本发明涉及一种简易的空调管路连接结构,属于空调管路连接技术领域,包括空调管路、冷凝器管路、套接在空调管路上的卡套、设置在空调管路与冷凝器管路之间的过渡套;所述过渡套两端呈阶梯状,空调管路与冷凝器管路的端部均与过渡套相适配,过渡套两端的小部分别插接在空调管路与冷凝器管路内,且过渡套两端小部的圆周面上设置有密封圈,过渡套两端大部的端面呈斜面,且两端的斜面分别抵靠在空调管路与冷凝器管路的端面,过渡套两端大部的端面上设置有密封垫;所述空调管路上设有台阶,卡套上设有与台阶适配的凸起;所述卡套通过螺纹连接在冷凝器管路的外圆。本发明的有益效果是:拆装方便、密封性能良好。

技术领域
本发明涉及空调管路连接技术领域,特别是涉及一种简易的空调管路连接结构。
背景技术
目前空调管路与冷凝管的连接通常采用螺栓连接,即空调管路一端设有管接头,冷凝器设有连接头,管接头插入连接头后再用螺栓拧紧,为了装配方便,但是螺栓在拧紧的过程中,会导致管接头内的密封圈两边挤压不同造成密封性能压缩量不同,单侧密封性能降低,从而导致冷媒泄漏,且螺栓连接安装麻烦,需要专用工具,不利于拆装。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种简易的空调管路连接结构。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种简易的空调管路连接结构,包括空调管路、冷凝器管路、套接在空调管路上的卡套、设置在空调管路与冷凝器管路之间的过渡套;所述过渡套两端呈阶梯状,空调管路与冷凝器管路的端部均与过渡套相适配,过渡套两端的小部分别插接在空调管路与冷凝器管路内,且过渡套两端小部的圆周面上设置有密封圈,过渡套两端大部的端面呈斜面,且两端的斜面分别抵靠在空调管路与冷凝器管路的端面,过渡套两端大部的端面上设置有密封垫;所述空调管路上设有台阶,卡套上设有与台阶适配的凸起;所述卡套通过螺纹连接在冷凝器管路的外圆。
优选地,所述空调管路、冷凝器管路和过渡套的内径大小一致。
优选地,所述密封圈采用橡胶圈。
优选地,所述密封垫的材质为PTFE。
本发明的有益效果是:连接可靠,只需要拧紧卡套即可完成安装,安装方便;密封圈采用圆柱面密封,不依靠卡套的螺纹力,依靠密封圈本身的回弹性和介质的压力实现密封,密封垫依靠卡套的螺纹力,设置在斜面上,卡套拧紧时会产生楔紧力,可实现强制密封,两者相结合后密封更加可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
如图1所示,一种简易的空调管路连接结构,包括空调管路1、冷凝器管路2、套接在空调管路1上的卡套3、设置在空调管路1与冷凝器管路2之间的过渡套4;所述过渡套4两端呈阶梯状,空调管路1与冷凝器管路2的端部均与过渡套4相适配,过渡套4两端的小部分别插接在空调管路1与冷凝器管路2内,且过渡套4两端小部的圆周面上设置有密封圈6,过渡套4两端小部的圆周面上设有环向槽A,密封圈6设置在环向槽A内;过渡套4两端大部的端面呈斜面5,且两端的斜面5分别抵靠在空调管路1与冷凝器管路2的端面,过渡套4两端大部的端面上设置有密封垫7,过渡套4两端大部的端面上设有环向槽B,密封垫7设置在环向槽B内;所述空调管路1上设有台阶8,卡套3上设有与台阶8适配的凸起9;所述卡套3通过螺纹连接在冷凝器管路2的外圆,卡套3上设置内螺纹,冷凝器管路2上设置与卡套3上的螺纹相匹配的外螺纹。
优选地,所述空调管路1、冷凝器管路2和过渡套4的内径大小一致,减小介质流动时遇到的阻力,防止压力降低。
优选地,所述密封圈6采用橡胶圈。
优选地,所述密封垫7的材质为PTFE。
除此之外,还可以在卡套3的外圆设置扳手卡口,方便拆装。
连接可靠,只需要拧紧卡套3即可完成安装,安装方便;密封圈6采用圆柱面密封,不依靠卡套3的螺纹力,依靠密封圈6本身的回弹性和介质的压力实现密封,密封垫7依靠卡套3的螺纹力,设置在斜面5上,卡套3拧紧时会产生楔紧力,可实现强制密封,两者相结合后密封更加可靠。

1.一种简易的空调管路连接结构,其特征在于:包括空调管路、冷凝器管路、套接在空调管路上的卡套、设置在空调管路与冷凝器管路之间的过渡套;所述过渡套两端呈阶梯状,空调管路与冷凝器管路的端部均与过渡套相适配,过渡套两端的小部分别插接在空调管路与冷凝器管路内,且过渡套两端小部的圆周面上设置有密封圈,过渡套两端大部的端面呈斜面,且两端的斜面分别抵靠在空调管路与冷凝器管路的端面,过渡套两端大部的端面上设置有密封垫;所述空调管路上设有台阶,卡套上设有与台阶适配的凸起;所述卡套通过螺纹连接在冷凝器管路的外圆。
