牛仔布,是一种较粗厚的色织经面斜纹棉布,经纱颜色深,一般为靛蓝色,纬纱颜色浅,一般为浅灰或煮练后的本白纱。目前,大多数牛仔面料采用坯布染色,染色效果较差。

c、编织:将步骤b中的经线和纬线通过纺织机进行编织成基布,经线的线密度为10.0-13.0tex,纬线的线密度为10.0-13.0tex;
d、内层:内层通过经线和纬线编织而成,在内层上涂上阻燃涂料,经线的线密度为8-9tex,纬线的线密度为8-9tex;
e、复合:将内层与基布通过复合机进行复合,复合后形成半成品面料;
f、定型:将半成品面料通过定型机进行定型;
g、收卷:通过收卷装置,将定型后的面料进行收卷。

2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃牛仔复合面料的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述染缸的两侧外壁垂直焊接有对称设置的第一连接板,第一连接板的顶端垂直焊接有第二连接板,第二连接板的底端正中间垂直焊接有第一固定板,第一固定板远离第二连接板的一端垂直焊接有第二固定板,第二固定板的底端垂直焊接有第三固定板,第三固定板的底端连接有固定环,固定环的内部设置有挤压板,挤压板的一侧侧壁垂直焊接有推板,固定环的一侧侧壁沿其长度方向开设有第一通孔,推板远离挤压板的一端穿过第一通孔延伸至固定环的外部,推板的两侧安装有与固定环内壁连接的伸缩杆,伸缩杆的另一端与挤压板垂直焊接,第二连接板的顶端设置有蓄料箱,蓄料箱的底端连接有多根固定管,且固定管与第三固定板平行设置,固定管靠近固定环的一侧设置有喷料器,且喷料器与固定环平行设置,染缸的底端连接有输送管,输送管的另一端与蓄料箱内部连通,输送管上连接有输送泵。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阻燃牛仔复合面料的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述伸缩杆由第一连杆、第二连杆和罩筒组成,罩筒底端侧壁连接有第二连杆,第二连杆内部滑动连接有第一连杆,且第一连杆位于罩筒外部,所述罩筒与挤压板之间连接有弹簧。
4.根据权利要求2所述的阻燃牛仔复合面料的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述挤压板的竖截面为弧形,所述挤压板的数量设置为四个,且四个挤压板合起来的竖截面为圆形。
5.根据权利要求2所述的阻燃牛仔复合面料的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述喷料器是由喷头与管道组成,所述管道的一端与喷头连接,所述管道的另一端与固定管连通,且喷头的一侧连接有气管。
6.根据权利要求2所述的阻燃牛仔复合面料的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述第二连接板的顶端沿竖直方向开设有第二通孔,所述固定管远离蓄料箱的一端穿过第二通孔。
