the feeding conveyor belt (1) and the discharging conveyor belt (5) are respectively provided with a limiting ring (1 a) for limiting a steering wheel, the output end of the feeding conveyor belt (1) is provided with an adjusting piece (1 b) for changing the posture of the steering wheel of the feeding conveyor belt (1), and the limiting ring (1 a) is provided with an avoiding notch for avoiding the adjusting piece (1 b);
