本发明公开了复合纤维无纺布的生产工艺及其制作员工制服的方法,包括经纱、纬纱和聚氨酯涂层,所述纬纱和经纱均由聚酯纤维编织而成,所述经纱上连接有麻丝纤维,所述纬纱与经纱编织形成的无纺布经纬网后,在无纺布经纬网的一侧喷涂上塑料纤维,最后塑料纤维涂覆一复合纤维层,与现有技术相比,通过为无纺布添置一无纺布经纬网,能增加无纺布的强度和使用寿命,复合纤维具有强度高的特点,而复合纤维层与经纬网间的塑料颗粒层,使该无纺布透气较差,能够隔离气体与皮肤接触,还具有一定的防硫酸等腐蚀性化学物的功能,该无纺布适合制作化工厂里夏日的员工制服。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料的制造领域,特别是复合纤维无纺布的生产工艺及其制作员工制服的方法。
背景技术
如今的布料都讲究透气干爽,但对于某些特殊行业,譬如化工行业,其所在的环境中存在众多挥发性有害气体。若布料过于透气,反而使衣物缺少了防护的作用,导致人体的皮肤过敏以及皮肤受到腐蚀。
当人体表面出汗的状态下,汗水会吸收譬如盐酸、SO3、SO2等等气体,对人体皮肤会造成损害,但若汗无法蒸发,也会使皮肤因潮湿而患皮肤病,故在尽量隔离空气的情况下,还要能保证汗水能蒸发。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种功能复合纤维的新材料,具有良好的吸汗性,且能够将汗水蒸发,新材料还具有隔离气体的功能,并提供了该新材料的生产工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种功能复合纤维新材料的生产工艺,包括经纱、纬纱和聚氨酯涂层,所述纬纱和经纱均由聚酯纤维编织而成,所述经纱上连接有麻丝纤维,所述纬纱与经纱编织形成的无纺布经纬网后,在无纺布经纬网的一侧喷涂上塑料纤维,最后塑料纤维涂覆一复合纤维层,其生产工艺如下:
步骤一:将20股聚酯纤维编成纬纱,所述经纱由10股聚酯纤维相互缠绕成纱,若干麻丝纤维中部被经纱的聚酯纤维缠绕固定,麻丝纤维的两端形成麻丝绒线;
步骤二:将塑料纤维打磨成粉状后,喷涂在无纺布经纬网一侧表面上,形成一塑料纤维层,所述经纱中麻丝绒线穿过塑料纤维层;
步骤三:在塑料纤维上喷涂一层聚氨酯纤维,待聚氨酯纤维固定成型后,再在聚氨酯纤维上涂覆一复合纤维层,所述复合纤维层中的复合纤维为并列型复合纤维,由聚氨酯和聚丙烯复合而成;
步骤四:在布料成型后,进行洗涤烘干定型打卷。
作为优选,所述麻丝纤维的直径在0.05至0.1mm之间,无纺布经纬网的任一侧上的麻丝绒线密度为每平方厘米不少于200根,麻丝绒线线头长度在3~5mm之间。
作为优选,所述塑料纤维颗粒的直径小于10微米,每平方厘米的颗粒数为1×106~1×107,喷涂塑料纤维前,对无纺布经纬网进行烘热处理,利用温度为150℃~200℃的热气流,在气体速度为1.4~2.2m/s的状态下,使塑料颗粒均匀覆着在无纺布经纬网表面。
作为优选,所述喷涂的聚氨酯液体将塑料纤维颗粒与无纺布经纬网交联固定,待涂层初步干燥固定后,涂覆上复合纤维液体,形成复合纤维无纺布。
作为优选,上述采用喷涂的聚氨酯液体中的聚氨酯相对分子量较低,液体的温度较高,采用涂覆的复合纤维层,复合纤维中的聚氨酯相对分子量较高,涂覆时液体的温度较低。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将被人们废弃的塑料颗粒进行废物利用,在无纺布经纬网的与复合纤维层间形成一层隔离层,使气体难以通过无纺布,而人体的汗水仍能通过麻丝绒线渗透过塑料颗粒层,从而保证还能依靠汗水蒸发来进行降温,这面料适合制作夏日的衣服,特别是制作化工厂内的夏日工作服,能有效的保护皮肤不受到化工厂内气体的遇水腐蚀,保护工人健康,与现有技术相比,通过为无纺布添置一无纺布经纬网,能增加无纺布的强度和使用寿命,复合纤维具有强度高的特点,而复合纤维层与经纬网间的塑料颗粒层,使该无纺布透气较差,能够隔离气体与皮肤接触,还具有一定的防硫酸等腐蚀性化学物的功能,该无纺布适合制作化工厂里夏日的员工制服。

具体实施方式
参阅图1,本发明,包括经纱1、纬纱2和聚氨酯涂层4,所述纬纱2和经纱均由聚酯纤维编织而成,所述经纱上连接有麻丝纤维,所述纬纱2与经纱1编织形成的无纺布经纬网后,在无纺布经纬网的一侧喷涂上塑料纤维3,最后塑料纤维3涂覆一聚氨酯和聚丙烯复合后的复合纤维层4,其生产工艺如下,步骤一:将20股聚酯纤维编成纬纱2,所述经纱1由10股聚酯纤维相互缠绕成纱,若干麻丝纤维中部被经纱的聚酯纤维缠绕固定,麻丝纤维的两端形成麻丝绒线5;步骤二:将塑料纤维3打磨成粉状后,喷涂在无纺布经纬网一侧表面上,形成一塑料纤维3层,所述经纱1中麻丝绒线5穿过塑料纤维3层;步骤三:在塑料纤维3上喷涂一层聚氨酯纤维,待聚氨酯纤维固定成型后,再在聚氨酯纤维上涂覆一复合纤维层4,所述复合纤维层4中的复合纤维为并列型复合纤维,由聚氨酯和聚丙烯复合而成;步骤四:在布料成型后,进行洗涤烘干定型打卷。所述麻丝纤维的直径在0.05至0.1mm之间,无纺布经纬网的任一侧上的麻丝绒线5密度为每平方厘米不少于200根,麻丝绒线5线头长度在3~5mm之间,所述塑料纤维3颗粒的直径小于10微米,每平方厘米的颗粒数为1×106~1×107,喷涂塑料纤维3前,对无纺布经纬网进行烘热处理,利用温度为150℃~200℃的热气流,在气体速度为1.4~2.2m/s的状态下,使塑料颗粒均匀覆着在无纺布经纬网表面,所述聚氨酯液体将塑料纤维3颗粒与无纺布经纬网交联固定,待涂层初步干燥固定后,涂覆上复合纤维液体,形成复合纤维无纺布,上述采用喷涂的聚氨酯液体中的聚氨酯相对分子量较低,液体的温度较高,采用涂覆的复合纤维层,复合纤维中的聚氨酯相对分子量较高,涂覆时液体的温度较低。
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种功能复合纤维新材料的生产工艺在制作过程中,由于塑料纤维3的体积较小,单位体积下的受热面积较大,在烘热过程和聚氨酯溶液喷涂,以及成型后的烘干定型过程中,塑料纤维3受热软化,使塑料纤维3间更为密封,在使用过程中,利用麻丝纤维的绒线传递汗水,而气体被由塑料纤维所形成的隔层阻却,在实际的衣服制造过程中,衣服的端口还应紧身处理,该面料的舒适性一般,因为面料主要针对化工厂企业的夏日服装,主要目的是保护员工的安全,且塑料有良好的耐酸耐碱性,假如硫酸等不小心溅到,也能提供一定的防护作用,其中无纺布经纬网提高了复合材料无纺布的强度,复合纤维中的分子结构相互交错,提高了布料的强度,与现有技术相比,通过为无纺布添置一无纺布经纬网,能增加无纺布的强度和使用寿命,复合纤维具有强度高的特点,而复合纤维层与经纬网间的塑料颗粒层,使该无纺布透气较差,能够隔离气体与皮肤接触,还具有一定的防硫酸等腐蚀性化学物的功能,该无纺布适合制作化工厂里夏日的员工制服。

Claims (2)

1.一种复合纤维无纺布的生产工艺,其包括功能复合纤维新材料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述功能复合纤维新材料包括经纱(1)、纬纱(2)和聚氨酯涂层(4),所述纬纱(2)和经纱均由聚酯纤维编织而成,所述经纱上连接有麻丝纤维,所述纬纱(2)与经纱(1)编织形成的无纺布经纬网后,在无纺布经纬网的一侧喷涂上塑料纤维(3),最后塑料纤维(3)涂覆一复合纤维层(4);
功能复合纤维新材料的生产工艺如下:
步骤一:将20股聚酯纤维编成纬纱(2),所述经纱(1)由10股聚酯纤维相互缠绕成纱,若干麻丝纤维中部被经纱的聚酯纤维缠绕固定,麻丝纤维的两端形成麻丝绒线(5);
步骤二:将塑料纤维(3)打磨成粉状后,喷涂在无纺布经纬网一侧表面上,形成一塑料纤维(3)层,所述经纱(1)中麻丝绒线(5)穿过塑料纤维(3)层;
步骤三:在塑料纤维(3)上喷涂一层聚氨酯纤维,待聚氨酯纤维固定成型后,再在聚氨酯纤维上涂覆一复合纤维层(4),所述复合纤维层(4)中的复合纤维为并列型复合纤维,由聚氨酯和聚丙烯复合而成;
步骤四:在布料成型后,进行洗涤烘干定型打卷;
所述塑料纤维(3)颗粒的直径小于10微米,每平方厘米的颗粒数为1×107,喷涂塑料纤维(3)前,对无纺布经纬网进行烘热处理,利用温度为150~200℃的热气流,在气体速度为2.2m/s的状态下,使塑料颗粒均匀覆着在无纺布经纬网表面;
采用聚氨酯液体将塑料纤维(3)颗粒与无纺布经纬网交联固定,待涂层初步干燥固定后,涂覆上复合纤维液体,形成复合纤维无纺布。
2.一种员工制服的制作方法,其特征在于:包括上述权利要求1所述的复合纤维无纺布的生产工艺。
