Abstract
本发明公开了一种烙画颜料及其制备方法,由植物汁液、浓硫酸、尿素、啤酒、白矾、增稠剂、填充剂和结合剂组合而成,所述增稠剂由甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素组成,所述填充剂由甘露醇、淀粉、微晶纤维、山梨醇组成,所述结合剂由树脂、干性油及油脂、香脂和蜡组成;制备的烙画颜料可以在任意不同材质上作画,由植物直接萃取,无污染且配置后分子稳定,不易吸水,阳光辐射、高温等环境下不易褪色,绘画时,烙笔下颜色清新自然,且有浮雕效果,材料便宜,仅为其他颜料的四分之一,其使用后可大大降低成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种颜料,具体涉及一种在高温下不易褪色的烙画颜料及其制备方法。
背景技术
烙画又称烫画,火笔画,用火烧热烙铁在物体上熨出烙痕作画。随着绘画技术的进步,在物体上完成的烙画基础上采用颜料进行上色,进一步提高烙画的观赏性。但发明人发现,相关技术中采用的颜料在高温下易褪色不稳定且不易着色。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的实施例提供了一种在高温下较为稳定、且易于着色的用于烙画的颜料及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例采用的技术方案是,一种烙画颜料,由以重量份数计的植物汁液、浓硫酸、尿素、啤酒、白矾、增稠剂、填充剂和结合剂组成;所述增稠剂由甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素组成,所述填充剂由甘露醇、淀粉、微晶纤维、山梨醇组成,所述结合剂由树脂、干性油、油脂、香脂和蜡组成。
优选地,所述烙画颜料,以重量份数计,由以下组分组成:植物汁液33~42份、浓硫酸28~40份、尿素2~3份、啤酒1~2份、白矾0.5~1份;所述增稠剂的重量份数占颜料的总份量13%,所述填充剂的重量份数占颜料的总份量8%,所述结合剂的重量份数占颜料的总份量10%。
本发明实施例还提供一种烙画颜料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取新鲜采摘的植物叶片榨成汁液,将汁液过滤网得滤液;
(2)按重量份数取适量滤液,并向其中依次按重量份数计的加入尿素、啤酒和白矾,缓慢加入浓硫酸,搅拌均匀后得到粘稠混合液;
(3)粘稠混合液冷却至室温,向粘稠混合液中加入所述增稠剂、填充剂、结合剂,并快速搅拌散热,得到烙画颜料。
与相关技术相比,本发明实施例采用的技术方案带来的有益效果是,本发明实施例的烙画颜料由以重量份数计的植物汁液、浓硫酸、尿素、啤酒、白矾、增稠剂、填充剂和结合剂组成;由植物叶片直接萃取,对环境无污染,且制备出的烙画颜料稳定,导热性增强,在高温环境下稳定性提高,不易褪色。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地描述。
实施例一
本发明的实施例提供了一种烙画颜料,由以重量份数计的植物汁液、浓硫酸、尿素、啤酒、白矾、增稠剂、填充剂和结合剂组成;所述增稠剂由甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素组成,所述填充剂由甘露醇、淀粉、微晶纤维、山梨醇组成,所述结合剂由树脂、干性油及油脂、香脂和蜡组成。根据颜料所需的颜色,选择不同颜色的植物叶片即可,烙画颜料的成本低,对环境无污染,且制备出的烙画颜料稳定,导热性增强,在高温环境下稳定性提高,不易褪色。
进一步地,所述烙画颜料,以重量份数计,由以下组分组成:植物汁液33~42份、浓硫酸28~40份、尿素2~3份、啤酒1~2份、白矾0.5~1份;所述增稠剂的重量份数占颜料的总份量13%,所述填充剂的重量份数占颜料的总份量8%,所述结合剂的重量份数占颜料的总份量10%。
请参考图1,本发明实施例还提供一种烙画颜料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取新鲜采摘的植物叶片榨成汁液,将汁液过滤网得滤液;滤网的目数为400目;
(2)按重量份数取适量滤液,并向其中依次按重量份数计的加入尿素、啤酒和白矾,缓慢加入浓硫酸,搅拌均匀后得到粘稠混合液;加入浓硫酸的过程中速度必须极缓慢,防止浓硫酸散热不及时造成炭化;
(3)粘稠混合液冷却至室温,向粘稠混合液中加入所述增稠剂、填充剂、结合剂,并快速搅拌散热,得到烙画颜料。
本发明实施例制备的烙画颜料,由植物叶片直接萃取,无污染可以在任何材质上作画,包括在凸凹不平的材质上或者是木材、石材、金属板等特殊材质上作画,颜料无污染,分子稳定,不怕潮湿;绘画时,烙笔下颜色清新自然,且有浮雕效果,涂色一次自动成型;且成本仅为其他颜料造价的八分之一,同时作品具有很好的装饰性和收藏价值。
实施例二
本发明的实施例提供了一种烙画颜料,由以重量份数计的植物汁液34份、浓硫酸36份、尿素2份、啤酒1.7份、白矾0.4份、增稠剂占总份量的10%、填充剂占总份量的7.8%、结合剂占总份量的8.1%组成。其余同实施例一。

1.一种烙画颜料,其特征是,由植物汁液、浓硫酸、尿素、啤酒、白矾、增稠剂、填充剂和结合剂组成;所述增稠剂由甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素组成,所述填充剂由甘露醇、淀粉、微晶纤维、山梨醇组成,所述结合剂由树脂、干性油、油脂、香脂和蜡组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种烙画颜料,其特征是,所述烙画颜料,以重量份数计,由以下组分组成:植物汁液33~42份、浓硫酸28~40份、尿素2~3份、啤酒1~2份、白矾0.5~1份;所述增稠剂的重量份数占颜料的总份量13%,所述填充剂的重量份数占颜料的总份量8%,所述结合剂的重量份数占颜料的总份量10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种烙画颜料,其特征是,所述烙画颜料,以重量份数计,由以下组分组成:植物汁液34份、浓硫酸36份、尿素2份、啤酒1.7份、白矾0.4份、增稠剂占总份量的10%、填充剂占总份量的7.8%、结合剂占总份量的8.1%。
4.根据权利要求1、2、3任一项所述的一种烙画颜料制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)取新鲜采摘的植物叶片榨成汁液,将汁液过滤网得滤液;
(2)按重量份数取适量滤液,并向其中依次按重量份数计的加入尿素、啤酒和白矾,缓慢加入浓硫酸,搅拌均匀后得到粘稠混合液;
(3)粘稠混合液冷却至室温,向粘稠混合液中加入所述增稠剂、填充剂、结合剂,并快速搅拌散热,得到烙画颜料。
