本发明涉及中医药减肥技术领域，具体地说，涉及一种减肥外用药包及其制备方法。所述减肥外用药包采用防己、荷叶、决明子、大黄、猪苓、茯苓、苍术、艾叶、车前子、当归、枳实、白芥子配制而成。本发明所述将中药包热敷于肚脐上，通过肚脐(神阙穴)来进行渗透，祛除身体内的寒湿之气，打通经络，通过大小便排出体外，减肥的同时，还可以调理身体各个脏腑的功能，女性月经期和哺乳期也可以正常外敷。使用时，每天热敷肚脐30分钟，药物治疗效果明显，疗效迅速，并根治和标治同步进行，抑制肥胖反跳，不需要内服，安全、绿色、有效，对身体无任何毒副作用。

背景技术
肥胖属于常见疾病，目前已被世界卫生组织(WHO)列为导致疾病负担的十 大危险因素之一。因此，如何有效防治肥胖及其并发症已成为一个严重的公共 卫生问题。目前，国内外对于单纯性肥胖尚无安全有效的治疗手段，现代医学 主要采取外科减肥手术和服用减肥药物等治疗手段。但由于疗效有限且不良反 应较多，在现实社会中存在诸多问题。而中医药治疗单纯性肥胖具有多靶点调 控、价廉效佳的特点，可作为有利补充。目前报道的治疗肥胖的各类中药成药、 验方、自拟方等种类繁多，药物的选用差别较大。选择一种安全、有效的治疗 手段显得尤其重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种减肥外用药包及其制备方法，以解决上述的 技术问题。
为实现上述目的，所采用的技术方案是：
一种减肥外用药包，其特征在于：采用防己、荷叶、决明子、大黄、猪苓、 茯苓、苍术、艾叶、车前子、当归、枳实、白芥子配制而成；各种原材料的用 量分别为：防己10g、荷叶50g、决明子20g、大黄5g、猪苓10g、茯苓10g、 苍术10g、艾叶10g、车前子15g、当归10g、枳实10g、白芥子10g。
本发明所述减肥外用药包的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
1、按照配方称取：防己10g、荷叶50g、决明子20g、大黄5g、猪苓10g、 茯苓10g、苍术10g、艾叶10g、车前子15g、当归10g、枳实10g、白芥子10g， 备用；
2、将称量好的各种原材料混合均匀，经粉碎后，研磨成药粉；
3、将药粉装入药包，即为成品。

本发明所述减肥外用药包的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
1、按照配方称取：防己10g、荷叶50g、决明子20g、大黄5g、猪苓10g、 茯苓10g、苍术10g、艾叶10g、车前子15g、当归10g、枳实10g、白芥子10g， 备用；
2、将称量好的各种原材料混合均匀，经粉碎后，研磨成药粉；
3、将药粉装入药包，即为成品。
基于上述，本发明所述的减肥外用药包可针对以下病理进行治疗：
1、本发明所述的减肥外用药包对单纯性肥胖患者的治疗效果非常明显，这 类人一般全身脂肪分布比较均匀，没有内分泌紊乱现象，也无代谢障碍性疾病， 其家族往往有肥胖病史。
2、本发明所述的减肥外用药包还可以调理血脂偏高、血糖偏多、血压偏高、 慢性胃肠炎、脂肪肝、失眠以及女性疾病，如：痛经、月经不调、乳腺增生、 不孕症等，通过降低体内脂肪，从而达到调节体内各个脏腑的功能，从而达到 疗效。
本发明所述减肥外用药包的使用方法及预防措施：
1、使用方法：每天需热敷肚脐30分钟。
2、预防：减肥期间适当减低膳食热量，用低热值食品代替高热食品，优先 考虑消减主食，逐步减少糖多、油大、营养价值不高的食品，补充各种维生素， 不能饮酒，建议健康的生活方式，合理营养，积极锻炼，充足睡眠，善于调节 心理压力，保持稳定情绪。

2.如权利要求1所述减肥外用药包的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
(1)按照配方称取：防己10g、荷叶50g、决明子20g、大黄5g、猪苓10g、茯苓10g、苍术10g、艾叶10g、车前子15g、当归10g、枳实10g、白芥子10g，备用；
(2)将称量好的各种原材料混合均匀，经粉碎后，研磨成药粉；
(3)将药粉装入药包，即为成品。
