技术领域
本发明涉及实验工具技术领域,尤其涉及一种研钵的改进。
背景技术
研钵是实验中用于研碎实验材料的容器,配有钵杵。常为瓷制品研钵,也有由玻璃、铁、玛瑙、氧化铝材料制成的研钵。用于研磨固体物质或进行粉末状固体的混和。因为研钵在使用时常常需要加入化学试剂来进行样品的粉碎或混合,有的试剂有毒、温度过高或过低,而研钵的容器深度并不高,在使用的过程中需要大力研磨,可能导致有毒试剂洒落;试剂温度过高或过低,使用中容易造成烫伤或冻伤,且不方便移动。给实验工作人员工作带来不便且影响实验效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提出了一种改造型研钵,以解决现有实验室用研钵使用不便等问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种改造型研钵,包括研钵本体,研钵本体的侧面固定有把手,且研钵本体上连接有把手的一侧的上端固定设置有挡片。
前述研钵中,把手为横向设置的握把,把手的一端固定于研钵本体上,或把手与研钵本体为一体式结构。
前述研钵中,所述挡片与研钵本体也为一体式结构,且挡片与研钵本体的内壁之间为平滑曲面。
与现有技术相比,本发明所述装置增加挡片,能够在使用研钵过程中防止研钵中样品洒落,也能有效防止有毒试剂或者温度过高或过低的试剂在研磨过程中溅出危害实验员身体;且添加握把的研钵使实验操作方便快捷,使用效果极好。

参照附图1,本实施例提供一种改造型研钵,包括研钵本体1,研钵本体1的侧面固定有把手2,把手2为横向设置的握把,把手2的一端与研钵本体1的侧面一体式连接,且研钵本体1上连接有把手2的一侧的上端固定设置有挡片3,挡片3与研钵本体1也为一体式结构,且挡片3与研钵本体1的内壁之间为平滑曲面。

1.一种改造型研钵,包括研钵本体(1),其特征在于:研钵本体(1)的侧面固定有把手(2),且研钵本体(1)上连接有把手(2)的一侧的上端固定设置有挡片(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种改造型研钵,其特征在于:把手(2)为横向设置的握把,把手(2)的一端固定于研钵本体(1)上,或把手(2)与研钵本体(1)为一体式结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种改造型研钵,其特征在于:所述挡片(3)与研钵本体(1)也为一体式结构,且挡片(3)与研钵本体(1)的内壁之间为平滑曲面。
