Description

Constant pressure perfusion and heatable bladder irrigation device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to a bladder irrigation device capable of being perfused at constant pressure and heated.
Background
The patients with the urinary surgery prostatic hyperplasia or bladder tumor need to continuously wash the bladder immediately after the transurethral prostate electrotomy (TUR-P) or transurethral bladder tumor electrotomy (TUR-BT) operation, and the washing amount is larger.
At present, the traditional flushing method is very complicated, an infusion set is needed to be used for connecting normal saline, the infusion set is connected with the inlet end of the disposable drainage bag, one cavity of the double-cavity catheter is connected, and the other cavity is connected with the drainage bag. In the continuous flushing process, physiological saline needs to be repeatedly replaced and flushing liquid is poured, and a sterile drainage bag is wasted to manufacture the connecting device.
In order to prevent blood clots from occurring in the bladder after suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy, the bladder fistulization tube and the air sac urinary duct must be kept unobstructed, and the bladder is continuously flushed with sterile normal saline, but the frequency and the intensity of bladder spasticity are often aggravated due to improper flushing fluid temperature, and the bladder bleeding is aggravated, which causes great pain to patients. Bladder spasticity is affected by a number of factors, the temperature of the bladder irrigation solution being one of the important factors.
In practice, only the number of times of flushing and the amount of flushing liquid are emphasized, and the flushing speed is not clearly defined. Studies have shown that excessive speed can affect heart rate, respiration and blood pressure in patients, especially in patients with cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial involvement. The flushing speed is too high, which can cause the increase of bladder burden, stimulate sympathetic nerves, cause the increase of heart rate and blood pressure, and simultaneously generate reflex stimulus to the respiratory center to cause respiratory acceleration. It is therefore desirable to keep vital signs at the same level while flushing so as to minimize risk factors. However, the speed is too slow, and the vital sign is not affected, but the working strength of nurses is increased intangibly because the observation of the illness state is required to be enhanced in the flushing process. Therefore, when the bladder is flushed, the flushing speed is adjusted, if the adopted flushing speed is used for constant pressure perfusion, the safety of patients is ensured, the working intensity of nurses can be relieved, and the device has positive effect on clinical nursing.
In addition, urological medical staff need closely observe colour, nature and the flow of flushing fluid at the bladder irrigation in-process, reflect the circumstances of bladder hemorrhage according to the colour of drainage liquid, in time adjust the washing speed. However, the current method cannot be evaluated in time, so that hidden danger is caused to the postoperative recovery of the patient.

However, with respect to a bladder irrigation device capable of heating a flushing liquid to a proper temperature in a short time, and simultaneously maintaining constant pressure irrigation of the flushing liquid to perform bladder irrigation, and giving an early warning when the residual liquid amount in the bag is small, and timely replacing, the purposes of achieving a more ideal irrigation effect and saving manpower and material resources are achieved, and no related report exists at present.
