After the end wall is assembled with the vehicle body, the outer frame 11 can be used as a part of the end wall, also can be used as a part of a roof beam and a corner post, and can be used as a bearing part of the vehicle body to enhance the strength and the rigidity of the vehicle body.
In a specific scheme, the honeycomb plate can be an aluminum honeycomb plate so as to further improve the light weight level.
In a specific scheme, a fastening part between the outer frame 11 and the end wall main body 12 is a bolt assembly 13; as shown in fig. 5, the bolt assembly 13 includes a T-nut 131 and a bolt 132, wherein the T-nut 131 is fixed on the outer frame 11, the outer frame 11 and the end wall body 12 each have a mounting hole penetrating through a threaded hole of the T-nut 131, and the bolt 132 sequentially passes through the mounting hole of the end wall body 12, the mounting hole of the outer frame 11 and the T-nut 131 to be screwed, thereby fixing the end wall body 12 and the outer frame 11 together.
It can be understood that the T-shaped nut 131 is fixed to the outer frame 11 in advance, when the end wall main body 12 is detached, the T-shaped nut 131 is not required to be detached, the bolt 132 is only required to be detached, and when the end wall main body is installed, the end wall main body is only required to be screwed into the bolt 132 at a corresponding position.
Wherein the T-nut 131 may be fixed to the outer frame 11 by screws 133.
More specifically, a washer 134 may be provided between the head of the bolt 132 and the headwall body 12 to increase the tightening force of the bolt 132 and prevent the bolt 132 from loosening.
In a specific embodiment, a first support beam 111 extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body is formed at one side of the outer frame 11, the first support beam 111 and the outer frame 11 form a mounting space for the outer windshield 18, and as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the first support beam 111 has a mounting interface, the outer windshield 18 may overlap the first support beam 111, and the outer windshield 18 is connected to the first support beam 111 by a fastener (e.g., a bolt, etc.).

As shown in fig. 4, at the side position of the outer frame 11, a second support beam 112 of the outer frame 11 is used for connecting the side wall 21 of the vehicle body, a right angle structure where the side wall 21 is overlapped is formed between the second support beam 112 and the outer frame 11, and the second support beam 112 and the outer frame can be fixedly connected by rivets.
It will also be appreciated that the distance of the second support beam 112 from the top end of the outer frame 11 should be comparable to the thickness of the side walls 21.
Further, an extension beam 113 extending toward the inside of the vehicle and perpendicular to the second support beam 112 is further provided on the outer frame 11 near the second support beam 112, as shown in fig. 3 and 4; in a specific application, the distance between the second support beam 112 and the top end of the outer frame 11 is not necessarily equal to the thickness of the connected vehicle body part due to different vehicle types or production, at this time, the second support beam 112 formed by machining in advance may be milled away, and the extension beam 113 is bent at a proper position to form a structure connected with the vehicle body, and it is understood that at this time, the bent extension beam 113 corresponds to the second support beam 112.
