本发明属于聚氨酯技术领域,具体涉及一种以N,N‑二甲基环己胺、三亚乙基二胺为复合催化剂的聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法。所述方法包括以下步骤:将聚醚多元醇升温,真空下脱水,然后降温,加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀,升温反应,检测异氰酸酯质量含量在4~5%,得到A组分;B组分以质量份数计,各组分如下:N,N‑二甲基环己胺0.1~0.2份;扩链剂MOCA 3~4份、三亚乙基二胺0.1~0.2份;A组分与B组分混合经反应、成型、硫化制得。本发明制成的聚氨酯弹性体材料,具有优良的缓冲性能、耐拉伸撕裂性能和力学性能,硬度大,能够适应较宽的温度范围。

技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯技术领域,具体涉及一种以N,N-二甲基环己胺、三亚乙基二胺为复合催化剂的聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯是聚氨基甲酸酯的简称,凡是在高分子主链上含有许多重复氨基甲酸酯基团的高分子化合物通称为聚氨基甲酸酯,一般是由聚合物多元醇、有机多异氰酸酯和二氨或二醇类扩链剂聚合而成,是一种嵌段聚合物。目前的弹性体存在许多缺点,影响了其进一步应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种硬度大,力学性能、缓冲性能优良的以N,N-二甲基环己胺、三亚乙基二胺为复合催化剂的聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法。
本发明所述的以N,N-二甲基环己胺、三亚乙基二胺为复合催化剂的聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)A组分的制备:
将聚醚多元醇升温至100℃,真空下脱水3h,然后降温至30℃,加入质量为0.2倍聚醚多元醇的二异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀,升温至70℃反应2小时,检测异氰酸酯质量含量在4~5%,得到A组分;
(2)B组分的制备:
以质量份数计,各组分如下:
N,N-二甲基环己胺 0.1~0.2份
扩链剂 3~4份
三亚乙基二胺 0.1~0.2份
将上述各组分混合均匀,备用;
(3)聚氨酯弹性体的制备:
将A组分与B组分按5:1~2的质量比混合均匀,模具成型,脱模后,于50℃下硫化12小时,得到成品。
其中:
聚醚多元醇为3-8官能度,数均分子量为300-500的聚醚多元醇。
N,N-二甲基环己胺、三亚乙基二胺的质量比为1:1。该催化剂对异氰酸酯基与聚醚多元醇的反应有较强的催化作用。
所述的扩链剂为MOCA。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明制成的聚氨酯弹性体材料,具有优良的缓冲性能、耐拉伸撕裂性能和力学性能,硬度大,能够适应较宽的温度范围。

以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
一种以N,N-二甲基环己胺、三亚乙基二胺为复合催化剂的聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)A组分的制备:
将聚醚多元醇(3官能度,数均分子量为500)升温至100℃,真空下脱水3h,然后降温至30℃,加入质量为0.2倍聚醚多元醇的二异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀,升温至70℃反应2小时,检测异氰酸酯质量含量在4%,得到A组分;
(2)B组分的制备:
以质量份数计,各组分如下:
N,N-二甲基环己胺 0.1份
扩链剂 3份
三亚乙基二胺 0.1份
将上述各组分混合均匀,备用;
(3)聚氨酯弹性体的制备:
将A组分与B组分按5:1的质量比混合均匀,模具成型,脱模后,于50℃下硫化12小时,得到成品。
实施例2
一种以N,N-二甲基环己胺、三亚乙基二胺为复合催化剂的聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)A组分的制备:
将聚醚多元醇(5官能度,数均分子量为300)升温至100℃,真空下脱水3h,然后降温至30℃,加入质量为0.2倍聚醚多元醇的二异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀,升温至70℃反应2小时,检测异氰酸酯质量含量在4.5%,得到A组分;
(2)B组分的制备:
以质量份数计,各组分如下:
N,N-二甲基环己胺 0.2份
扩链剂 4份
三亚乙基二胺 0.2份
将上述各组分混合均匀,备用;
(3)聚氨酯弹性体的制备:
将A组分与B组分按5:2的质量比混合均匀,模具成型,脱模后,于50℃下硫化12小时,得到成品。
实施例3
一种以N,N-二甲基环己胺、三亚乙基二胺为复合催化剂的聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)A组分的制备:
将聚醚多元醇(8官能度,数均分子量为500)升温至100℃,真空下脱水3h,然后降温至30℃,加入质量为0.2倍聚醚多元醇的二异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀,升温至70℃反应2小时,检测异氰酸酯质量含量在5%,得到A组分;
(2)B组分的制备:
以质量份数计,各组分如下:
N,N-二甲基环己胺 0.1份
扩链剂 3份
三亚乙基二胺 0.1份
将上述各组分混合均匀,备用;
(3)聚氨酯弹性体的制备:
将A组分与B组分按5:1的质量比混合均匀,模具成型,脱模后,于50℃下硫化12小时,得到成品。

Claims (3)

1.一种以N,N-二甲基环己胺、三亚乙基二胺为复合催化剂的聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)A组分的制备:
将聚醚多元醇升温至100℃,真空下脱水3h,然后降温至30℃,加入质量为0.2倍聚醚多元醇的二异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀,升温至70℃反应2小时,检测异氰酸酯质量含量在4~5%,得到A组分;
(2)B组分的制备:
以质量份数计,各组分如下:
N,N-二甲基环己胺 0.1~0.2份
扩链剂MOCA 3~4份
三亚乙基二胺 0.1~0.2份
将上述各组分混合均匀,备用;
(3)聚氨酯弹性体的制备:
将A组分与B组分按5:1~2的质量比混合均匀,模具成型,脱模后,于50℃下硫化12小时,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以N,N-二甲基环己胺、三亚乙基二胺为复合催化剂的聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于:聚醚多元醇为3~8官能度,数均分子量为300~500的聚醚多元醇。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的以N,N-二甲基环己胺、三亚乙基二胺为复合催化剂的聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于:N,N-二甲基环己胺、三亚乙基二胺的质量比为1:1。
