技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种多层式复合材料,特别是指用于阻挡悬浮微粒、具有良好的保护效果和良好的隔离效果的多层式复合材料。
背景技术
早期布品在制作上,都是单层的结构,随着用户对于机能要求的不同,近年来发展出各式各样具有不同机能的复合材料。由于热塑性聚氨酯(Thermoplastic polyurethane,简称TPU)具有高水分扩散特性,而具有多孔性微结构的聚四氟乙烯(polytetrafluoroethylene,简称PTFE)具有防水性及透湿效率佳的优点,故前述材料经常被运用在复合材料上。
将TPU膜和PTFE膜应用于机能型的复合材料以发挥复合材料的效果,TPU膜的亲水基团和PTFE膜上的微孔可以达到复合材料的效果。当这些复合材料制作成衣物被穿戴在人体上,或者制作成例如:睡袋等等户外用品暴露在空气中时,人体自然分泌的油脂以及空气中的细小微粒可能会慢慢的附着并阻塞PTFE膜上的微孔,从而降低多层复合织物的整体作用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够过滤颗粒物质以保持多层式复合材料的效果的多层式复合材料。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
本实用新型的多层式复合材料包含一个功能结构体及至少一保护单元,该功能结构体具有一个纤维基材,以及结合在该纤维基材相对两个侧面上的一个亲水型薄膜、一个微多孔型薄膜,该至少一保护单元是选择性地设置于该功能结构体的两侧的其中之一,每一保护单元包含至少一过滤层,该至少一过滤层是设置于该功能结构体。
优选地,所述至少一个过滤层是熔喷无纺布、静电棉布及纯棉过滤布等等具有较佳过滤效果的材料,必要时亦可采用经过特殊处理的滤材。
优选地,每个保护单元可以依照使用上的需求增加至少一个透气保护层,并且所述至少一个透气保护层设置在所述至少一个过滤层上。此外,所述至少一个透气保护层较佳是采用结构强度佳且可透气的纤维材料来制作,具体例可选自于:纺粘无纺布及尼龙布。
优选地,所述微多孔型薄膜为聚四氟乙烯(polytetrafluoroethylene,简称PTFE),所述PTFE膜包括多个微孔,每个微孔的大小在0.1μm至0.5μm之间。
亲水型薄膜是热塑性聚氨酯(Thermoplastic polyurethane,简称TPU)。
因此,本实用新型是利用微多孔型薄膜及亲水型薄膜,来提高该多层式复合材料的防水性、透气性及湿气扩散性。多层式复合材料的至少一个保护单元利用至少一个过滤层来过滤颗粒物质并吸收油脂。人体汗液中的油脂和空气中的微粒物质可能无法附着并且不能直接阻塞微多孔型薄膜和亲水型薄膜。微多孔型薄膜和亲水型薄膜的功能可以通过至少一个过滤层很好地维持。
此外,多层式复合材料可用于制造多种产品,如袋子,衣服或治疗垫。此外,该多层式复合材料也可以通过热处理还原,以达到重复使用的目的,所述热处理是指利用外力降低该多层式复合材料的湿气含量,具体的方式如:利用阳光照射、干燥器、微波除湿等等方式。该多层式复合材料在恶劣的环境如严寒天气或极端潮湿的环境中也可以实现良好的透湿效率和防水性能。
此外,至少一个保护单元的至少一个过滤层具有良好的透气性、过滤性、阻隔性、绝热性和吸油性。湿气可以被亲水型薄膜吸收,然后通过扩散及对流,从纤维基材中除去,但水滴不能通过该微多孔型薄膜来润湿该纤维基材,而且该纤维基材内的蒸气可通过该微多孔型薄膜,并从该纤维基材消散。多层式复合材料结合了微多孔型薄膜,亲水型薄膜和至少一个过滤层的优点,构成具有良好的防水控湿能力的多层式复合材料。
本实用新型该亲水型薄膜较佳是采用具有高水分扩散特性的热塑性聚氨酯(Thermoplastic polyurethane,简称TPU),而该微多孔型薄膜较佳是采用具有防水性及透湿效率佳之具有多孔性微结构的聚四氟乙烯(polytetrafluoroethylene,简称PTFE)。该亲水型薄膜及该微多孔型薄膜可以利用涂布方式成型在该纤维基材的相反侧,也可以个别制造后,再与该纤维基材粘结,所述粘结的手段并无特别的限制,可以利用树脂液加以结合,或者将该纤维基材浸渍在树脂液后再与该亲水型薄膜及该微多孔型薄膜迭接。
本实用新型有益的效果在于:利用该保护单元来保护该功能结构体,可以让该微多孔型薄膜维持长久的防水性及透气性,同时让该亲水型薄膜具有持久的水分扩散特性,如此一来,就可以让该多层式复合材料具有持久的机能性质。

参考图1和图2,于本实用新型的多层式复合材料的第一、第二实施例中,除了适合制作成衣物外,也可制作为袋子、背包、户外睡袋等等户外用品,但本实用新型在运用上不以前述举例为限。该多层式复合材料包含一功能结构体10A、10B和至少一个保护单元20A、20B。
所述功能结构体10A、功能结构体10B可以由纤维基材13及二侧的薄膜组合构成;如图3〜图5所示,所述的功能结构体10A、10B具有一微多孔型薄膜11、一亲水型薄膜12二侧和一纤维基材13。该纤维基材13设置于该微多孔型薄膜11和该亲水型薄膜12之间。该纤维基材13的材料并无特别的限制,可以是一般常见的天然纤维或者人造纤维所制成的布材,该纤维基材13的形式也无特别的限制,其可为纺织布、针织布或者无纺布。其中,天然纤维可区分为植物纤维、动物纤维,以及例如石棉等等的矿物纤维,常见的植物纤维有棉花类、麻类,动物纤维常见者有:羊毛、驼毛、蚕丝等等。而人造纤维的种类更是多样化,大致可区分为由天然原料加工而成的再生纤维、由天然纤维素加工而成的半合成纤维,以及采用石化材料制成的合成纤维,由于合成纤维的种类很多,不再逐一举例。本实施例较佳是采用耐热的无纺布。
如图3~图5所示,至少一个保护单元20A、20B位于所对应的功能结构体10A、10B的两侧之一上, 每个保护单元20A、20B具有至少一个过滤层21和至少一个透气保护层22,至少一个过滤层21设置在功能结构体10A、10B上,至少一个透气保护层22设置在至少一个过滤层21上。进一步,至少一个过滤层21间接设置在功能结构体10A、10B上,至少一个过滤层21是采用具高隔离度的透气材料制造,本实施例采用具有较佳过滤效果的熔喷无纺布。
至少一个过滤层21的细度在2μm至5μm之间。所述透气保护层22的材料并无特别的限制,在本实施例中至少一个透气保护层22是采用具有较佳强度及可透气的纺粘无纺布。
如图3和图4所示,至少一个保护单元20A包括两个保护单元20A,保护单元20A分别设置在功能结构体10A的两侧,并分别与微多孔型薄膜11和亲水型薄膜12接触,两个保护单元20A中的每一个具有一个过滤层21和一个透气保护层22,透气保护层22在过滤层21和功能结构体10A之间。当然,该透气保护层22也可以依需求迭接在任何位置。
如图5所示的实施例中,所述的保护单元包括有二保护单元20B, 该二保护单元20B分别设于该功能结构体10B的两侧,并分别连接对应侧的微多孔型薄膜11和亲水型薄膜12,每一保护单元20B包含二透气保护层22和位于该二透气保护层22之间的一个过滤层21,并且每个保护单元20B的两个透气保护层22中的一个设于微多孔型薄膜11和亲水型薄膜12的其中之一上。
另外,依据使用需求可以调整该至少一过滤层21与该至少一个透气保护层22的数量,以及也可以依需求迭接在任何位置,并且该至少一过滤层21与该至少一透气保护层22的材料也可以根据需求进行选择使用。
该微多孔型薄膜11是以涂布方式结合在该纤维基材13的表面上,较佳地,该微多孔型薄膜11选自于:聚四氟乙烯及聚乙烯,更佳是选用可耐热至260℃的聚四氟乙烯,也就是说,由聚四氟乙烯所制成的微多孔型薄膜11具有数个孔径在0.1~0.5μm的微孔,所述微孔的尺寸远比水滴小,但又远远大于水蒸气的直径(0.0004μm),因此,就算是在压力下也能达到阻挡水分渗透的效果,且又能让邻近人体的湿气直接排出,但水分子在表面张力的作用下又无法通过,所以具有防水透湿气效果。此外,由聚四氟乙烯所制成的微多孔型薄膜11的透湿量可以高达15000g/m2·24h以上,是一种极佳的防水透湿材料,也可以防止水蒸气凝结成液态水,减少水传导热量的可能,虽然由这种材料制成的微多孔型薄膜11密布所述的微孔,由于微孔不规则的蜘蛛网状结构,风无法直接通过,所以结合该纤维基材13后可以有效阻挡狂风侵袭。也就是说,由聚四氟乙烯所制成的微多孔型薄膜11除了具有防水透气、防风保暖的功效外,还具有阻隔病菌、微尘,以及防止红外线及抗紫外线通过等等的优点。
该亲水型薄膜12也以涂布方式结合在该纤维基材13的表面上,较佳是选用热塑性聚氨酯膜,其耐热老化温度在150℃,耐低温可达到零下30℃。这种亲水型薄膜12具有亲水基,所以可吸附人体散发的湿气,再藉由扩散和对流,将湿气往该纤维基材13传送,最后由该微多孔型薄膜11排出,也就是说,该亲水型薄膜12具有较强的吸湿能力。此外,该亲水型薄膜12和织物的迭接性佳,所以可和该纤维基材13稳固地结合。
进一步说明的是,本实施例该多层式复合材料通过该纤维基材13来结合该微多孔型薄膜11及该亲水型薄膜12,除了可以改善该微多孔型薄膜11及该亲水型薄膜12直接迭接所衍生的剥离强度不足的问题外,该纤维基材13也可以发挥缓冲的功能,避免降低该多层式复合材料的结合强度。
如图6所示, 微多孔型薄膜11包含远离该纤维基材13的一第一侧面111,亲水型薄膜12包含远离该纤维基材13的一第二侧面121,该功能结构体10C具有二纤维材料层14,该二纤维材料层14分别设置于该第一侧面111与该第二侧面121,该二纤维材料层14较佳是采用结构强度佳且可透气的纤维材料来制作,具体例可选自于:纺粘无纺布以及尼龙布,较佳是采用纺粘无纺布。另外,该二纤维材料层14可以通过不同的处理方法而提供多样化的多层式复合材料产品。
该多层式复合材料可用于防水袋,防水袋的外表面可以被微多孔型薄膜11覆盖,水不能通过微多孔型薄膜11渗入防水袋中,防水袋的内表面可以被亲水型薄膜12覆盖,亲水型薄膜12可以吸收防水袋中的水分,湿气可以由亲水型薄膜12透过扩散和对流逐渐输送出纤维基材13,然后由水分引起的水蒸气可以由微多孔型薄膜11输送出防水袋,该防水袋可以自动调节防水袋外部空间与防水袋内部空间之间的湿度,防水袋的外部空间和防水袋的内部空间之间的水分或湿度的变化被减小。
多层式复合材料的PTFE膜可以防止水进入防水袋的内部空间,多层式复合材料的TPU膜可以帮助去除防水袋内部空间的湿气,防水袋利用PTFE膜的优点和TPU膜的优点同时保持防水袋的干燥,多层式复合材料可以自动的调节该防水袋外部环境湿度与内部环境湿度,且在调节湿度的过程中和缓、渐进,所以可避免湿度产生大幅度的变化。
此外,功能结构体10A、10B、10C上的至少一个保护单元20A、20B的至少一个过滤层21可以过滤微粒物质并且可以防止微粒物质附着到功能结构体10A、10B、10C。另外,至少一个保护单元20A、20B中的至少一个过滤层21可以吸收油脂并且可以防止来自人体汗液中的油脂附着到功能结构体10A、10B、10C。至少一个保护单元20A、20B的至少一个过滤层21能够防止微粒物质和油脂降低功能结构体10A、10B、10C的效果。利用所述保护单元20A、20B来保护该功能结构体10A、10B、10C,可以让该微多孔型薄膜11维持长久的防水性及透气性,同时让该亲水型薄膜12具有持久的水分扩散特性,如此一来,就可以让该多层式复合材料具有持久的机能性质。
此外,多层式复合材料可用于治疗垫上,治疗垫的上表面可以被亲水型薄膜12覆盖,治疗垫的下表面可以被微多孔型薄膜11覆盖,当人躺在治疗垫的上表面时,人体引起的水蒸气可被TPU膜吸收和扩散,然后,人体产生的蒸气可以通过PTFE膜的微孔消散而从治疗垫中除去。
治疗垫可以保持干燥,并通过TPU膜和PTFE膜为人体提供舒适,治疗垫可以自动调节人体与治疗垫外部空间之间的湿气,治疗垫的TPU膜可吸收湿气并帮助湿气从治疗垫的上表面扩散并对流,治疗垫的PTFE膜可以通过PTFE膜的多个微孔去除湿气,治疗垫利用TPU膜和PTFE膜的优点同时保持治疗垫的干燥并保持人体健康。
因此,微多孔型薄膜11为多层式复合材料提供防水性和透气性,亲水型薄膜12提供水分扩散能力。 所述至少一个过滤层21具有良好的透气性、良好的过滤性、良好的阻隔性、良好的隔热性和良好的吸油性。 该至少一个透气保护层22为多层式复合材料提供良好的透气性、良好的强度、良好的耐磨性和良好的吸湿能力。
多层式复合材料的至少一个保护单元20A、20B利用至少一个过滤层21来过滤微粒物质并吸收油脂,来自人体汗液中的油脂和空气中的微粒物质可能不会附着于微多孔型薄膜11和亲水型薄膜12,也可能不会直接堵塞微多孔型薄膜11和亲水型薄膜12,透过该至少一个保护单元20A、20B的该至少一过滤层21,可以保持微多孔型薄膜11和亲水型薄膜12的效果,多层式复合材料的使用寿命可以有效延长。
此外,保护单元20A、20B可以提供良好的防风性、良好的耐水压性、良好的耐化学性或良好的抗病毒性,多层式复合材料结合了微多孔型薄膜11,亲水型薄膜12和至少一个保护单元20A、20B的优点,因此,多层式复合材料是多用途的。
此外,多层式复合材料中的湿气含量可以通过热处理来降低以便再利用。
惟以上所述者,仅为本实用新型的实施例而已,当不能以此限定本实用新型实施的范围,凡是依本实用新型申请专利范围及专利说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆仍属本实用新型专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (27)

1.一种多层式复合材料,其特征在于该多层式复合材料包含:
一个功能结构体,包括一个纤维基材,以及结合在该纤维基材相对的两个侧面上的一个微多孔型薄膜、一个亲水型薄膜;和
至少一保护单元,该至少一保护单元是选择性地设置于该功能结构体的两侧的其中之一,并且每个保护单元具有至少一过滤层,该至少一过滤层设置在所述功能结构体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述至少一个过滤层是选自于:熔喷无纺布、静电棉片及纯棉过滤布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:每个保护单元中还增设有至少一个透气保护层,并且所述至少一个透气保护层设置在所述至少一个过滤层上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:每个保护单元中还增设有至少一个透气保护层,并且所述至少一个透气保护层设置在所述至少一个过滤层上。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述至少一个透气保护层是选自于:纺粘无纺布及尼龙布。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述微多孔型薄膜是聚四氟乙烯膜或聚乙烯膜。
7.根据权利要求5所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述微多孔型薄膜是聚四氟乙烯膜或聚乙烯膜。
8.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述微多孔型薄膜是PTFE膜,并且所述PTFE膜具有微孔,并且所述微孔的尺寸在0.1μm和0.5μm之间。
9.根据权利要求5所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述微多孔型薄膜是PTFE膜,并且所述PTFE膜具有微孔,并且所述微孔的尺寸在0.1μm和0.5μm之间。
10.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述亲水型薄膜是热塑性聚氨酯膜。
11.根据权利要求5所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述亲水型薄膜是热塑性聚氨酯膜。
12.根据权利要求6所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述亲水型薄膜是热塑性聚氨酯膜。
13.根据权利要求7所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述亲水型薄膜是热塑性聚氨酯膜。
14.根据权利要求8所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述亲水型薄膜是热塑性聚氨酯膜。
15.根据权利要求9所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述亲水型薄膜是热塑性聚氨酯膜。
16.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述微多孔型薄膜包括远离所述纤维基材的一第一侧面,所述亲水型薄膜包含远离所述纤维基材的一第二侧面,所述功能结构体具有二纤维材料层,并且该二纤维材料层分别设置在所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面。
17.根据权利要求5所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述微多孔型薄膜包括远离所述纤维基材的一第一侧面,所述亲水型薄膜包含远离所述纤维基材的一第二侧面,所述功能结构体具有二纤维材料层,并且该二纤维材料层分别设置在所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面。
18.根据权利要求6所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述微多孔型薄膜包括远离所述纤维基材的一第一侧面,所述亲水型薄膜包含远离所述纤维基材的一第二侧面,所述功能结构体具有二纤维材料层,并且该二纤维材料层分别设置在所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面。
19.根据权利要求7所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述微多孔型薄膜包括远离所述纤维基材的一第一侧面,所述亲水型薄膜包含远离所述纤维基材的一第二侧面,所述功能结构体具有二纤维材料层,并且该二纤维材料层分别设置在所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面。
20.根据权利要求8所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述微多孔型薄膜包括远离所述纤维基材的一第一侧面,所述亲水型薄膜包含远离所述纤维基材的一第二侧面,所述功能结构体具有二纤维材料层,并且该二纤维材料层分别设置在所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面。
21.根据权利要求9所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述微多孔型薄膜包括远离所述纤维基材的一第一侧面,所述亲水型薄膜包含远离所述纤维基材的一第二侧面,所述功能结构体具有二纤维材料层,并且该二纤维材料层分别设置在所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面。
22.根据权利要求10所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述微多孔型薄膜包括远离所述纤维基材的一第一侧面,所述亲水型薄膜包含远离所述纤维基材的一第二侧面,所述功能结构体具有二纤维材料层,并且该二纤维材料层分别设置在所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面。
23.根据权利要求11所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述微多孔型薄膜包括远离所述纤维基材的一第一侧面,所述亲水型薄膜包含远离所述纤维基材的一第二侧面,所述功能结构体具有二纤维材料层,并且该二纤维材料层分别设置在所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面。
24.根据权利要求12所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述微多孔型薄膜包括远离所述纤维基材的一第一侧面,所述亲水型薄膜包含远离所述纤维基材的一第二侧面,所述功能结构体具有二纤维材料层,并且该二纤维材料层分别设置在所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面。
25.根据权利要求13所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述微多孔型薄膜包括远离所述纤维基材的一第一侧面,所述亲水型薄膜包含远离所述纤维基材的一第二侧面,所述功能结构体具有二纤维材料层,并且该二纤维材料层分别设置在所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面。
26.根据权利要求14所述的多层式复合材料,其特征在于:所述微多孔型薄膜包括远离所述纤维基材的一第一侧面,所述亲水型薄膜包含远离所述纤维基材的一第二侧面,所述功能结构体具有二纤维材料层,并且该二纤维材料层分别设置在所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面。
