本发明公开了一种搅拌机，包括底座、自动上料机构、搅拌机构和输出机构，底座的一端设置有自动上料机构，自动上料机构由水平送料和垂直上料两部分，其中水平送料部分由传送带和传动辊组成，垂直上料部分由主动链轮、传动链与被动链轮组成，自动上料机构的输出端通过进料通道连接搅拌机构，搅拌机构包括搅拌轴、螺旋叶片和电机，电机驱动搅拌轴带动螺旋叶片搅拌，搅拌机构连接输出机构，输出机构包括输出轨道和多个限位架。本发明整个操作过程为全自动控制，实现整机操作的连续性，大大提高了工作效率，企业成本低，提高经济和社会效益。

本发明涉及自动化设备技术领域，尤其涉及了一种搅拌机。
背景技术
搅拌机是一种带有叶片的轴在圆筒或槽中旋转，将多种原料进行搅拌混合，使之成为一种混合物或适宜稠度的机器。搅拌机分为好多种，有强制式搅拌机、单卧轴搅拌机、双卧轴搅拌机等等。但是搅拌时间长、工作效率低，整机操作的连续性较差，难以实现物料连续搅拌的作业要求。
因此，为了解决上述存在的问题，本发明特提供了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种搅拌机，能够解决现有技术中搅拌效率低、整机连续性较差、自动化程度较低以及成本高等问题。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所采用的技术方案是：
一种搅拌机，包括底座、自动上料机构、搅拌机构和输出机构，所述底座的一端设置有自动上料机构，所述自动上料机构由水平送料和垂直上料两部分，其中水平送料部分由传送带和传动辊组成，垂直上料部分由主动链轮、传动链与被动链轮组成，所述自动上料机构的输出端通过进料通道连接搅拌机构，所述搅拌机构包括搅拌轴、螺旋叶片和电机，所述电机驱动搅拌轴带动螺旋叶片搅拌，所述搅拌机构连接输出机构，所述输出机构包括输出轨道和多个限位架。
进一步地，传动链之间等距平行设置有若干托架。
进一步地，进料通道倾斜设置，且呈头小尾大的结构。
进一步地，单个所述限位架上活动安装有托盘。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明整个操作过程为全自动控制，实现整机操作的连续性，大大提高了工作效率，企业成本低，提高经济和社会效益。

如图1所示的一种搅拌机，包括底座1、自动上料机构2、搅拌机构3和输出机构4，底座1的一端设置有自动上料机构2，自动上料机构2由水平送料和垂直上料两部分，其中水平送料部分5由传送带7和传动辊8组成，垂直上料部分6由主动链轮9、传动链10与被动链轮11组成，自动上料机构2的输出端通过进料通道12连接搅拌机构3，搅拌机构3包括搅拌轴13、螺旋叶片14和电机15，电机15驱动搅拌轴13带动螺旋叶片14搅拌，搅拌机构3连接输出机构4，输出机构4包括输出轨道16和多个限位架17。
在本实施例中，传动链10之间等距平行设置有若干托架18，通过传动链10带动托架18向上运动实现自动上料。
在本实施例中，进料通道12倾斜设置，且呈头小尾大的结构，减少因进料太猛而导致溅料的情况。
在本实施例中，单个限位架17上活动安装有托盘19，搅拌过后的物料堆放在托盘19上通过输出轨道16输出，便于取放。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明整个操作过程为全自动控制，实现整机操作的连续性，大大提高了工作效率，企业成本低，提高经济和社会效益。

1.一种搅拌机，包括底座、自动上料机构、搅拌机构和输出机构，其特征在于：所述底座的一端设置有自动上料机构，所述自动上料机构由水平送料和垂直上料两部分，其中水平送料部分由传送带和传动辊组成，垂直上料部分由主动链轮、传动链与被动链轮组成，所述自动上料机构的输出端通过进料通道连接搅拌机构，所述搅拌机构包括搅拌轴、螺旋叶片和电机，所述电机驱动搅拌轴带动螺旋叶片搅拌，所述搅拌机构连接输出机构，所述输出机构包括输出轨道和多个限位架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌机，其特征在于：传动链之间等距平行设置有若干托架。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌机，其特征在于：进料通道倾斜设置，且呈头小尾大的结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌机，其特征在于：单个所述限位架上活动安装有托盘。
