Abstract
本发明公开了牛奶包装桶,包括方形桶体,方形桶体的顶部连接有手柄并在一角设置灌装口,其特征在于:手柄沿方形桶体的对角进行设置,手柄的两端连接于方形桶体上,手柄的中间设有横向弯折,方形桶体的底部设有对应手柄的防错移凹槽。方形桶体的顶部中央在最高点位置设置向下的凹陷,使方形桶体的顶部最高点低于所述灌装口的颈部高度。采用上述技术方案,可以方便地实现包装桶之间的堆叠,且上下堆叠的包装桶之间不会发生相对侧移,并能承受较大的侧向风力,堆叠稳定性好,便于存储和车间流通;另外,可保证灌装牛奶后的包装桶内不存在空气,确保牛奶在较长时间内都不会发生变质。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包装桶,具体涉及一种易堆叠且封装稳定性好的牛奶包装桶。
背景技术
目前,市面上主要包括袋装牛奶和桶装牛奶,桶装牛奶一般包括桶体,在桶体的顶部设有开口和手柄,且在桶体底部设有与手柄对应的凹槽,从而方便多个包装桶堆叠在一起进行运输,但是市面上牛奶包装桶的手柄都是呈直线状的,而采用这种直条状手柄的牛奶包装桶,当多个包装桶堆叠在一起流通时,容易沿其手柄长度方向发生相对滑动,这就导致多个堆叠在一起的包装桶容易发生翻倒甚至摔裂的情况,而且在流通过程中,堆叠好的牛奶包装桶也容易受到侧向风的影响而被吹倒,不利于包装桶的顺利流通;另外,市面上的牛奶包装桶,当其封装完成后,由于包装桶的结构影响,桶内往往会有一些空间没有被牛奶填满,导致有空气残留,这就加速了桶内牛奶的氧化变质,缩短了桶装牛奶的有效贮藏期限并影响牛奶的品质。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以方便地实现包装桶之间的堆叠,且上下堆叠的包装桶之间不会发生相对侧移,并能承受较大的侧向风力,堆叠稳定性好,便于存储和车间流通;另外,可保证灌装牛奶后的包装桶内不存在空气,确保牛奶在较长时间内都不会发生变质的牛奶包装桶。
为此,本发明是采用如下方案来实现的:
牛奶包装桶,包括方形桶体,方形桶体的顶部连接有手柄并在一角设置灌装口,其特征在于:手柄沿方形桶体的对角进行设置,手柄的两端连接于方形桶体上,手柄的中间设有横向弯折,方形桶体的底部设有对应手柄的防错移凹槽。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的优点为:当两个包装桶上下堆叠后,呈对角设置的的手柄会被卡在防错移凹槽内,使得方形桶体在前后和左右方向都不能发生侧移,而手柄中间设有的横向弯折,使得上下方形桶体之间不能沿着其对角方向发生侧移,从而完全限制了上下桶体之间在水平方向的前后、左右和对角方向的相对移动,从而有效提升了包装桶堆叠时的稳定性,保证了在流通过程中堆叠在一起的牛奶包装桶不会发生侧移、翻倒的情况,通过这种设计,可以有效增加牛奶桶的堆叠高度,提高单位面积下的牛奶堆叠量。
作为优选,方形桶体的顶部中央在最高点位置设置向下的凹陷,使方形桶体的顶部最高点低于所述灌装口的颈部高度。因此,当桶体内牛奶灌至其灌装口的颈部位置时,桶体内部的空气就会被灌入的牛奶全部从灌装口挤出,确保包装桶灌满牛奶后桶体内部不会有空气残留,这就大大减缓了牛奶在桶内发生氧化变质的速度,进而增加牛奶的有效贮藏期限和品质。
作为优选,方形桶体的顶部设有若干定位凸点,方形桶体的底部设有若干定位沉孔来对应定位凸点。方便上下包装桶堆叠时的准确定位,使上下堆叠的包装桶排列整齐,并提高包装桶的堆叠效率和堆叠后的稳定性。
作为优选,方形桶体的底部在防错移凹槽的两侧位置设有通风槽,当上下两个牛奶包装桶上下堆叠时,所述通风槽可供空气流通通过。通过上述设计,当堆叠好的牛奶包装桶在流通过程中遇到较大的侧向风时,侧向风会沿着防错移凹槽一端的开口处进入并流经通风槽,之后再从防错移凹槽的另一端开口流出,使得堆叠好的牛奶包装桶能够承受较大风力的侧向风,确保其在流通过程中不会被直接吹倒,进而保证堆叠好后牛奶包装桶的顺利流通运送。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明公开的牛奶包装桶,包括方形桶体1,方形桶体1的顶部连接有手柄3并在一角设置灌装口5,手柄3沿方形桶体1的对角进行设置,手柄3的两端连接于方形桶体1上,手柄3的中间设有横向弯折,在握住手柄3时不易发生打滑,有效提升手柄3的实用性,方形桶体1的底部设有对应手柄3的防错移凹槽8,当两个包装桶上下堆叠后,呈对角设置的的手柄3会被卡在防错移凹槽8内,使得方形桶体1在前后和左右方向都不能发生侧移,而手柄3中间设有的横向弯折,使得上下方形桶体1之间不能沿着其对角方向发生侧移,从而完全限制了上下桶体之间在水平方向的前后、左右和对角方向的相对移动,从而有效提升了包装桶堆叠时的稳定性,保证了在流通运送过程中堆叠在一起的牛奶包装桶不会发生侧移、翻倒的情况,通过这种设计,可以有效增加牛奶桶的堆叠高度,提高单位面积下的牛奶堆叠量。方形桶体1的顶部中央在最高点位置设置向下的凹陷2,使方形桶体1的顶部最高点低于所述灌装口5的颈部高度。因此,当方形桶体内牛奶灌至其灌装口5的颈部位置时,方形桶体1内部的空气就会被灌入的牛奶全部从灌装口5挤出,确保包装桶灌满牛奶后桶体内部不会有空气残留,这就大大减缓了牛奶在桶内发生氧化变质的速度,进而增加牛奶的有效贮藏期限和品质。方形桶体1的顶部设有若干定位凸点4,方形桶体1的底部设有若干定位沉孔6来对应定位凸点4。方便上下包装桶堆叠时的准确定位,使上下堆叠的包装桶排列整齐,并提高包装桶的堆叠效率和堆叠后的稳定性。由于两个牛奶包装桶上下堆叠,手柄3卡进方形桶体1底部的防错移凹槽8时,防错移凹槽8基本被手柄3填满,通过在方形桶体1的底部在防错移凹槽8的两侧位置设有通风槽7,当上下两个牛奶包装桶上下堆叠时,通风槽7可供空气流通通过。通过上述设计,当堆叠好的牛奶包装桶在流通过程中遇到较大的侧向风时,侧向风会沿着防错移凹槽8一端的开口处进入并流经通风槽7,之后再从防错移凹槽8的另一端开口流出,使得堆叠好的牛奶包装桶能够承受较大风力的侧向风,确保其在流通过程中不会被直接吹倒,进而保证堆叠好后牛奶包装桶的顺利流通运送。

1.牛奶包装桶,包括方形桶体,方形桶体的顶部连接有手柄并在一角设置灌装口,其特征在于:手柄沿方形桶体的对角进行设置,手柄的两端连接于方形桶体上,手柄的中间设有横向弯折,方形桶体的底部设有对应手柄的防错移凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的牛奶包装桶,其特征在于:方形桶体的顶部中央在最高点位置设置向下的凹陷,使方形桶体的顶部最高点低于所述灌装口的颈部高度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的牛奶包装桶,其特征在于:方形桶体的顶部设有若干定位凸点,方形桶体的底部设有若干定位沉孔来对应定位凸点。
4.根据权利要求1所述的牛奶包装桶,其特征在于:方形桶体的底部在防错移凹槽的两侧位置设有通风槽,当上下两个牛奶包装桶上下堆叠时,所述通风槽可供空气流通通过。
