module adjusts the wind power of the drying fan assembly according to the size data of the human body part; when the human body part is dried, the drying fan assembly is started, and air flows out from the air inlet through the heating assembly, the drying fan assembly and the air outlet to form drying air to dry the human body part;
The fan assembly further comprises a negative pressure fan assembly, the negative pressure fan assembly is arranged in the inner cavity of the disinfection equipment and is positioned between the heating assembly and the air inlet, and the rotation directions of blades of the drying fan assembly and the negative pressure fan assembly are opposite; after the drying work of the human body part is finished, the negative pressure fan assembly is started, and the drying fan assembly is closed;
the disinfection device is characterized in that a communication valve is arranged on the disinfection device, the disinfection device further comprises a second atomization device, the communication valve is a two-way one-way communication valve, a first valve port and a second valve port are arranged on the communication valve, the first valve port is connected with the first atomization device, the second valve port is connected with one end of the second atomization device, and the other end of the second atomization device is arranged in an inner cavity of the disinfection device and is located at one side of the air outlet.

The induction type sterilizing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein an electromagnetic valve is provided on the first atomizing device, the electromagnetic valve is connected with the humidity detection module and the control module, and the humidity detection module controls closing of the electromagnetic valve according to the humidity data on the human body part fed back; when the humidity detection module detects that the humidity data of the human body part reaches a preset threshold value, the data are fed back to the control module, and the electromagnetic valve is closed through the control module, so that the disinfection device is closed.

An induction type sterilizing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a sliding baffle is disposed at the air inlet, the sliding baffle is disposed at the outer side of the air inlet and seals the air inlet, the sliding baffle slides to a preset position to expose the air inlet when the drying device is operated, and the sliding baffle is located below the air outlet after sliding.
4. An induction disinfection method, characterized in that it applies an induction disinfection apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, comprising the steps of:
(1) Setting the induction type disinfection equipment, wherein the induction type disinfection equipment comprises a disinfection device and an induction control device, the disinfection device is connected with the induction control device, the disinfection device is filled with a disinfection solution, and the disinfection solution is led into the induction type disinfection equipment from a water inlet of the induction type disinfection equipment;
(2) After the induction control device senses the human body part, the sterilizing device is controlled to spray the sterilizing solution to sterilize the human body part;
wherein, the sterilizing and disinfecting solution in the steps (1) and (2) comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
98.0-99.9% of water;
0.01-0.2% of stabilizer;
hypochlorite ion providing agent 0.01-1.0%;
0.001-1.0% of pH regulator;
starch 0.001-0.01%
Wherein the weight percentages of the components are based on the total weight of the sterilization and disinfection solution;
the preparation method of the sterilization and disinfection solution comprises the following steps:
a. preparing a solution A: mixing a stabilizer, starch and water, adding the mixture into an aqueous solution of hypochlorite ion provider with the effective chlorine concentration of 10-12%, and fully mixing to obtain a solution A;
b. preparing a solution B: preparing a pH regulator solution with the pH value of 3.5-5.1 as a solution B;
c. preparing a sterilizing and disinfecting solution: slowly adding the prepared solution B into the solution A, fully stirring and adjusting the pH to a required value, and stirring for 30 minutes;
d. and (3) after the sterilization and disinfection solution is subjected to pH measurement and qualified in effective chlorine concentration and clarity inspection, subpackaging and packaging are carried out, so that the disinfectant is obtained.
