Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of curtain walls, and particularly relates to a waterproof structure of a GRC curtain wall.
Background
The water tightness of curtain walls is an important issue in the design of building curtain walls, and curtain wall samples generally need to be repaired to pass water tightness tests, both in laboratories and in engineering practice. In nature, weather with intermingled wind and rain is sometimes seen. Especially in south China, typhoons are common, and rainwater enters a room through gaps of a curtain wall, so that decoration and furnishing objects in the room can be stained, and property loss is caused. Meanwhile, rainwater accumulated in the curtain wall can be prevented from being drained in time, and the wallboard can be frost-cracked in winter. The accumulated water retained in the wall plate for a long time can also corrode metal materials, and the service life of the curtain wall is influenced. The water-tightness of the curtain wall is therefore very important.
In order to solve the above problems, the prior art provides a technical solution, as shown in fig. 1, in the figure, it can be seen that the panels 1 of the upper and lower wall boards are sealed by the sealant 4, and the wall boards are fixedly connected with the back frame of the light steel keel by the connecting piece 3. This technique can solve the existing water tightness problem of curtain walls to a certain extent. However, this solution has some drawbacks, such as weather resistance of the sealant, which deteriorates during the service life of the building, and the sealant fails immediately after the interface between the sealant and the formwork is debonded and cracks are generated, and water from the outside enters the room through the cracks, thereby causing water leakage. Moreover, when the panel is shaken or displaced relatively, the sealant may deform, which may cause degumming and sealing failure. Therefore, the sealing performance of the prior art cannot meet the market demand.

Detailed Description
The structural details and principles of the present invention are described in conjunction with fig. 2 and 3. In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the applicant has conducted intensive research and deeply analyzes the mechanism of rainwater leakage, and the applicant believes that the rainwater leakage mainly includes gaps or holes, and the existence of rainwater and the pressure difference between the two sides of the gaps or holes. To avoid rain leakage, it is necessary that the above three factors cannot exist simultaneously.
In view of the above situation, the applicant has intensively analyzed the main causes of rainwater leakage in different situations, including gravity (rainwater flows into the interior directly while encountering an inclined gap during falling), tension (rainwater flows into the interior via the tension of the material surface during falling), capillary phenomenon (which occurs when the gap is small), movement (rainwater is brought into the interior by oblique wind force), and pressure difference (rainwater is sucked into the interior by the internal and external pressure differences).
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the following technical scheme is provided by the applicant. As shown in fig. 2, which is a vertical cross-sectional view to show the structure of the lateral (horizontal) junction. The curtain wall waterproof structure or the curtain wall with the waterproof structure mainly comprises curtain wall boards (GRC curtain wall boards in the embodiment, two adjacent curtain wall boards, namely an upper curtain wall board 1a and a lower curtain wall board 1b are shown in figure 2), a light steel keel back frame 2 and a connecting piece 3 for fixedly connecting the curtain wall boards to the light steel keel back frame. The main improvement of the present invention is the shape and configuration of the splice shown in the middle of fig. 2.
In this embodiment, the upper edge of the lower curtain wall plate 1b is bent inward to form a bent portion (wedge) 6 with an L-shaped interface, and the lower edge of the upper curtain wall plate 1a is not bent to form a bent channel with an L-shaped cross section when the two are spliced. At both ends of the bending channel 6a, a sealing strip 5 and a sealant 4 are respectively arranged. Meanwhile, the figure also shows that the inner side of the lower edge of the upper curtain wall plate is provided with a bulge 6c for stopping and fixing the sealing strip. The upper edge of the lower curtain wall plate is provided with a concave part 6b for increasing the contact area of the sealant. In the above embodiments, the two sealing elements are in different forms, and in other embodiments, the two sealing elements may be in the same form, that is, both sealing elements may be sealant or both sealing strips. In other embodiments, the position of the seal strip and sealant may be reversed.
In other embodiments, such as the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the lower edge of the upper curtain wall panel can be bent outwardly. Alternatively, the lower edge of the upper curtain wall panel is bent outwardly while the upper edge of the lower curtain wall panel is bent inwardly. The bending parts and the edges of the adjacent curtain wall plates can also form bending channels, and more than two sealing pieces are arranged in the bending channels. In the embodiment, the construction scheme can be adjusted according to the actual situation, and the installation and construction sequence of the curtain wall boards can be adjusted.
Simultaneously, can also design like this, the upper edge of curtain wallboard outside is buckled down promptly, and the lower limb of going up curtain wallboard is not buckled, and perhaps the lower limb of going up curtain wallboard is buckled to the inboard, and the upper edge of curtain wallboard is not buckled down. It is also possible to form a meandering channel, but both of these approaches have some problems and can be used in special cases, as will be clear from the context of the second section of the specific embodiment.
In still further embodiments, the cross-section of the tortuous passage may be other shapes, such as C-shaped, -shaped, Z-shaped, and the like. Meanwhile, the curtain wall plates on two sides of the bent channel can be provided with sealing element positioning parts or sealing element stopping parts which can increase the contact force or the contact area of the sealing element, such as corrugated bulges or grooves, and arc bulges or grooves.
Turning to fig. 3, a cross-section is shown to illustrate the configuration of the vertical gap. In this embodiment, the right edge of the left curtain wall panel is bent inward (in the direction of the back frame/outside of the building) to form a bend, and the bend and the edge of the right curtain wall panel form a bend channel, in which two sets of sealing members are disposed. In connection with the discussion of the second paragraph of the embodiments it will be appreciated that the seals in the tortuous channels shown in figures 2 and 3 are preferably provided at both ends of the channel. And particularly the seal near the outside, is preferably flush with the outside of the curtain wall panel to reduce the accumulation of rain water while facilitating construction.
Similarly, in other embodiments, the left edge of the right curtain wall plate may be bent inward, and the right side of the left curtain wall plate may not be bent, or the left edge of the right curtain wall plate may be bent outward, and the right edge of the left curtain wall plate may not be bent or bent inward, or the right edge of the left curtain wall plate may be bent outward, and the left edge of the right curtain wall plate may not be bent or bent inward. In practice, the selection of suitable embodiments can be made in conjunction with the contents of the first and second paragraphs of the detailed description. Also, the cross-sectional shape of the tortuous path may be varied and will not be described in detail.
Next, fig. 4, 5a and 5b are described, which are vertical sections and show the structure of another embodiment, in which a diversion assembly 7 is further arranged in the horizontal bending channel, the diversion assembly comprises a diversion trench 7a, the end of the diversion trench is provided with a baffle 7c, one side is a fixed overlapping part 7b, and the lower part of the diversion trench is communicated with a conduit 8. Water entering the interior can flow out through the diversion assembly, and therefore accumulation of rainwater is reduced. In a preferred mode, the height of the inner port of the meandering channel is greater than the height of the outer port to form a potential difference while blocking the entry of moisture.
From the above embodiments, it can be known that the structure of the curtain wall board, that is, preferably, an inward bending portion is respectively disposed on the upper edge, the left edge and/or the right edge of the curtain wall board, when the bending portion is spliced with the adjacent curtain wall board, a bending channel is formed, and more than two sets of sealing members (sealant or sealing strips) are disposed in the bending channel. When the construction, can be from upwards hoist and mount down and lay, also be convenient for adjust the position of curtain board, slowly adjust the position of curtain board from outside-in promptly, and then the installation is fixed.
It should be noted that, if the building has a certain radian or angle, for example, the appearance is irregular, or the corner of the building, the curtain wall plate and the bending part thereon are also provided with an angle adapted to the building, thereby facilitating assembly. Meanwhile, in the above embodiment, the bent portion is obtained by integral molding in the production of the GRC panel, and may also be obtained in other manners, for example, if it is a metal curtain wall panel, the bent portion may be formed by welding, screwing, or pressing. The bent portion forms a connecting portion and a bearing portion to form a sealing passage, and the sealing members disposed in the sealing passage are preferably non-contact, as shown in fig. 4, and when one sealing member cracks or breaks, the other sealing member can also achieve sealing. Meanwhile, in the structure shown in fig. 4, even if the external and internal sealing elements are failed and cracked or damaged, rainwater can reach indoors only by overcoming the action of gravity, and meanwhile, the rainwater can overcome the action of internal and external pressure difference, so that the waterproof effect is very good.
In the present invention, the sealing tape may be a rubber sealing tape, i.e., a sealing tape having a certain shrinkage property. Sealants include caulks, sealants (sealants) and structural sealants. Silicone, polysulfide, polyurethane, acrylic, butyl, asphalt, oleoresin, and such modified polymers may be used. Also, the structure of the present invention can be applied to other curtain walls, such as metal curtain walls, stone curtain walls or glass curtain walls, and is not limited to GRC curtain walls, which are only embodiments. When setting up the sealing rubber strip near the port department in the outside, being close to the inboard, when being close to one side of building and setting up sealed glue promptly, the construction is very convenient, need not to set up equipment such as hanging flower basket/hanging frame in the outside, and the workman can be under construction in building inside, and construction speed, construction quality and construction all have the advantage.
In summary, the present invention has the following advantages: when the sealant is degummed to generate cracks, external water or gas also needs to pass through the rubber sealing strip to enter the room. As long as the sealing rubber strip does not lose efficacy, outdoor water or air cannot enter the room. That is, this scheme provides a second line of defense. If the rubber sealing strip is cracked, the pressure of outdoor water must be greater than the sum of 5 forces of the resistance of the sealing glue, the gravity resistance generated by the wedge height H, the resistance of the sealing rubber strip and the indoor pressure, and then the water or air can enter the room, so that the difficulty of the water or air entering the room is greatly increased. If the pressure of outdoor water is greater than the sum of the above-mentioned 5 forces and enters the room, H1 at the wedge can be used as a water tank, and fittings, baffles and pipes are arranged at the left end and the right end of the GRC plate to lead the water out of the room at the vertical seams between the plates, so as to prevent water accumulation in the plates. In the present invention, "X.times.or more" is understood to include the present numbers. The invention has two structures of 'blocking' and 'guiding', greatly enhances the sealing effect of the curtain wall, and can be widely applied to buildings in southern rainy areas.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the embodiments, and various equivalent changes can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these equivalent changes are within the protection scope of the present invention.
