Abstract
本发明公开了一种适用性强的绝缘复合纸,包括绝缘复合纸,所述绝缘复合纸外表面的顶部与底部均设置有纳米保护膜层,所述纳米保护膜层远离绝缘复合纸的一侧设置有聚乙烯涂料层,所述聚乙烯涂料层远离纳米保护膜层的一侧设置有耐压层,所述耐压层远离聚乙烯涂料层的一侧设置有耐磨塑料层。本发明在透气层远离耐高温聚酯薄膜层的一侧设置有防火棉层,在防火棉层远离透气层的一侧设置有高弹防水涂料层,并通过复合防水层和绝缘层的作用,可对本绝缘复合纸达到适用性强的效果,解决了现有的绝缘复合纸适用性弱,在工作人员使用时会导致绝缘效果不理想,使用的地方会因此受到一定的限制的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及绝缘材料技术领域,具体为一种适用性强的绝缘复合纸。
背景技术
绝缘纸可用作中小型电机的槽绝缘、匝间和层间绝缘、衬垫绝缘心及变压器绝缘,定子是在定子铁芯上卷绕线圈形成的,在绕线时,为了保证定心铁芯与绕线线圈不发生接触,通常是在定子铁芯的齿槽内插入绝缘纸再进行绕线,绝缘纸将起到线圈和在定子内部旋转的转子之间的绝缘,不会引起短路,使线圈不致因为短路而受到损伤,但现有的绝缘复合纸适用性弱,在工作人员使用时会导致绝缘效果不理想,使用的地方会因此受到一定的限制,为此,我们提出一种适用性强的绝缘复合纸。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适用性强的绝缘复合纸,具备的适用性强优点,解决了现有的绝缘复合纸适用性弱,在工作人员使用时会导致绝缘效果不理想,使用的地方会因此受到一定的限制的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种适用性强的绝缘复合纸,包括绝缘复合纸,所述绝缘复合纸外表面的顶部与底部均设置有纳米保护膜层,所述纳米保护膜层远离绝缘复合纸的一侧设置有聚乙烯涂料层,所述聚乙烯涂料层远离纳米保护膜层的一侧设置有耐压层,所述耐压层远离聚乙烯涂料层的一侧设置有耐磨塑料层,所述耐磨塑料层远离耐压层的一侧设置有耐磨橡胶层,所述耐磨橡胶层远离耐磨塑料层的一侧设置有耐高温聚酯薄膜层,所述耐高温聚酯薄膜层远离耐磨橡胶层的一侧设置有透气层,所述透气层远离耐高温聚酯薄膜层的一侧设置有防火棉层,所述防火棉层远离透气层的一侧设置有高弹防水涂料层,所述高弹防水涂料层远离防火棉层的一侧设置有复合防水层,所述复合防水层远离高弹防水涂料层的一侧设置有绝缘层。
优选的,所述耐压层包括纱线层和黏胶层。
优选的,所述高弹防水涂料层的厚度为3-5毫米。
优选的,所述耐磨橡胶层的厚度为5-10毫米。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明在透气层远离耐高温聚酯薄膜层的一侧设置有防火棉层,在防火棉层远离透气层的一侧设置有高弹防水涂料层,并通过复合防水层和绝缘层的作用,可对本绝缘复合纸达到适用性强的效果,解决了现有的绝缘复合纸适用性弱,在工作人员使用时会导致绝缘效果不理想,使用的地方会因此受到一定的限制的问题。
2、本发明在纳米保护膜层远离绝缘复合纸的一侧设置有聚乙烯涂料层,在聚乙烯涂料层远离纳米保护膜层的一侧设置有耐压层,并通过耐磨塑料层和耐磨橡胶层的作用,可有效的对绝缘复合纸进行保护,防止出现损坏,也可对其进行抗压的作用防止因压力过大而损坏,同时可对其进行防耐磨的作用。

请参阅图1-2,一种适用性强的绝缘复合纸,包括绝缘复合纸1,绝缘复合纸1外表面的顶部与底部均设置有纳米保护膜层2,纳米保护膜层2远离绝缘复合纸1的一侧设置有聚乙烯涂料层12,聚乙烯涂料层12远离纳米保护膜层2的一侧设置有耐压层3,耐压层3包括纱线层13和黏胶层14,耐压层3远离聚乙烯涂料层12的一侧设置有耐磨塑料层11,耐磨塑料层11远离耐压层3的一侧设置有耐磨橡胶层4,可有效的对绝缘复合纸进行保护,防止出现损坏,也可对其进行抗压的作用防止因压力过大而损坏,同时可对其进行防耐磨的作用,耐磨橡胶层4的厚度为5-10毫米,耐磨橡胶层4远离耐磨塑料层11的一侧设置有耐高温聚酯薄膜层10,耐高温聚酯薄膜层10远离耐磨橡胶层4的一侧设置有透气层5,透气层5远离耐高温聚酯薄膜层10的一侧设置有防火棉层9,防火棉层9远离透气层5的一侧设置有高弹防水涂料层6,高弹防水涂料层6的厚度为3-5毫米,高弹防水涂料层6远离防火棉层9的一侧设置有复合防水层8,复合防水层8远离高弹防水涂料层6的一侧设置有绝缘层7,可对本绝缘复合纸达到适用性强的效果,解决了现有的绝缘复合纸适用性弱,在使用时会导致工作人员绝缘效果不理想,使用的地方会因此受到一定的限制的问题。
使用时,在透气层5远离耐高温聚酯薄膜层10的一侧设置有防火棉层9,在防火棉层9远离透气层5的一侧设置有高弹防水涂料层6,并通过复合防水层8和绝缘层7的作用,可对本绝缘复合纸1达到适用性强的效果,解决了现有的绝缘复合纸适用性弱,在工作人员使用时会导致绝缘效果不理想,使用的地方会因此受到一定的限制的问题,同时在纳米保护膜层2远离绝缘复合纸1的一侧设置有聚乙烯涂料层12,在聚乙烯涂料层12远离纳米保护膜层2的一侧设置有耐压层3,并通过耐磨塑料层11和耐磨橡胶层4的作用,可有效的对其绝缘复合纸1进行保护,防止出现损坏,也可对其进行抗压的作用防止因压力过大而损坏,同时可对其进行防耐磨的作用。
综上所述:该适用性强的绝缘复合纸,在透气层5远离耐高温聚酯薄膜层10的一侧设置有防火棉层9,在防火棉层9远离透气层5的一侧设置有高弹防水涂料层6,并通过复合防水层8和绝缘层7的作用,可对本绝缘复合纸1达到适用性强的效果,解决了现有的绝缘复合纸适用性弱,在工作人员使用时会导致绝缘效果不理想,使用的地方会因此受到一定的限制的问题。

1.一种适用性强的绝缘复合纸,包括绝缘复合纸(1),其特征在于:所述绝缘复合纸(1)外表面的顶部与底部均设置有纳米保护膜层(2),所述纳米保护膜层(2)远离绝缘复合纸(1)的一侧设置有聚乙烯涂料层(12),所述聚乙烯涂料层(12)远离纳米保护膜层(2)的一侧设置有耐压层(3),所述耐压层(3)远离聚乙烯涂料层(12)的一侧设置有耐磨塑料层(11),所述耐磨塑料层(11)远离耐压层(3)的一侧设置有耐磨橡胶层(4),所述耐磨橡胶层(4)远离耐磨塑料层(11)的一侧设置有耐高温聚酯薄膜层(10),所述耐高温聚酯薄膜层(10)远离耐磨橡胶层(4)的一侧设置有透气层(5),所述透气层(5)远离耐高温聚酯薄膜层(10)的一侧设置有防火棉层(9),所述防火棉层(9)远离透气层(5)的一侧设置有高弹防水涂料层(6),所述高弹防水涂料层(6)远离防火棉层(9)的一侧设置有复合防水层(8),所述复合防水层(8)远离高弹防水涂料层(6)的一侧设置有绝缘层(7)。
