Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐高温纤维面料,属于一种纺织技术领域。本发明的耐高温纤维面料,从内表面到外表面,依次为棉纶层、粘合层、耐温纤维层以及高分子涂层。其中优选抗菌粘合剂作为粘合层;优选PBO纤维层作为耐温纤维层;优选聚酰亚胺涂料层作为高分子涂层。本发明的耐高温纤维面料可制作为服装,鞋类用品;采用本发明制作的服装和鞋类用品,吸汗、透气、抗辐射、抗菌性佳,耐高温性强,且穿着舒适,耐使用,具有广阔的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于一种纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种耐高温纤维面料。
背景技术
在公知的技术领域,随着物质生活水平的提高,人们对纺织品的要求不再局限于保暖、舒适等原有的基本特性。根据纺织品的不同用途,人们还希望其具有安全、舒适、透气等特殊功能,如抗菌、防紫外线、抗辐射、耐高温、吸湿排汗等。
现有的耐高温面料的耐高温性主要是通过加入耐高温助剂,这种耐高温面料在经过数次洗涤后耐高温性会慢慢消失,且透气性差。
研发出一种耐高温纤维面料,使得面料不仅舒适透气,还能耐高温。使用该面料制作的服装,鞋类的耐用性强,舒适度佳,具有广阔的应用前景。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出一种耐高温纤维面料,具有透气吸汗、抗菌、耐高温的性能。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种耐高温纤维面料,包括棉纶层、粘合层、耐温纤维层以及高分子涂层;棉纶层位于耐高温纤维面料的内表面,粘合层设在棉纶层与耐温纤维层之间,高分子涂层位于耐温纤维层之上;所述耐高温纤维面料,从内表面到外表面,依次为棉纶层、粘合层、耐温纤维层以及高分子涂层。
优选的,上述粘合层由抗菌粘合剂组成的粘合层,不仅起到粘合棉纶层与耐温纤维层的作用,还起到抗菌的效果,增加耐高温纤维面料的性能。
优选的,上述耐温纤维层为纱线级的PBO纤维层,PBO纤维耐热性好、强度和模量高,耐热温度达到580℃以上,采用PBO纤维纱线制备出的面料,耐使用,且耐高温。
优选的,上述高分子涂层采用聚酰亚胺涂料层,聚酰亚胺对温度敏感性小、耐磨、耐辐射、耐高温,采用聚酰亚胺作为面料的涂料,增加了面料的抗辐射、耐高温性。
上述棉纶层的经密为20~35根/cm,所述棉纶层的纬密为20~35根/cm;作为一种优选,上述棉纶层的经密为30根/cm,纬密为30根/cm,保证面料的耐用性的基础上,保证面料的透气性。
上述耐温纤维层的经密为25~35根/cm,所述耐温纤维层的纬密为25~35根/cm;作为一种优选,上述耐温纤维层的经密为35根/cm,纬密为35根/cm,增加面料的耐使用性和耐高温性。
本发明有益效果是:
(1)棉纶的保暖、抗菌、透气性佳,本发明采用棉纶层作为面料的内表面,使本发明的面料具有透气保暖性和抗菌性。
(2)本发明采用抗菌粘合剂作为粘合层,不仅将棉纶层与耐温纤维层粘合在一起,能达到抗菌的作用。
(3)PBO纤维耐热温度达到580℃以上,极限氧指数68,耐热性和难燃性高,本发明采用PBO纤维层作为耐温纤维层,增加本发明的耐高温纤维面料的耐高温性和耐使用性。
(4)本发明采用聚酰亚胺作为面料外表面的涂层,增加面料的抗辐射、耐高温性。

具体实施方式

本发明的高温纤维面料,包括棉纶层4、粘合层3、耐温纤维层2以及高分子涂层1;棉纶层4位于耐高温纤维面料的内表面,粘合层3设在棉纶层4与耐温纤维层2之间,高分子涂层1位于耐温纤维层2之上;所述耐高温纤维面料,从内表面到外表面,依次为棉纶层4、粘合层3、耐温纤维层2以及高分子涂层1。
优选的,上述粘合层3由抗菌粘合剂组成的粘合层3,不仅起到粘合棉纶层与耐温纤维层的作用,还起到抗菌的效果,增加耐高温纤维面料的性能。
优选的,上述耐温纤维层2为纱线级的PBO纤维层,PBO纤维耐热性好、强度和模量高,耐热温度达到580℃以上,采用PBO纤维纱线制备出的面料,耐使用,且耐高温。
优选的,上述高分子涂层1采用聚酰亚胺涂料层,聚酰亚胺对温度敏感性小、耐磨、耐辐射、耐高温,采用聚酰亚胺作为面料的涂料,增加了面料的抗辐射、耐高温性。
上述棉纶层4的经密为20~35根/cm,所述棉纶层的纬密为20~35根/cm;作为一种优选,上述棉纶层的经密为30根/cm,纬密为30根/cm,保证面料的耐用性的基础上,保证面料的透气性。
上述耐温纤维层2的经密为25~35根/cm,所述耐温纤维层的纬密为25~35根/cm;作为一种优选,上述耐温纤维层的经密为35根/cm,纬密为35根/cm,增加面料的耐使用性和耐高温性。
实施例一
在具体实施方式的基础上,本实施例的高温纤维面料,包括:棉纶层4、抗菌粘合剂层、PBO纤维层以及聚酰亚胺涂料层。实施例的耐高温纤维面料,从内表面到外表面,依次为棉纶层、抗菌粘合剂层、PBO纤维层以及聚酰亚胺涂料层。
本实施例的棉纶层4的经密采用30根/cm,纬密采用30根/cm,保证面料的耐用性的基础上,保证面料的透气性。本实施例的PBO纤维层的经密采用35根/cm,纬密采用35根/cm,增加面料的耐使用性和耐高温性。
本实施例的耐高温纤维面料,可制作为服装,鞋类用品。采用本实施例制作的服装和鞋类用品,吸汗、透气、抗辐射、抗菌性佳,耐高温性强,且穿着舒适,耐使用。
实施例二
在具体实施方式的基础上,本实施例的高温纤维面料,包括:棉纶层4、抗菌粘合剂层、PBO纤维层以及聚酰亚胺涂料层。实施例的耐高温纤维面料,从内表面到外表面,依次为棉纶层、抗菌粘合剂层、PBO纤维层以及聚酰亚胺涂料层。
本实施例的棉纶层4的经密采用25根/cm,纬密采用25根/cm,使面料的透气性更加。本实施例的PBO纤维层的经密采用30根/cm,纬密采用30根/cm,增加面料的耐使用性和耐高温性。
本实施例的耐高温纤维面料,可制作为服装,鞋类用品。采用本实施例制作的服装和鞋类用品,吸汗、透气、抗辐射、抗菌性佳,耐高温性强,且穿着舒适,耐使用。

1.一种耐高温纤维面料,其特征在于:包括棉纶层(4)、粘合层(3)、耐温纤维层(2)以及高分子涂层(1);棉纶层(4)位于耐高温纤维面料的内表面,粘合层(3)设在棉纶层(4)与耐温纤维层(2)之间,高分子涂层(1)位于耐温纤维层(2)之上;所述耐高温纤维面料,从内表面到外表面,依次为包括棉纶层(4)、粘合层(3)、耐温纤维层(2)以及高分子涂层(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温纤维面料,其特征在于:所述粘合层(3)为抗菌粘合剂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温纤维面料,其特征在于:所述耐温纤维层(2)为PBO纤维层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温纤维面料,其特征在于:所述高分子涂层(1)为聚酰亚胺涂料层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温纤维面料,其特征在于:所述棉纶层(4)的经密为20~35根/cm,所述棉纶层的纬密为20~35根/cm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温纤维面料,其特征在于:所述耐温纤维层(2)的经密为25~35根/cm,所述耐温纤维层的纬密为25~35根/cm。
