本发明公开了一种立体五层智能保暖防风防水胶合面料，包括胶合面料本体，胶合面料本体底部设有面料A层，通过设置一号粘接层和二号粘接层，且一号粘接层通过泡沫管穿过羽绒棉C层处在底孔内，生产该胶合面料的时候，可通过往泡沫管上端的注胶孔内注入面料胶，面料胶在泡沫管内下流的过程中一部分从副出胶孔流出与羽绒棉C层内的羽绒棉相互粘接，另一部分与二号粘接层内的底孔相粘接，因面料A层固定连接二号粘接层以及一号粘接层固定连接面料B层，使羽绒棉C层与面料A层、面料B层接触后粘合牢度更好，手感更软、蓬松度更好、3D立体感更强，本发明结构简单，保暖性能优良，同时也大大减少制作羽绒服的人工成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，特别涉及一种立体五层智能保暖防风防水胶合面料，属于纺织服装技术领域。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一，面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性，而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果，在服装大世界里，服装的面料五花八门，日新月异。但是从总体上来讲，优质、高档的面料，大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装，宜选纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻制品，以这四种纯天然质地面料制作的服装，大都档次较高。有时，穿著纯皮革制作的服装，也是允许的，随着人们生活水平的提高，人们消费水平和观念也在逐渐提高，对面料的要求也越来越高，不仅要满足质量上各方面的需求，同时还要满足外观风格、色泽及手感上的要求，目前胶合面料基本为五层结构，且中间部分的保暖棉都是通过胶合工艺、设备、油PUR热熔胶、高温熔解成液化后，附着与花型模具上，再通过设备四层罗拉平衡的将上面与下面通过的双面上胶，最终结合成一块布，但正因为五层面料中的保暖棉部分的材料蓬松度大且细腻、软滑，所以在上胶以及温度和压力方面的控制比较高，操作难度较大，成品率较低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种立体五层智能保暖防风防水胶合面料。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了如下的技术方案：
本发明一种立体五层智能保暖防风防水胶合面料，包括胶合面料本体，所述胶合面料本体底部设有面料A层，所述面料A层内设有化纤底布和TPU聚醚，所述面料A层底部设有化纤底布，所述化纤底布上端设有TPU聚醚，所述面料A层上端固定连接有二号粘接层，所述二号粘接层内底部均匀设有若干底孔，所述二号粘接层远离于面料A层的一侧连接有羽绒棉C层，所述羽绒棉C层远离于二号粘接层的一侧连接有一号粘接层，所述一号粘接层内均匀插设有若干与底孔竖直对应的泡沫管，所述泡沫管底部设有主出胶孔，且所述泡沫管底部的主出胶孔穿插过羽绒棉C层处在底孔内，所述泡沫管上端一侧设有注胶孔，所述一号粘接层远离于羽绒棉C层的一侧固定连接有面料B层，所述面料B层内设有化纤里料和TPU聚氨酯，所述面料B层内底部设有TPU聚氨酯，所述TPU聚氨酯上端连接化纤里料。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述泡沫管外侧四周均匀设有若干副出胶孔，且所述副出胶孔均处在羽绒棉C层面上。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述主出胶孔面积大于副出胶孔。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述一号粘接层和二号粘接层均关于羽绒棉C层对称设置。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述泡沫管均与一号粘接层固定连接。
本发明所达到的有益效果是：本发明一种立体五层智能保暖防风防水胶合面料，通过设置一号粘接层和二号粘接层，且一号粘接层通过泡沫管穿过羽绒棉C层处在底孔内，生产该胶合面料的时候，可通过往泡沫管上端的注胶孔内注入面料胶，面料胶在泡沫管内下流的过程中一部分从副出胶孔流出与羽绒棉C层内的羽绒棉相互粘接，另一部分与二号粘接层内的底孔相粘接，因面料A层固定连接二号粘接层以及一号粘接层固定连接面料B层，使羽绒棉C层与面料A层、面料B层接触后粘合牢度更好，手感更软、蓬松度更好、3D立体感更强，本发明结构简单，保暖性能优良，同时也大大减少制作羽绒服的人工成本。

实施例1
如图1-3所示，一种立体五层智能保暖防风防水胶合面料，包括胶合面料本体6，胶合面料本体6底部设有面料A层1，面料A层1内设有化纤底布11和TPU聚醚12，面料A层1底部设有化纤底布11，化纤底布11上端设有TPU聚醚12，面料A层1上端固定连接有二号粘接层4，二号粘接层4内底部均匀设有若干底孔8，二号粘接层4远离于面料A层1的一侧连接有羽绒棉C层5，羽绒棉C层5远离于二号粘接层4的一侧连接有一号粘接层3，一号粘接层3内均匀插设有若干与底孔8竖直对应的泡沫管7，泡沫管7底部设有主出胶孔10，且泡沫管7底部的主出胶孔10穿插过羽绒棉C层5处在底孔8内，泡沫管7上端一侧设有注胶孔9，一号粘接层3远离于羽绒棉C层5的一侧固定连接有面料B层2，面料B层2内设有化纤里料21和TPU聚氨酯22，面料B层2内底部设有TPU聚氨酯22，TPU聚氨酯22上端连接化纤里料21。
泡沫管7外侧四周均匀设有若干副出胶孔13，且副出胶孔13均处在羽绒棉C层5面上，主出胶孔10面积大于副出胶孔13，一号粘接层3和二号粘接层4均关于羽绒棉C层5对称设置，泡沫管7均与一号粘接层3固定连接。
具体的，本发明使用时，通过设置一号粘接层3和二号粘接层4，且一号粘接层3通过泡沫管7穿过羽绒棉C层5处在底孔8内，生产该胶合面料的时候，可通过往泡沫管7上端的注胶孔9内注入面料胶，面料胶在泡沫管7内下流的过程中一部分从副出胶孔13流出与羽绒棉C层5内的羽绒棉相互粘接，另一部分与二号粘接层4内的底孔8相粘接，因面料A层1固定连接二号粘接层4以及一号粘接层3固定连接面料B层2，使羽绒棉C层5与面料A层1、面料B层2接触后粘合牢度更好，手感更软、蓬松度更好、3D立体感更强，本发明结构简单，保暖性能优良，同时也大大减少制作羽绒服的人工成本。

1.一种立体五层智能保暖防风防水胶合面料，包括胶合面料本体（6），其特征在于：所述胶合面料本体（6）底部设有面料A层（1），所述面料A层（1）内设有化纤底布（11）和TPU聚醚（12），所述面料A层（1）底部设有化纤底布（11），所述化纤底布（11）上端设有TPU聚醚（12），所述面料A层（1）上端固定连接有二号粘接层（4），所述二号粘接层（4）内底部均匀设有若干底孔（8），所述二号粘接层（4）远离于面料A层（1）的一侧连接有羽绒棉C层（5），所述羽绒棉C层（5）远离于二号粘接层（4）的一侧连接有一号粘接层（3），所述一号粘接层（3）内均匀插设有若干与底孔（8）竖直对应的泡沫管（7），所述泡沫管（7）底部设有主出胶孔（10），且所述泡沫管（7）底部的主出胶孔（10）穿插过羽绒棉C层（5）处在底孔（8）内，所述泡沫管（7）上端一侧设有注胶孔（9），所述一号粘接层（3）远离于羽绒棉C层（5）的一侧固定连接有面料B层（2），所述面料B层（2）内设有化纤里料（21）和TPU聚氨酯（22），所述面料B层（2）内底部设有TPU聚氨酯（22），所述TPU聚氨酯（22）上端连接化纤里料（21）。
