Abstract
本发明涉及中药保健领域,特别涉及一种用于咽喉炎的保健茶及制备方法;包括以下按质量份计的原料:蒲公英20‑40份、八爪金龙10‑20份、板蓝根15‑30份、半枝莲15‑30份、紫花地丁15‑30份、射干10‑20份、金银花10‑20份、野菊花10‑15份和桔梗10‑20份;本发明配方合理,采用具有凉血解毒、散瘀止痛、散结消炎、消肿止痛、止咳化痰、宣肺、利咽、祛痰、排脓的功效的药物进行组合,使得制备的保健茶具有阻止、破坏咽喉炎性环境的作用,达到防治咽喉炎的目的,本发明的保健茶,其用于咽喉炎效果显著,有效避免了采用手术治疗带来的痛苦,无副作用,且操作简便,同时所选用的中药原料均容易获得,且价格低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药保健领域,特别涉及一种用于咽喉炎的保健茶及制备方法。
背景技术
咽喉炎是咽部和喉部粘膜下组织的炎症,常为上呼吸道感染的一部分。依据病程的长短和病理改变性质的不同,分为急性咽喉炎和慢性咽喉炎两大类。
急性咽喉炎是咽喉粘膜,并波及粘膜下及淋巴组织的急性炎症,常继发于急性鼻炎或急性扁桃体发炎之后或为上呼吸道感染之一部分。亦常为全身疾病的局部表现或为急性传染病之前驱症状。慢性咽喉炎主要为咽喉黏膜慢性炎症,弥漫性炎症常为上呼吸道慢性卡他性炎症的一部分,局限性炎症则多伴有咽淋巴样组织的炎症。慢性咽喉炎在临床上是一种常见的病、多发病,在常规的药物治疗中,比较顽固,且反复发作,以中年人多见。
急性咽喉炎的主要症状是起病急,初起时咽部干燥,灼热,继而疼痛,吞咽唾液时咽痛往往比进食时更为明显,可伴发热,头痛,食欲不振和四肢酸痛,侵及喉部,可伴声嘶和咳嗽。慢性咽喉炎的主要症状是咽部不适,干、痒、胀,分泌物多而灼痛,易干恶,有异物感,咯之不出,吞之不下。以上症状尤其会在说话稍多、食用刺激性食物后、疲劳或天气变化时加重。
自古以来,中医就有“药食同源”之说,并一贯强调养生,而药食同源之实质,就是说医药是从饮食中发源的,而饮食又是治病强身的良药。近年来现代植物技术不断发展,人们对天然植物应用于医药、保健食品领域的研究已成为热点。目前治疗“咽喉炎”的研究已取得一定成果,但研究的深度尚不够,虽品种繁多,但却存在着水平重复、疗效不确切的缺点。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本申请提供一种治疗咽喉炎的保健茶及其制备方法,采用药食两可、清咽利喉的天然中药为主要原料,可明显改善咽痛、喑哑、暗痰不爽、咽喉部异物感等咽喉症状,且无毒副作用,又冲调方便,非常适合日常饮用用于咽喉炎的治疗和预防保健。
具体是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种用于咽喉炎的保健茶,包括以下按质量份计的原料:蒲公英20-40份、八爪金龙10-20份、板蓝根15-30份、半枝莲15-30份、紫花地丁15-30份、射干10-20 份、金银花10-20份、野菊花10-15份和桔梗10-20份。
包括以下按质量份计的原料:蒲公英25-40份、八爪金龙12-18份、板蓝根 20-30份、半枝莲15-25份、紫花地丁20-30份、射干12-18份、金银花12-18份、野菊花10-15份和桔梗10-20份。

所述的用于咽喉炎的保健茶,为速溶颗粒茶、液茶、复混茶。
所述的速溶颗粒茶,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量份数称取原料,将所有的原料混合送入烘炒机中,烘炒20-50 min。
(2)将烘炒好的原料送入超微粉碎机中,进行粉碎形成混合粉末。
(3)按料液比为2:1-2的比例称取水,将水加到混合粉末中,搅拌混合均匀后,然后真空干燥至水分小于5%,再经微波杀菌消毒后,用颗粒机制成粒径为 0.3-0.5mm的速溶茶颗粒;
(4)将速溶茶颗粒装入自动包装机中,并将其装入灭菌消毒的纸袋,包装成每袋3克,检验、包装成30袋/盒,即为本本申请速溶颗粒茶。
所述的微波杀菌,温度是70-80℃,时间是0.5-1.5h,频率是2200-2500MHz,功率5-10kw。
所述的液茶,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备药液:将蒲公英、八爪金龙、板蓝根、半枝莲、紫花地丁、射干、金银花、野菊花和桔梗按配方称取,洗净后,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量的2~3 倍的水,熬煮30min,再加入所述粉碎料质量10倍量的乙醇,在80-120KHz的频率下超声处理0.4-0.6h,恒温水浴下搅拌60-80min,回收乙醇,将残余料过滤,将滤渣加水重复熬煮两次,将三次的滤液合并,将合并液浓缩至体积的1/3;
(2)将步骤(1)中的浓缩液经过紫外照射杀菌,装入自动包装机中,并将其装入灭菌消毒的包装袋,包装成每袋30ml,检验、包装成30袋/盒,即为本申请液茶。
所述的紫外照射杀菌,波长为215-235nm。
所述的复混茶,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备药液:将蒲公英、八爪金龙、板蓝根、半枝莲、紫花地丁、射干、金银花、野菊花和桔梗按配方称取,洗净后,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量的5倍的水,熬煮50min,再加入所述粉碎料质量10倍量的乙醇,在55-65KHz的频率下超声处理0.4-0.6h,恒温水浴下搅拌60-80min,回收乙醇,过滤,收集滤液,加热浓缩得浓缩液;
(2)将浓缩液均匀喷洒在载体上,在密闭环境内静置使得浓缩药液均匀的渗入到载体内,每隔20-30min喷洒一次,直到制备的浓缩液全部喷洒完,浓缩液与载体的质量比为2:1;
(3)将步骤(2)中的经喷施浓缩液处理后的载体装袋,包装成每袋3-4 朵花茶或5g/袋的茶叶,检验、包装成20袋/盒,即为本申请复混茶。
所述的载体,包括但不限于花茶、绿茶、红茶、白茶中的一种或几种的混合。
上述治疗急慢性咽喉炎保健茶中蒲公英清热解毒、利湿和止痛止血之功效;八爪金龙根、叶具有清热利咽、舒筋活血等功效,用于治咽喉痛、扁桃腺炎、肾炎水肿及跌打风湿等症;板蓝根具有清热解毒、凉血利咽之功效,常用于温疫时毒、发热咽痛、温毒发斑、痄腮、烂喉丹痧、大头瘟疫、丹毒和痈肿;半枝莲具有凉血解毒、散瘀止痛,消肿和清热利湿之功效;紫花地丁具有清热解毒、凉血消肿、清热利湿的作用,主治疔疮、痈肿、瘰疬、黄疸、痢疾、腹泻、目赤、喉痹和毒蛇咬伤;射干具有清热解毒、散结消炎、消肿止痛、止咳化痰,用于治疗扁桃腺炎及腰痛等症;金银花具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的功效,用于治疗胀满下疾、温病发热,热毒痈疡和肿瘤等症,尤其对头昏头晕、口干作渴、多汗烦闷、肠炎、菌痢、麻疹、肺炎、乙脑、流脑、急性乳腺炎、败血症、阑尾炎、皮肤感染、痈疽疔疮、丹毒、腮腺炎、化脓性扁桃体炎等病症均有一定疗效;野菊花具疏散风热、消肿解毒,能治疗疔疮痈肿、咽喉肿痛、风火赤眼、头痛眩晕等病证;桔梗具有宣肺、利咽、祛痰、排脓功效,用于咳嗽痰多、胸闷不畅、咽痛、音哑、肺痈吐脓和疮疡脓成不溃。
综上所述,本发明有益效果在于:本发明配方合理,采用具有凉血解毒、散瘀止痛、散结消炎、消肿止痛、止咳化痰、宣肺、利咽、祛痰、排脓的功效的药物进行组合,使得制备的保健茶具有阻止、破坏咽喉炎性环境的作用,达到防治咽喉炎的目的,本发明的保健茶,其用于咽喉炎效果显著,有效避免了采用手术治疗带来的痛苦,无副作用,且操作简便,同时所选用的中药原料均容易获得,且价格低廉。

下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施方式,任何在本实施例基本精神上的改进或代替,仍属于本发明权利要求所要求保护的范围。
实施例1
制备速溶颗粒茶
一种用于咽喉炎的保健茶,包括以下按质量份计的原料:蒲公英20g、八爪金龙10g、板蓝根15g、半枝莲15g、紫花地丁15g、射干10g、金银花10g、野菊花10g和桔梗10g。
所述的速溶颗粒茶,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量份数称取原料,将所有的原料混合送入烘炒机中,烘炒20min。
(2)将烘炒好的原料送入超微粉碎机中,进行粉碎形成混合粉末。
(3)按料液比为2:1的比例称取水,将水加到混合粉末中,搅拌混合均匀后,然后真空干燥至水分小于5%,再经微波杀菌消毒后,用颗粒机制成粒径为 0.3mm的速溶茶颗粒;其中微波杀菌,温度是70℃,时间是0.5h,频率是2200MHz,功率5kw。
(4)将速溶茶颗粒装入自动包装机中,并将其装入灭菌消毒的纸袋,包装成每袋3克,检验、包装成30袋/盒,即为本本申请速溶颗粒茶。
服用方法:每次用开水冲泡一袋,冲至无味即可,每日一袋。
实施例2
制备速溶颗粒茶
一种用于咽喉炎的保健茶,包括以下按质量份计的原料:蒲公英40g、八爪金龙20g、板蓝根30g、半枝莲30g、紫花地丁30g、射干20g、金银花20g、野菊花15g和桔梗20g。
所述的速溶颗粒茶,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量份数称取原料,将所有的原料混合送入烘炒机中,烘炒50min。
(2)将烘炒好的原料送入超微粉碎机中,进行粉碎形成混合粉末。
(3)按料液比为1:1的比例称取水,将水加到混合粉末中,搅拌混合均匀后,然后真空干燥至水分小于5%,再经微波杀菌消毒后,用颗粒机制成粒径为 0.5mm的速溶茶颗粒;其中微波杀菌,温度是80℃,时间是1.5h,频率是2500MHz,功率10kw。
(4)将速溶茶颗粒装入自动包装机中,并将其装入灭菌消毒的纸袋,包装成每袋3克,检验、包装成30袋/盒,即为本本申请速溶颗粒茶。
服用方法:每次用开水冲泡一袋,冲至无味即可,每日一袋。
实施例3
制备液茶
一种用于咽喉炎的保健茶,包括以下按质量份计的原料:蒲公英20g、八爪金龙10g、板蓝根15g、半枝莲15g、紫花地丁15g、射干10g、金银花10g、野菊花10g和桔梗10g。
所述的液茶,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备药液:将蒲公英、八爪金龙、板蓝根、半枝莲、紫花地丁、射干、金银花、野菊花和桔梗按配方称取,洗净后,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量的2~3 倍的水,熬煮30min,再加入所述粉碎料质量10倍量的乙醇,在80KHz的频率下超声处理0.4h,恒温水浴下搅拌60min,回收乙醇,将残余料过滤,将滤渣加水重复熬煮两次,将三次的滤液合并,将合并液浓缩至体积的1/3;
(2)将步骤(1)中的浓缩液经过波长为215nm的紫外照射杀菌,装入自动包装机中,并将其装入灭菌消毒的包装袋,包装成每袋30ml,检验、包装成30 袋/盒,即为本申请液茶。
服用方法:每次用开水冲泡一袋,液茶与开水混合比例为1:2,每日一袋。
实施例4
制备液茶
一种用于咽喉炎的保健茶,包括以下按质量份计的原料:蒲公英40g、八爪金龙20g、板蓝根30g、半枝莲30g、紫花地丁30g、射干20g、金银花20g、野菊花15g和桔梗20g。
所述的液茶,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备药液:将蒲公英、八爪金龙、板蓝根、半枝莲、紫花地丁、射干、金银花、野菊花和桔梗按配方称取,洗净后,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量的2~3 倍的水,熬煮30min,再加入所述粉碎料质量10倍量的乙醇,在120KHz的频率下超声处理0.6h,恒温水浴下搅拌65min,回收乙醇,将残余料过滤,将滤渣加水重复熬煮两次,将三次的滤液合并,将合并液浓缩至体积的1/3;
(2)将步骤(1)中的浓缩液经过波长为215-235nm的紫外照射杀菌,装入自动包装机中,并将其装入灭菌消毒的包装袋,包装成每袋30ml,检验、包装成 30袋/盒,即为本申请液茶。
服用方法:每次用开水冲泡一袋,液茶与开水混合比例为1:2,每日一袋。
实施例5
制备复混茶
一种用于咽喉炎的保健茶,包括以下按质量份计的原料:蒲公英20g、八爪金龙10g、板蓝根15g、半枝莲15g、紫花地丁15g、射干10g、金银花10g、野菊花10g和桔梗10g。
所述的复混茶,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备药液:将蒲公英、八爪金龙、板蓝根、半枝莲、紫花地丁、射干、金银花、野菊花和桔梗按配方称取,洗净后,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量的5倍的水,熬煮50min,再加入所述粉碎料质量10倍量的乙醇,在55KHz的频率下超声处理0.6h,恒温水浴下搅拌70min,回收乙醇,过滤,收集滤液,加热浓缩得浓缩液;
(2)将浓缩液均匀喷洒在玫瑰花上,在密闭环境内静置使得浓缩药液均匀的渗入到玫瑰花内,每隔30min喷洒一次,直到制备的浓缩液全部喷洒完,浓缩液与玫瑰花的质量比为2:1;
(3)将步骤(2)中的经喷施浓缩液处理后的玫瑰花装袋,包装成每袋3-4 朵花茶或5g/袋的茶叶,检验、包装成20袋/盒,即为本申请复混茶。
服用方法:每次用开水冲泡一袋,冲至无味即可,每日一袋。
实施例6
制备复混茶
一种用于咽喉炎的保健茶,包括以下按质量份计的原料:蒲公英40g、八爪金龙20g、板蓝根30g、半枝莲30g、紫花地丁30g、射干20g、金银花20g、野菊花15g和桔梗20g。
所述的复混茶,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备药液:将蒲公英、八爪金龙、板蓝根、半枝莲、紫花地丁、射干、金银花、野菊花和桔梗按配方称取,洗净后,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量的5倍的水,熬煮50min,再加入所述粉碎料质量10倍量的乙醇,在65KHz的频率下超声处理0.6h,恒温水浴下搅拌75min,回收乙醇,过滤,收集滤液,加热浓缩得浓缩液;
(2)将浓缩液均匀喷洒在红茶上,在密闭环境内静置使得浓缩药液均匀的渗入到红茶内,每隔30min喷洒一次,直到制备的浓缩液全部喷洒完,浓缩液与红茶的质量比为2:1;
(3)将步骤(2)中的经喷施浓缩液处理后的红茶装袋,包装成每袋3-4 朵花茶或5g/袋的茶叶,检验、包装成20袋/盒,即为本申请复混茶。
服用方法:每次用开水冲泡一袋,冲至无味即可,每日一袋。
实施例7
制备复混茶
一种用于咽喉炎的保健茶,包括以下按质量份计的原料:蒲公英30g、八爪金龙15g、板蓝根25g、半枝莲20g、紫花地丁25g、射干15g、金银花15g、野菊花15g和桔梗20g。
所述的复混茶,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备药液:将蒲公英、八爪金龙、板蓝根、半枝莲、紫花地丁、射干、金银花、野菊花和桔梗按配方称取,洗净后,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量的5倍的水,熬煮50min,再加入所述粉碎料质量10倍量的乙醇,在60KHz的频率下超声处理0.5h,恒温水浴下搅拌80min,回收乙醇,过滤,收集滤液,加热浓缩得浓缩液;
(2)将浓缩液均匀喷洒在白茶上,在密闭环境内静置使得浓缩药液均匀的渗入到白茶内,每隔20-30min喷洒一次,直到制备的浓缩液全部喷洒完,浓缩液与白茶的质量比为2:1;
(3)将步骤(2)中的经喷施浓缩液处理后的白茶装袋,包装成每袋3-4 朵花茶或5g/袋的茶叶,检验、包装成20袋/盒,即为本申请复混茶。
服用方法:每次用开水冲泡一袋,冲至无味即可,每日一袋。
实验例
1、毒性试验:
a、药物:采用实施例1~7的任一保健茶。
b、试验对象:选取身体状况健康的小白鼠100只,雌雄各半,体重10-15g,在人工照明12h、通风条件良好情况下饲养观察3d,随机分为2组,其中一组为空白对照试组,给药前12h和给药后4小时禁止进食,但不禁水。
c、方法:3d过后,除了空白组,对另外一组小白鼠灌服剂量为0.05ml/g、的实施例1~7的任一种茶的水浸液,观察7d。
d、结果:连续观察7d,全部小白鼠均健活且全部小白鼠的精神、食欲、分泌物、呼吸、眼等方面均未观察到异常,将实验昆明鼠和对照组昆明鼠经剖解后,各组织器官无明显感官不同,取心、肝、脾、肺、肾及肠作病理切片也无明显不同,增大剂量,同样的方法灌服实施例1~7的任一种茶的水浸液,全部昆明鼠仍然健活,且与对照组比较无异常,说明该保健茶对昆明鼠安全无毒。
2、效果试验
(1)试验对象:征集若干例咽喉炎的志愿者,男女各半;年龄最大者65岁,年龄最小者14岁。
急性咽喉炎的判断标准:急性起病,初起出现咽部干燥、灼热,继之疼痛,吞咽及咳嗽时加重,并可出现声音嘶哑,讲话困难,有时伴发热,全身不适,关节酸痛,头痛及食欲不振等。检查口咽及鼻咽黏膜弥漫性充血、肿胀、腭弓及悬壅垂水肿,咽后壁淋巴滤泡和咽侧壁红肿;表面可出现黄白色点状渗出物,下颌淋巴结可出现肿大并伴有压痛。
慢性咽喉炎的判断标准:慢性咽炎全身症状均不明显,而以局部症状为主。各型慢性咽炎症状大致相似,且多种多样,如咽部不适感、异物感、痒感、灼热感、干燥感或刺激感,还可由微痛等。主要由其分泌物及肥大的淋巴滤泡刺激所致。可有咳嗽、伴恶心。
(2)服用方法:分7组,每组40人,男女各半,每天分别饮用本实施例1~7 的保健茶。
(3)效果标准:治愈:饮用本发明后,咽喉部无异物感、无干燥感、无咳嗽恶心等,恢复到发病前的状态;无效:用药前后症状无改变。
(4)结果:实施例1患者40例病例中服药后多在3天内见效;其中治愈30 例,好转9例,无效1例,总有效率达97.5%。实施例2患者40例病例中服药后多在3天内见效;其中治愈26例,好转11例,无效1例,总有效率达97.5%。实施例3患者40例病例中服药后多在2天内见效;其中治愈33例,好转7例,无效0例,总有效率达100%。实施例4患者40例病例中服药后多在2天内见效;其中治愈29例,好转9例,无效2例,总有效率达95%。实施例5患者40 例病例中服药后多在3天内见效;其中治愈32例,好转5例,无效3例,总有效率达92.5%。实施例6患者40例病例中服药后多在3天内见效;其中治愈34 例,好转4例,无效2例,总有效率达95%。实施例7患者40例病例中服药后多在3天内见效;其中治愈34例,好转5例,无效1例,总有效率达97.5%。
3、临床验证
本发明所述保健茶的防治慢、急咽喉炎的功效是在临床应用当中得到证实的;基本资料如下:
2008~2012年,门诊临床应用本发明所述保健茶热水冲泡后对317例体验者随餐服用或饮用;其中第一组体验者215例,有咽部干燥、灼热,声音嘶哑,讲话困难症状,平均年龄32.7岁;第二组体验者102例,有咽部不适感、异物感、痒感、灼热感、干燥感或刺激感症状,平均年龄46.2岁;第一组体验者215例,连续服用4日后,有效或显效208例;有效或显效的评价标准为:症状消失。第二组体验者102例,连续服用2日后,有效或显效98例;有效或显效的评价标准为:症状消失。

(1)制备药液:将蒲公英、八爪金龙、板蓝根、半枝莲、紫花地丁、射干、金银花、野菊花和桔梗按配方称取,洗净后,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量的2~3倍的水,熬煮30min,再加入所述粉碎料质量10倍量的乙醇,在80-120KHz的频率下超声处理0.4-10.6h,恒温水浴下搅拌60-180min,回收乙醇,将残余料过滤,将滤渣加水重复熬煮两次,将三次的滤液合并,将合并液浓缩至体积的1/3;
(2)将步骤(1)中的浓缩液经过紫外照射杀菌,装入自动包装机中,并将其装入灭菌消毒的包装袋,包装成每袋30ml,检验、包装成30袋/盒,即为本申请液茶。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于咽喉炎的保健茶制备方法,其特征在于,所述的紫外照射杀菌,波长为215-235nm。
9.根据权利要求4所述的用于咽喉炎的保健茶制备方法,其特征在于,所述的复混茶,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备药液:将蒲公英、八爪金龙、板蓝根、半枝莲、紫花地丁、射干、金银花、野菊花和桔梗按配方称取,洗净后,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量的5倍的水,熬煮50min,再加入所述粉碎料质量10倍量的乙醇,在55-65KHz的频率下超声处理0.4-0.6h,恒温水浴下搅拌60-80min,回收乙醇,过滤,收集滤液,加热浓缩得浓缩液;
(2)将浓缩液均匀喷洒在载体上,在密闭环境内静置使得浓缩药液均匀的渗入到载体内,每隔20-30min喷洒一次,直到制备的浓缩液全部喷洒完,浓缩液与载体的质量比为2:1;
(3)将步骤(2)中的经喷施浓缩液处理后的载体装袋,包装成每袋3-4朵花茶或5g/袋的茶叶,检验、包装成20袋/盒,即为本申请复混茶。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用于咽喉炎的保健茶制备方法,其特征在于,所述的载体,包括但不限于花茶、绿茶、红茶、白茶中的一种或几种的混合。
