本发明特指一种齿形胶套模的硫化装置及生产工艺,属于胶套模硫化技术领域,包括硫化罐、齿形钢模、胶片和平胶套,所述胶片包覆在齿形钢模上,且平胶套套于外侧,所述平胶套端部套设有密封盖,密封盖上设置有气管Ⅰ,延伸至硫化罐外部;所述齿形钢模的中间设置有真空腔,所述真空腔端口设置有气管Ⅱ,所述气管Ⅱ穿过密封盖并延伸至硫化罐外部,所述真空腔的内壁设置有若干气孔,所述气孔贯穿齿形钢模,延伸至外壁齿形间的齿槽上;所述硫化罐上设置有气管Ⅲ。本发明中齿形胶套模充齿非常饱满,没有缺齿现象,且使用寿命比模压胶套要高三分之一,生产工艺简单,提高了效率,成本也低。

Description

一种齿形胶套模的硫化装置及生产工艺
技术领域
本发明属于胶套模硫化技术领域,涉及一种齿形胶套模的硫化工艺,特指一种齿形胶套模的硫化装置及生产工艺。
背景技术
齿形胶套模是生产橡胶切边V带硫化时的一种外模,它是反成型硫化工艺生产中必不可少的一种橡胶模,它可反复使用200~400次,一般根据不同的产品会设计不同的齿形胶套。
一般常规的生产方法是模压,但模压胶套的接头有时不是很牢固,生产过程中容易脱开,影响胶套的使用寿命,且容易造成生产的产品报废。另外,小一点的胶套也不能模压,因无法接头,接头模具有一定的宽度而弯不过来。
另一种生产方法就是用圆模生产,即做一个齿形圆钢模,将胶片在钢模上包若干层(层数根据胶套厚度来确定),再在胶的外面螺旋缠绕包上窄条尼龙水包布,包水包布时要给一定的张力,然后放进硫化缸里进行硫化,在硫化时因尼龙布受热后收缩,胶套胶受热后也是一种粘流体,在前几分钟还未发生交联反应时,胶料可以流动,在尼龙布收缩的外力作用下,胶料流入齿腔。再经过一定时间硫化后就已定型(已发生交联反应),即为一种弹性体。在生产时我们有时还在布的外面再缠绕一层聚酯线绳,聚酯线绳受热后也会收缩,即增加外力。用这种生产方法有时也很难充满齿腔,特别是齿形较深时更难充满齿腔,并且生产比较繁琐,尼龙布可使用5次,聚酯线绳仅能用一次,成本也比较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利用平胶套作为外模和蒸汽的内外压力差而使胶料充满齿腔的齿形胶套模的硫化装置及生产工艺。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种齿形胶套模的硫化装置,包括硫化罐、齿形钢模、胶片和平胶套,其中,所述胶片包覆在齿形钢模上,且平胶套套于外侧,所述平胶套端部设有密封盖,密封盖上设置有气管Ⅰ,延伸至硫化罐外部;所述齿形钢模的中间设置有真空腔,所述真空腔端口设置有气管Ⅱ,所述气管Ⅱ穿过密封盖并延伸至硫化罐外部,所述气管Ⅰ设置有两个端口,一个与平胶套的内腔连通,另一个与真空腔连通,所述真空腔的内壁设置有若干气孔,所述气孔贯穿齿形钢模,延伸至外壁齿形间的齿槽上;所述硫化罐上设置有气管Ⅲ。
据上所述的齿形胶套模的硫化装置,其中,所述平胶套的长度比齿形钢模的长度大5-10mm。
据上所述的齿形胶套模的硫化装置,其中,所述平胶套的内径比包覆有胶片的齿形钢模的外径大6mm±3。
据上所述的齿形胶套模的硫化装置,其中,所述平胶套在使用前经过硫化处理。
据上所述的齿形胶套模的生产工艺,其中,包括如下步骤:S1、在齿形钢模上包覆若干层胶片,胶片的厚度为1mm;
S2、在平胶套的内壁涂覆脱模剂,并将平胶套放入硫化罐内预热5分钟;
S3、将包覆好胶片的齿形钢模放入硫化罐中的平胶套内,并在平胶套上盖上密封盖,准备硫化;
S4、通过气管Ⅰ对平胶套内进行抽真空,使平胶套内压力为-0 .08MPa,并维持6分钟,然后停止抽真空,切换到气管Ⅱ通入蒸汽,使真空腔内压力达到0 .1MPa,持续3分钟,进行预热,温度为120℃左右,然后提高蒸汽压力,使真空腔内压力达到0 .7MPa,持续90分钟,使胶片发生交联反应,硫化温度为170℃左右,在气管Ⅰ对平胶套内进行抽真空时,维持硫化罐压力为0MPa,持续3分钟,然后通过气管Ⅲ通入蒸汽加压,使罐内压力达到1 .2MPa,使平胶套的内外形成压力差,让胶料充分流动而充满齿腔,并保持罐内温度为190℃左右,持续96分钟,与平胶套内的时间同步,最后排气,硫化完成。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:齿形胶套模充齿非常饱满,没有缺齿和起泡分层现象,且使用寿命比模压胶套模要高三分之一,生产工艺简单,提高了效率,成本也低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1—5:一种齿形胶套模的硫化装置,包括硫化罐10、齿形钢模12、胶片16和平胶套15,其中,所述胶片16包覆在齿形钢模12上,且平胶套15套于外侧,所述平胶套15的内径比包覆有胶片16的齿形钢模12的外径大6mm±3,方便平胶套15套入,所述平胶套15端部设有密封盖17,密封盖17上设置有气管Ⅰ18,延伸至硫化罐10外部;所述齿形钢模12的中间设置有真空腔13,所述真空腔13端口设置有气管Ⅱ19,所述气管Ⅱ19穿过密封盖17并延伸至硫化罐10外部,所述气管Ⅰ18设置有两个端口,一个与平胶套15的内腔连通,另一个与真空腔13连通,如图3所示,所述真空腔13的内壁设置有若干气孔14,所述气孔14贯穿齿形钢模12,延伸至外壁齿形间的齿槽上;所述硫化罐10上设置有气管Ⅲ20。
在生产时,胶片16所使用的厚度为1mm,因为胶片16每层胶片之间容易裹气(丁基橡胶的气密性很好),容易造成齿形胶套质量有缺陷,胶片16在一层一层包覆到齿形钢模12上时,要确保层与层之间贴合紧密,防止裹杂空气。
胶片16包覆完毕后,在平胶套15的内壁涂覆脱模剂,脱模剂可使用乳化硅油,并将平胶套15放入硫化罐10内的固定座11上预热5分钟,保持平胶套15下端与固定座11密封性良好,作为外膜的平胶套已经提前做过硫化处理,平胶套15的长度比齿形钢模12的长度大5-10mm,将包覆好胶片的齿形钢模12放入硫化罐10中的平胶套15内,由于平胶套15高于齿形钢模12,在平胶套15上盖上密封盖17后,可以形成一个密闭的空间,密封盖17上设置有气管Ⅰ18,气管Ⅰ18外联气压装置,方便对该密闭空间进行压力控制,然后准备硫化。
通过气管Ⅰ18对平胶套15内进行抽真空,使平胶套15内压力为-0 .08MPa,并维持6分钟,将平胶套15与密封盖17形成的密封空间内的空气排尽,同时,将真空腔13内的空气排尽,形成真空,气孔会产生吸力,一方面将胶片与齿形钢模间的空气完全排除,另一方面能够将胶片紧紧的吸附在齿形钢模的齿槽上,防止硫化过程中起泡、分层,然后停止抽真空,切换切换到气管Ⅱ19通入蒸汽,使真空腔13内压力达到0 .1MPa,持续3分钟,进行预热,预热温度为120℃左右,此时包覆在齿形钢模12上的胶片成为粘流体,能够流动,在硫化罐10外压的作用下开始充满到齿形钢模12的齿槽上,然后提高蒸汽压力,使真空腔13内压力达到0 .7MPa,即温度为170℃左右,持续90分钟,使胶片16发生交联反应,即硫化。
在气管Ⅰ18对平胶套15内进行抽真空时,维持硫化罐10压力为0MPa,持续3分钟,使平胶套15内的空气能够被顺利被抽出,因为硫化罐内过早的加压,会使平胶套15挤压胶片,容易形成封闭空间,造成胶片之间部分空气无法抽出,硫化后容易起泡、分层,3分钟后通过气管Ⅲ20向硫化罐10内通入蒸汽加压,使罐内压力达到1 .2MPa,即给平胶套的外压,温度为190℃左右,持续96分钟,与平胶套15内的时间同步。通过平胶套15内外的压力差使胶片16充满齿槽,使胶片16紧贴在齿槽上,最后排气,硫化完成。
上述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种齿形胶套模的硫化装置,包括硫化罐(10)、齿形钢模(12)、胶片(16)和平胶套(15),其特征在于:所述胶片(16)包覆在齿形钢模(12)上,且平胶套(15)套于外侧,所述平胶套(15)端部套设有密封盖(17),密封盖(17)上设置有气管Ⅰ(18),延伸至硫化罐(10)外部;所述齿形钢模(12)的中间设置有真空腔(13),所述真空腔(13)端口设置有气管Ⅱ(19),所述气管Ⅱ(19)穿过密封盖(17)并延伸至硫化罐(10)外部,所述气管Ⅰ(18)设置有两个端口,一个与平胶套(15)的内腔连通,另一个与真空腔(13)连通,所述真空腔(13)的内壁设置有若干气孔(14),所述气孔(14)贯穿齿形钢模(12),延伸至外壁齿形间的齿槽上;所述硫化罐(10)上设置有气管Ⅲ(20);
齿形胶套模的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、在齿形钢模(12)上包覆若干层胶片(16),胶片(16)的厚度为 1mm;
S2、在平胶套(15)的内壁涂覆脱模剂,并将平胶套(15)放入硫化罐(10)内预热 5 分钟;
S3、将包覆好胶片(16)的齿形钢模(12)放入硫化罐(10)中的平胶套(15)内,并在平胶套(15)上盖上密封盖(17),准备硫化;
S4、通过气管Ⅰ(18)对平胶套(15)内进行抽真空,使平胶套(15)内压力为-0.08MPa,并维持 6分钟,然后停止抽真空,切换到气管Ⅱ(19)通入蒸汽,使真空腔(13)内压力达到0.1MPa,持续3 分钟,进行预热,温度为 120℃左右,然后提高蒸汽压力,使真空腔(13)内压力达到0.7MPa,持续 90 分钟,使胶片(16)发生交联反应,硫化温度为 170℃左右,在气管Ⅰ(18)对平胶套(15)内进行抽真空时,维持硫化罐(10)压力为 0MPa,持续 3 分钟,然后通过气管Ⅲ(20)通入蒸汽加压,使罐内压力达到 1.2MPa,使平胶套的内外形成压力差,让胶料充分流动而充满齿腔,并保持罐内温度为 190℃左右,持续 96 分钟,与平胶套(15)内的时间同步,最后排气,硫化完成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的齿形胶套模的硫化装置,其特征在于:所述平胶套(15)的长度比齿形钢模(12)的长度大 5-10mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的齿形胶套模的硫化装置,其特征在于:所述平胶套(15)的内径比包覆有胶片的齿形钢模(12)的外径大 6mm±3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的齿形胶套模的硫化装置,其特征在于:所述平胶套(15)在使用前经过硫化处理。
