本发明公开了一种密封形式接头,包括连接体,连接体内设置有第一通孔,第一通孔包括位于中间的第一孔段和位于第一孔段两端的第二孔段,第二孔段与连接管密封连接,有一螺母通过连接管后与连接体螺纹连接,螺母的端面沿圆周方向设置有第一标识,连接体的两端设置有与第一标识大小相对应的第二标识,第二标识的初始位置相对连接体的螺纹线的终点的弧度为一锐角。此发明完全目视化检测,无需经验,操作简单可靠。此发明用于油路管道密封领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及油路管道密封领域,特别是涉及一种密封形式接头。
背景技术
目前过渡接头在油路当中运用十分广泛,但是安装力矩一直都没有一个固定的标准,安装力矩过小会导致接头在设备工作中可能因为振动或安装力矩不够导致泄露,安装力矩过大可能会拧坏接头。
现有的过渡接头一般会有下面两种形式:标准的24度锥刚性密封,通过手动拧紧后,用扳手拧紧螺母,至力矩激增点后在带紧30度左右;标准的24度锥弹性密封,通过手动拧紧后,用扳手拧紧螺母,直至产生明显力矩后将螺母在拧紧60度至90度左右,两种接头的力矩都不好把握,因人而异,容易出现过拧或安装不到位的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可目视化检验安装是否到位的密封形式接头。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种密封形式接头,包括连接体,连接体内设置有第一通孔,第一通孔包括位于中间的第一孔段和位于第一孔段两端的第二孔段,第二孔段与连接管密封连接,有一螺母通过连接管后与连接体螺纹连接,螺母的端面沿圆周方向设置有第一标识,连接体的两端设置有与第一标识大小相对应的第二标识,第二标识的初始位置相对连接体的螺纹线的终点的弧度为一锐角。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,第二孔段的内壁与连接管的外壁之间设置有密封件。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,密封件为弹性密封件。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,第二孔段的内壁为圆锥面,连接管与第二孔段连接处的外壁为圆锥面。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,圆锥面的圆锥度为24度。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,第一标识为在螺母圆周方向设置的开口结构。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,连接体两侧的第二标识为一大一小。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,第二标识的初始位置相对连接体的螺纹线的终点的弧度为5至8度。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的密封形式接头,通过螺母将连接管与连接体连接,通过在连接体上设置与螺母的螺纹线的起始点以及螺母的轴线成一定角度范围的第二标识,当将连接体上的第二标识拧至刚好与螺母的第一标识重合时,完成安装,此发明通过观察标识,完全目视化检测,操作简单可靠。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明为一种密封形式接头,包括连接体3,连接体3内设置有第一通孔31,第一通孔31包括位于中间的第一孔段311和位于第一孔段两端的第二孔段312,第二孔段312与连接管1密封连接,有一螺母2通过连接管后与连接体3螺纹连接,螺母2的端面沿圆周方向设置有第一标识21,连接体3的两端设置有与第一标识21大小对应的第二标识33,第二标识33的初始位置相对连接体3的螺纹线的终点的弧度为一锐角。
此密封形式接头,通过螺母2将连接管1与连接体3连接,通过对螺母2 施加外力,通过在连接体3上设置与螺母2的螺纹线的起始点以及螺母2的轴线成锐角的第二标识33,当将连接体3上的第二标识33拧至刚好与螺母2上的第一标识21完全吻合时,完成安装,此发明通过直接观察第二标识33与螺母2 的第一标识21的位置,完全目视化检测,操作简单可靠。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,第二孔段312的内壁与连接管1的外壁之间设置有密封件。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,密封件为弹性密封件。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,第二孔段312的内壁为圆锥面,连接管1与第二孔段312连接处的外壁为圆锥面。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,圆锥面的角度为24度。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,第一标识21为在螺母2圆周方向设置的开口结构。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,连接体3两侧的第二标识为一大一小。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,第二标识33的初始位置相对连接体3的螺纹线的终点的弧度范围为5至8度。
此密封形式接头为24度锥密封,且为弹性密封,在两端的接头上均设有确定安装到位的第二标识33,当螺母拧至模块重叠时,完成安装,完全目视化检测,操作简单可靠。
第二标识33的大小设置不一致,斜视时的误差会大大减小,这样达到的效果更加精确。
此发明安装时,先将连接管1与连接体3通过密封件连接在一起,然后再将螺母2通过连接管1最后拧紧在连接体3上,慢慢通过工具调节螺母开口结构与标识的位置,当观察到两者的边界完全贴合时,完成安装。
当然,本发明创造并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

1.一种密封形式接头,其特征在于:包括连接体(3),所述连接体(3)内设置有第一通孔(31),所述第一通孔(31)包括位于中间的第一孔段(311)和位于第一孔段两端的第二孔段(312),所述第二孔段(312)与连接管(1)密封连接,有一螺母(2)通过连接管(1)后与连接体(3)螺纹连接,所述螺母(2)的端面沿圆周方向设置有第一标识(21),所述连接体(3)的两端设置有与第一标识(21)大小对应的第二标识(33),所述第二标识(33)的初始位置相对所述连接体(3)的螺纹线的终点的弧度为一锐角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封形式接头,其特征在于:所述第二孔段(312)的内壁与连接管(1)的外壁之间设置有密封件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的密封形式接头,其特征在于:所述密封件为弹性密封件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的密封形式接头,其特征在于:所述第二孔段(312)的内壁为圆锥面,所述连接管(1)与第二孔段(312)连接处的外壁为圆锥面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的密封形式接头,其特征在于:所述圆锥面的圆锥度为24度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的密封形式接头,其特征在于:所述第一标识(21)为在螺母(2)圆周方向设置的开口结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的密封形式接头,其特征在于:所述连接体两侧的第二标识(33)为一大一小。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的密封形式接头,其特征在于:所述第二标识(33)的初始位置相对所述连接体(3)的螺纹线的终点形成的弧度范围为5至8度。
