Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wool treatment, in particular to integrated equipment for biotechnical treatment and cleaning of wool.
Background
Wool is a high-quality textile material, and compared with other textile materials, the wool has good elasticity and texture. The wool has a special structure, and one special place is that the surface of the wool has fiber scales, and the existence of the fiber scales causes the problems of water washing shrinkage, difficult dyeing, skin irritation and the like of wool products. Therefore, wool usually needs to be subjected to a special treatment before being used for weaving, so that the wool fiber has stable structure, smooth surface and soft texture, and the special treatment is the wool processing treatment.
There are many different treatments for wool, including chemical treatment of wool and biological treatment of wool with biological enzymes such as proteases, which probably include the following steps: wool cleaning, biological enzyme treatment, wool surface scale treatment, biological enzyme elution treatment and water washing treatment. At present, the processes are all carried out on a manual production line, and the problems are many: on one hand, the horizontal unevenness of workers and the processing quality can not be ensured; on the other hand, the process steps are multiple and complicated, a large amount of manpower is consumed, and the efficiency is low; on the other hand, the wool needs to be circulated and transferred among all the sections, so that a large amount of transportation resources are consumed, and a large amount of time is consumed.
Therefore, it is necessary to design an integrated equipment for biotechnical treatment of wool fibers, which can uniformly complete the above processes and reduce section turnover.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to address at least the above-mentioned deficiencies and to provide at least the advantages which will be described hereinafter.
To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the purpose of the invention, the present invention provides an integrated wool biotechnological treatment and cleaning apparatus comprising:
the cleaning device comprises a first roller which is obliquely arranged at an angle of 5-10 degrees, wool slowly moves from a high first section to a low end under the action of self gravity, water is automatically discharged from the low end, the distance from the eccentric roller to the inner wall of the first roller is equal by the eccentric roller which is concentrically arranged in the first roller, the wool is uniformly spread between the eccentric roller and the first roller, an active carbon injection unit arranged in the eccentric roller is used for injecting mixed liquid formed by mixing active carbon powder and water or directly injecting active carbon powder to the wool in a rolling space, the active carbon powder can adsorb impurities such as soil, grease and the like on the surface of the wool, the upper end of the first roller, namely the high end, is arranged as a feed inlet, the lower end, namely the low end, is arranged as a discharge outlet, and the feed inlet and the discharge outlet are both provided with cover bodies in a matching way, the cover body is used for opening or closing the first roller, a rolling space is arranged between the roller and the inner wall of the roller, wool is positioned in the rolling space and rolled by the roller to be cleaned, impurities in the wool can be extruded out through rolling action, particularly the wool is rolled into a mass pile, the rolling is more beneficial to the discharge of the impurities, the effect cannot be achieved through conventional rinsing, the eccentric roller and the first roller are driven by a power mechanism to rotate at different speeds respectively, so that the eccentric roller and the first roller can rotate relatively, the wool can be rolled by the eccentric roller, the wool in the rolling space is rolled by the eccentric roller, the first roller is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet to respectively introduce and discharge liquid, the activated carbon injection unit injects activated carbon or activated carbon powder water to the rolling space from the surface of the eccentric roller, and the washed wool enters the biological enzyme treatment device, the inner wall of the first roller is distributed with a plurality of circular bulges, and the bulges can increase the friction between wool and the inner part of the first roller, so that the wool is prevented from sliding relative to the inner wall of the first roller, and the rolling cleaning effect is reduced.

the equipment provided by the invention can be used for cleaning wool, soaking the wool in biological enzyme and eluting the wool, so that the wool treatment effect and efficiency are improved.
The cleaning device provided by the invention can be used for rolling and spraying the wool with the activated carbon, can improve the cleaning effect of the clustered wool, and solves the problems of poor rinsing effect and low efficiency of the traditional wool.
The wool washing device provided by the invention is provided with the hairbrush unit which is matched with ultrasonic waves to wash wool, so that impurities, biological enzymes and active carbon in the wool can be effectively washed away, the effect is good, and the efficiency is high.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, an integrated wool biotechnological treatment and cleaning apparatus includes:

The realization process of the invention is as follows: firstly, putting wool or woolen blankets to be treated into a first roller, introducing water, spraying activated carbon powder or an activated carbon powder aqueous solution into an activated carbon spraying unit, and then starting an eccentric roller for rolling washing;
the washed wool enters a biological enzyme treatment device, the box body is filled with biological enzyme soak solution and then starts to soak the wool, and the rolling unit can slowly roll the wool in the soaking process until the soaking is finished;
the wool that the soaking was accomplished is discharged into elution device, and in the second cylinder, the second cylinder rolls and washes and scrub wool, and supersonic generator sends ultrasonic action and wool, increases the cleaning performance, and the wool or the wool fabric that accomplish are accomplished to the washing after accomplishing.
