羽绒服是寒冷季节的一种重要御寒服装，其厚实的羽绒内胆既轻又保暖。羽绒服一般鸭绒量占一半以上，同时可以混杂一些细小的羽毛，将鸭绒或鹅绒清洗干净，经高温消毒，之后填充在衣服中就是羽绒服了。羽绒服保暖性最好，多为寒冷地区的人们穿着，也为极地考察人员所常用。
现有警察在冬季执勤时一般都会穿戴发放的警用棉衣，警用棉衣虽具有一定的保暖效果，但重量较沉，不及羽绒服通气轻便，穿戴后行动也不便，现有的也没有派发给警察尤其是民警的警用羽绒服。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的现状，本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种警用羽绒服，具有优秀的保暖效果和耐脏能力，防水吸汗，具备一定的防弹功能。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：
一种警用羽绒服，包括面料、里料及胆料，胆料之间填充有羽绒，面料包括防污涂层、防弹层、防水层及基面层，防水层包括防水膜及防水涂层，面料的肩部、手臂部、胸部及背部相对应地设置有肩章、警徽、警号及中英文警察标识，面料结合部位采用无缝贴合工艺，里料包括吸汗层及基面层，基面层具体为贴膜针织织物，胆料具体为防绒胆料。
进一步的，防污涂层具体为特氟龙涂层。
进一步的，防弹层包括若干层复合层，复合层包括石墨烯层及超高分子量聚乙烯纤维层，石墨烯层包括2～9层石墨烯。
进一步的，防水膜具体为EPTFE防水透气膜。
进一步的，防水涂层按重量份计由以下成分组成：5～6份水，3～4份异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚，4～5份二甲基含氢聚硅氧烷，3～4份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷，4～5份聚乙烯，6～7份十八烷基酚，1～2份羟丙基甲基纤维素，3～4份聚甘油单硬脂酸酯。

100％的羽绒填充在防绒胆料之间，保证了羽绒服的保暖效果，防绒胆料避免了跑绒情况的发生；防污涂层能防止污渍粘结在面料表面；防弹层使得警用羽绒服具有一定防弹能力；防水层能避免胆料内的羽绒被水淋湿；面料结合部位采用无缝贴合工艺，基面层具体为贴膜针织织物，这些都提高了羽绒服内部的舒适性；面料的肩部、手臂部、胸部及背部相对应地设置有肩章、警徽、警号及中英文警察标识，以此表明穿戴警用羽绒服警察的身份。

其中，胆料1，羽绒2，防污涂层3，基面层4，防水膜5，防水涂层6，肩章7，警徽8，警号9，中英文警察标识10，石墨烯层11，超高分子量聚乙烯纤维层12，棉层13，负离子杀菌纤维层14。
具体实施方式
为使对本发明的结构特征及所达成的功效有更进一步的了解和认识，用以较佳的实施例及附图配合详细的说明，说明如下：
如图1至图5所示，一种警用羽绒服，包括面料、里料及胆料1，胆料1之间填充有羽绒2，作为本发明的改进，面料包括防污涂层3、防弹层、防水层及基面层4，防水层包括防水膜5及防水涂层6，面料的肩部、手臂部、胸部及背部相对应地设置有肩章7、警徽8、警号9及中英文警察标识10，面料结合部位采用无缝贴合工艺，里料包括吸汗层及基面层4，基面层4具体为贴膜针织织物，胆料1具体为防绒胆料。
使用时，羽绒2填充在防绒胆料之间，保证了羽绒服的保暖效果，防绒胆料避免了跑绒情况的发生，防污涂层3能防止污渍粘结在面料表面，防弹层具有一定防弹能力，防水层能避免胆料1内的羽绒2被水淋湿，面料结合部位采用无缝贴合工艺，基面层4具体为贴膜针织织物，这些都提高了羽绒服内部的舒适性，面料的肩部、手臂部、胸部及背部相对应地设置有肩章7、警徽8、警号9及中英文警察标识10，以此表明穿戴警用羽绒服警察的身份。
防污涂层3具体为特氟龙涂层，特氟龙具有优秀的不粘性和滑动性，能防止粘连污渍。
防弹层包括若干层复合层，复合层包括石墨烯层11及超高分子量聚乙烯纤维层12，石墨烯是已知强度最高的材料之一，同时还具有很好的韧性，且可以弯曲，超高分子量聚乙烯纤维层12具有高比强度和高比模量的优点，因此石墨烯层11和超高分子量聚乙烯纤维层12可以起到一定的防弹效果，石墨烯层11包括2～9层石墨烯，若石墨烯超过10层，则会成为石墨，因而石墨烯会失去原有的特性。
防水膜5具体为EPTFE防水透气膜，具有优秀的防水透气效果。
防水涂层6按重量份计由以下成分组成：5～6份水，3～4份异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚，4～5份二甲基含氢聚硅氧烷，3～4份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷，4～5份聚乙烯，6～7份十八烷基酚，1～2份羟丙基甲基纤维素，3～4份聚甘油单硬脂酸酯。
吸汗层包括棉层13及负离子杀菌纤维层14，棉层13具有优秀的吸汗效果，且舒适度较高，负离子杀菌纤维层14具有优秀的杀菌效果，可起到除臭的作用。
面料的厚度为0.16～0.2mm，里料的厚度为0.01～0.2mm，防绒胆料的厚度为0.01～0.1mm。
羽绒2包括45％的白鹅绒和55％的白鸭绒，100％的羽绒保证了羽绒服的保暖效果。
无缝贴合采用的是无缝热压机，温度100～200℃，压力4～10Kg/m2，压烫时间5～15S。

Claims (9)

1.一种警用羽绒服，包括面料、里料及胆料，所述胆料之间填充有羽绒，其特征在于：所述面料包括防污涂层、防弹层、防水层及基面层，所述防水层包括防水膜及防水涂层，所述面料的肩部、手臂部、胸部及背部相对应地设置有肩章、警徽、警号及中英文警察标识，所述面料结合部位采用无缝贴合工艺，所述里料包括吸汗层及所述基面层，所述基面层具体为贴膜针织织物，所述胆料具体为防绒胆料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种警用羽绒服，其特征在于：所述防污涂层具体为特氟龙涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种警用羽绒服，其特征在于：所述防弹层包括若干层复合层，所述复合层包括石墨烯层及超高分子量聚乙烯纤维层，所述石墨烯层包括2～9层石墨烯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种警用羽绒服，其特征在于：所述防水膜具体为EPTFE防水透气膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种警用羽绒服，其特征在于：所述防水涂层按重量份计由以下成分组成：5～6份水，3～4份异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚，4～5份二甲基含氢聚硅氧烷，3～4份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷，4～5份聚乙烯，6～7份十八烷基酚，1～2份羟丙基甲基纤维素，3～4份聚甘油单硬脂酸酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种警用羽绒服，其特征在于：所述吸汗层包括棉层及负离子杀菌纤维层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种警用羽绒服，其特征在于：所述面料的厚度为0.16～0.2mm，所述里料的厚度为0.01～0.2mm，所述防绒胆料的厚度为0.01～0.1mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种警用羽绒服，其特征在于：所述羽绒包括45％的白鹅绒和55％的白鸭绒。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种警用羽绒服，其特征在于：所述无缝贴合采用的是无缝热压机，温度100～200℃，压力4～10Kg/m2，压烫时间5～15S。
