Claims (8)

1. A cooking control method of an electric pressure cooker is characterized by comprising the following steps:
controlling a heating module of the electric pressure cooker to heat;
when the electric pressure cooker enters a juice collecting stage, controlling an exhaust assembly of the electric pressure cooker to be opened;
detecting the temperature of the bottom of the electric pressure cooker;
controlling the power regulation ratio of the heating module according to the temperature of the bottom of the electric pressure cooker, so that the power regulation ratio of the heating module is switched between a first preset power regulation ratio and a second preset power regulation ratio, and controlling the electric pressure cooker to exit from the juice receiving stage when the temperature of the bottom of the electric pressure cooker reaches a first temperature threshold value or the working time of the juice receiving stage reaches a preset juice receiving time limit value, wherein the controlling of the power regulation ratio of the heating module according to the temperature of the bottom of the electric pressure cooker comprises:
judging whether the temperature of the bottom in the pot is greater than a second temperature threshold value or not;
if the temperature of the bottom in the pot is greater than the second temperature threshold, controlling the heating module to heat at a first preset power regulation ratio;
if the temperature of the bottom in the pot is less than or equal to the second temperature threshold, controlling the heating module to heat at a second preset power regulation ratio;
after the electric pressure cooker exits the juice collecting stage, the method further comprises the following steps:
controlling the electric pressure cooker to enter a flavor-raising stage;
continuously detecting the temperature of the bottom of the electric pressure cooker;
and controlling the heating module to perform intermittent heating according to the temperature of the bottom in the cooker so as to maintain the temperature of the bottom in the cooker between a third temperature threshold and a fourth temperature threshold, and controlling the electric pressure cooker to exit the flavor enhancement stage and control the heating module to stop heating when the working time of the flavor enhancement stage reaches a preset flavor enhancement time limit value.
2. The cooking control method of the electric pressure cooker according to claim 1, wherein the second preset power-adjusting ratio is greater than the first preset power-adjusting ratio, and the first temperature threshold is greater than the second temperature threshold.
3. The cooking control method of the electric pressure cooker according to claim 1, wherein the controlling the heating module to perform intermittent heating according to the temperature of the bottom of the cooker comprises:
when the temperature of the bottom in the pot is lower than the third temperature threshold, controlling the heating module to heat at a third preset power regulation ratio;
and when the temperature of the bottom in the pot is greater than the fourth temperature threshold value, controlling the heating module to stop heating.
4. The cooking control method of the electric pressure cooker according to claim 3, wherein the third preset power-adjusting ratio is smaller than the second preset power-adjusting ratio, the third temperature threshold is smaller than the fourth temperature threshold, and the fourth temperature threshold is smaller than the first temperature threshold.
5. An electric pressure cooker, characterized in that, includes:
the detection unit is used for detecting the temperature of the bottom in the electric pressure cooker;
the control unit is connected with the detection unit and is used for controlling a heating module of the electric pressure cooker to heat, controlling an exhaust assembly of the electric pressure cooker to be opened when the electric pressure cooker enters a juice receiving stage, controlling a power adjusting ratio of the heating module according to the temperature of the bottom of the electric pressure cooker so as to switch the power adjusting ratio of the heating module between a first preset power adjusting ratio and a second preset power adjusting ratio, controlling the electric pressure cooker to exit the juice receiving stage when the temperature of the bottom of the electric pressure cooker reaches a first temperature threshold value or the working time of the juice receiving stage reaches a preset juice receiving time limit value, and controlling the heating module to heat at the first preset power adjusting ratio when the temperature of the bottom of the electric pressure cooker is greater than the second temperature threshold value; when the temperature of the bottom in the pot is smaller than or equal to the second temperature threshold, controlling the heating module to heat at a second preset power regulation ratio;
the control unit is also used for controlling the electric pressure cooker to enter a flavor enhancement stage after the electric pressure cooker exits the juice collection stage, continuously detecting the temperature of the bottom of the electric pressure cooker, controlling the heating module to perform intermittent heating according to the temperature of the bottom of the electric pressure cooker so as to maintain the temperature of the bottom of the electric pressure cooker between a third temperature threshold and a fourth temperature threshold, and controlling the electric pressure cooker to exit the flavor enhancement stage and control the heating module to stop heating when the working time of the flavor enhancement stage reaches a preset flavor enhancement time limit value.
6. The electric pressure cooker according to claim 5, wherein the second preset power-up ratio is greater than the first preset power-up ratio, and the first temperature threshold is greater than the second temperature threshold.
7. The electric pressure cooker according to claim 5, wherein the control unit is further configured to control the heating module to heat at a third preset power adjustment ratio when the temperature of the bottom inside the cooker is lower than the third temperature threshold, and control the heating module to stop heating when the temperature of the bottom inside the cooker is higher than the fourth temperature threshold.
8. The electric pressure cooker according to claim 7, wherein the third preset power-up ratio is smaller than the second preset power-up ratio, the third temperature threshold is smaller than the fourth temperature threshold, and the fourth temperature threshold is smaller than the first temperature threshold.
