本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种掺桃仁、火麻仁的润肠浸膏粉的生产方法,依照该方法制备的浸膏粉具有润肠的功效。

一种掺桃仁、火麻仁的润肠浸膏粉的生产方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
1、原料的前处理工艺操作如下:
(1)大黄粗粉前处理工艺:
取药材大黄,除去杂质,把净选后的大黄放入周转容器中,转入破碎区,用筛网孔径为1cm的强力破碎机破碎,再用筛网孔径为10目的粉碎机进行粉碎;
(2)大黄细粉前处理工艺:
取药材大黄,除去杂质,把净选后的大黄用筛网孔径为1cm的强力破碎机进行破碎,然后置于灭菌柜的托盘中,蒸汽压力≤0.6MPa,在120-122℃下灭菌30-32min,干燥30-33min后自然冷却,用超微粉碎机进行粉碎,过80目筛;
(3)当归细粉前处理工艺:
取药材当归,除去杂质,把净选后的当归投入循环水洗药机中用饮用水洗至无泥沙,捞出控净水,在55-60℃热风循环烘箱中干燥15-32h,干燥后水分≤15%,自然冷却,用筛网孔径为1cm的强力破碎机进行破碎,然后置于灭菌柜的托盘中,蒸汽压力≤0.6MPa,在120-123℃下灭菌30-32min,干燥30-32min后自然冷却,用超微粉碎机进行粉碎,过80目筛;
(4)桃仁粗粉、火麻仁粗粉前处理工艺:
分别取药材桃仁、火麻仁,除去杂质,把净选后的桃仁、火麻仁分别放入周转容器中,转入粉碎区,用筛网孔径为8mm的粉碎机进行粉碎;
(5)羌活粗粉前处理:
取药材羌活,除去杂质,把净选后的羌活放入周转容器中,转入破碎区,用筛网孔径为6mm的强力破碎机进行破碎。
2、渗漉提取工艺操作如下:
将步骤1中所得50-55kg大黄粗粉投入渗漉罐中,先加入2倍量60%乙醇进行湿润,浸泡24h后再加入10倍量60%乙醇进行渗漉,收集渗漉液;然后将步骤2中所得210-215kg桃仁粗粉、210-215kg火麻仁粗粉、105-110kg羌活粗粉混合配料,分为2罐,先加入2倍量70%乙醇进行湿润,浸泡24h后再加入8倍量70%乙醇进行渗漉,收集渗漉液;渗漉速为3-5ml/kg.min,合并两种渗漉液。
3、单效浓缩操作如下:
开启单效浓缩器、真空阀门及冷却塔,控制蒸汽压力为0-0.10MPa,温度为60-85℃,真空度为-0.03MPa~-0.09MPa;将步骤2中所得渗漉液浓缩至相对密度为1.05-1.15(70℃)的稠膏,用150目筛网过滤。
4、喷雾干燥操作如下:
将步骤3中浓缩所得物料与30-35kg β-环糊精投入喷雾干燥贮罐中,加热至50-70℃,搅拌均匀,进风温度为185-205℃,出风温度为85-105℃,料泵转速为6-13r/min,塔内压力为负压,干燥浸膏水分≤4%。
5、总混工序操作如下:
将步骤4中喷雾干燥所得浸膏粉与105-110kg当归细粉、55-60kg大黄细粉用万向运动混合机进行混合,每次混合30-35min,混合机转速为6r/min,得到所述润肠浸膏粉。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种掺桃仁、火麻仁的润肠浸膏粉的生产方法,其特征在于,总混工序操作如下:
将步骤5中喷雾干燥所得浸膏粉与105-110kg当归细粉、55-60kg大黄细粉用万向运动混合机进行混合,每次混合30-35min,混合机转速为6r/min,得到所述润肠浸膏粉。
