Abstract
本发明提供了一种便携式半导体制冷箱包,包括箱包本体,箱包本体的后部设置有拉动结构,箱包本体的后下部设置有滚轮。箱包本体包括外壳,外壳的底部设置有制冷系统,外壳内设置有内胆,外壳和内胆之间设置有中间保温层,内胆内为制冷室,外壳上连接有门体。制冷系统包括半导体制冷片、冷凝器、蒸发器和毛细管,制冷系统为制冷室制冷。外壳和内胆均采用皮质或棉质或麻质材料制成的。中间保温层采用可凝胶或泡棉或海绵或亚麻或羽绒材料制成的。外壳和内胆均采用柔性材料制成,中间保温层采用可伸缩变形的材料制成,使得箱包本体轻便、可折叠、可携带。拉动结构和滚轮的设置,使得便携式半导体制冷箱包随用随走,方便携带外出。

技术领域
本发明涉及冷藏冷冻设备领域,具体涉及一种便携式半导体制冷箱包。
背景技术
现有技术中,冷藏冷冻设备一般为冰箱或冰柜,传统的冰箱与冰柜,固定成型,体积较大,而且重量很重,空间占用率很高,一般放置在静态稳定的环境中,不能携带外出,使用环境受限。因此,需要设计一种便携式、结构轻便地制冷箱包。
发明内容
针对传统的冰箱或冰柜存在的不能携带外出,使用环境受限的问题,本发明提供了一种便携式半导体制冷箱包。
本发明采用以下的技术方案:
一种便携式半导体制冷箱包,包括箱包本体,箱包本体的后部设置有拉动结构,箱包本体的后下部设置有滚轮;
所述箱包本体包括外壳,外壳的底部设置有制冷系统,外壳内设置有内胆,外壳和内胆之间设置有中间保温层,内胆内为制冷室,外壳上连接有门体;
制冷系统包括半导体制冷片、冷凝器、蒸发器和毛细管,制冷系统为制冷室制冷;
所述外壳和内胆均采用皮质或棉质或麻质材料制成的;
所述中间保温层采用可凝胶或泡棉或海绵或亚麻或羽绒材料制成的。
优选地,所述制冷室分为上部冷藏室和下部冷冻室,冷藏室和冷冻室均由制冷系统制冷。
优选地,所述门体设置在外壳的顶部或外壳的侧部,门体铰连接在外壳上,门体与外壳通过拉链连接或者吸合连接的方式闭合在一起。
优选地,所述制冷系统还包括连接管路,连接管路是由高密度碳和纤维材料制成的。
优选地,所述拉动结构包括可伸缩拉杆。
优选地,所述拉动结构是由合金钢材料制成的。
本发明具有的有益效果是:
本发明提供的便携式半导体制冷箱包,外壳和内胆均采用柔性材料制成,中间保温层采用可伸缩变形的材料制成,使得箱包本体轻便、可折叠、可携带;制冷系统采用半导体制冷片作为制冷动力源,节能环保,制冷系统的连接管路是由高密度碳和纤维材料制成的,既不和多种制冷剂发生反应,又能通过材料的可变形性使制冷剂更有利于制冷剂的走向。拉动结构和滚轮的设置,使得便携式半导体制冷箱包随用随走,方便携带外出,不仅空间占用率低,而且能在多种环境下使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步说明:
结合图1和图2,一种便携式半导体制冷箱包,包括箱包本体1,箱包本体的后部设置有拉动结构2,箱包本体的后下部设置有滚轮。
箱包本体包括外壳,外壳的底部设置有制冷系统,外壳内设置有内胆,外壳和内胆之间设置有中间保温层,内胆内为制冷室,外壳上连接有门体。
制冷系统包括半导体制冷片、冷凝器、蒸发器和毛细管,制冷系统为制冷室制冷。
制冷系统采用半导体制冷片作为制冷动力源,节能环保。
制冷系统还包括连接管路,连接管路是由高密度碳和纤维等具有柔性的材料制成的,连接管路既不和多种制冷剂发生反应,又能通过材料的可变形性使制冷剂更有利于制冷剂的走向。
外壳和内胆均采用皮质或棉质或麻质等材料制成的。
中间保温层采用可凝胶或泡棉或海绵或亚麻或羽绒等材料制成的。
外壳和内胆均采用柔性材料制成,中间保温层采用可伸缩变形的材料制成,使得箱包本体轻便、可折叠、可携带。
制冷室分为上部冷藏室和下部冷冻室,冷藏室和冷冻室均由制冷系统制冷。
门体设置在外壳的顶部或外壳的侧部,门体铰连接在外壳上,门体与外壳通过拉链连接或者吸合连接的方式闭合在一起。
拉动结构1包括可伸缩拉杆,拉动结构是由合金钢材料制成的。
可伸缩拉杆和滚轮的设计,用户可随时拉动便携式半导体制冷箱包移动,方便快捷,随用随走。

1.一种便携式半导体制冷箱包,其特征在于,包括箱包本体,箱包本体的后部设置有拉动结构,箱包本体的后下部设置有滚轮;
所述箱包本体包括外壳,外壳的底部设置有制冷系统,外壳内设置有内胆,外壳和内胆之间设置有中间保温层,内胆内为制冷室,外壳上连接有门体;
制冷系统包括半导体制冷片、冷凝器、蒸发器和毛细管,制冷系统为制冷室制冷;
所述外壳和内胆均采用皮质或棉质或麻质材料制成的;
所述中间保温层采用可凝胶或泡棉或海绵或亚麻或羽绒材料制成的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式半导体制冷箱包,其特征在于,所述制冷室分为上部冷藏室和下部冷冻室,冷藏室和冷冻室均由制冷系统制冷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式半导体制冷箱包,其特征在于,所述门体设置在外壳的顶部或外壳的侧部,门体铰连接在外壳上,门体与外壳通过拉链连接或者吸合连接的方式闭合在一起。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式半导体制冷箱包,其特征在于,所述制冷系统还包括连接管路,连接管路是由高密度碳和纤维材料制成的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式半导体制冷箱包,其特征在于,所述拉动结构包括可伸缩拉杆。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式半导体制冷箱包,其特征在于,所述拉动结构是由合金钢材料制成的。
