Abstract
本发明公开了一种搅拌机,包括底座、自动上料机构、搅拌机构和输出机构,底座的一端设置有自动上料机构,自动上料机构由水平送料和垂直上料两部分,其中水平送料部分由传送带和传动辊组成,垂直上料部分由主动链轮、传动链与被动链轮组成,自动上料机构的输出端通过进料通道连接搅拌机构,搅拌机构包括搅拌轴、螺旋叶片和电机,电机驱动搅拌轴带动螺旋叶片搅拌,搅拌机构连接输出机构,输出机构包括输出轨道和多个限位架。本发明整个操作过程为全自动控制,实现整机操作的连续性,大大提高了工作效率,企业成本低,提高经济和社会效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及自动化设备技术领域,尤其涉及了一种搅拌机。
背景技术
搅拌机是一种带有叶片的轴在圆筒或槽中旋转,将多种原料进行搅拌混合,使之成为一种混合物或适宜稠度的机器。搅拌机分为好多种,有强制式搅拌机、单卧轴搅拌机、双卧轴搅拌机等等。但是搅拌时间长、工作效率低,整机操作的连续性较差,难以实现物料连续搅拌的作业要求。
因此,为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明特提供了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种搅拌机,能够解决现有技术中搅拌效率低、整机连续性较差、自动化程度较低以及成本高等问题。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所采用的技术方案是:
一种搅拌机,包括底座、自动上料机构、搅拌机构和输出机构,所述底座的一端设置有自动上料机构,所述自动上料机构由水平送料和垂直上料两部分,其中水平送料部分由传送带和传动辊组成,垂直上料部分由主动链轮、传动链与被动链轮组成,所述自动上料机构的输出端通过进料通道连接搅拌机构,所述搅拌机构包括搅拌轴、螺旋叶片和电机,所述电机驱动搅拌轴带动螺旋叶片搅拌,所述搅拌机构连接输出机构,所述输出机构包括输出轨道和多个限位架。
进一步地,传动链之间等距平行设置有若干托架。
进一步地,进料通道倾斜设置,且呈头小尾大的结构。
进一步地,单个所述限位架上活动安装有托盘。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明整个操作过程为全自动控制,实现整机操作的连续性,大大提高了工作效率,企业成本低,提高经济和社会效益。

如图1所示的一种搅拌机,包括底座1、自动上料机构2、搅拌机构3和输出机构4,底座1的一端设置有自动上料机构2,自动上料机构2由水平送料和垂直上料两部分,其中水平送料部分5由传送带7和传动辊8组成,垂直上料部分6由主动链轮9、传动链10与被动链轮11组成,自动上料机构2的输出端通过进料通道12连接搅拌机构3,搅拌机构3包括搅拌轴13、螺旋叶片14和电机15,电机15驱动搅拌轴13带动螺旋叶片14搅拌,搅拌机构3连接输出机构4,输出机构4包括输出轨道16和多个限位架17。
在本实施例中,传动链10之间等距平行设置有若干托架18,通过传动链10带动托架18向上运动实现自动上料。
在本实施例中,进料通道12倾斜设置,且呈头小尾大的结构,减少因进料太猛而导致溅料的情况。
在本实施例中,单个限位架17上活动安装有托盘19,搅拌过后的物料堆放在托盘19上通过输出轨道16输出,便于取放。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明整个操作过程为全自动控制,实现整机操作的连续性,大大提高了工作效率,企业成本低,提高经济和社会效益。

1.一种搅拌机,包括底座、自动上料机构、搅拌机构和输出机构,其特征在于:所述底座的一端设置有自动上料机构,所述自动上料机构由水平送料和垂直上料两部分,其中水平送料部分由传送带和传动辊组成,垂直上料部分由主动链轮、传动链与被动链轮组成,所述自动上料机构的输出端通过进料通道连接搅拌机构,所述搅拌机构包括搅拌轴、螺旋叶片和电机,所述电机驱动搅拌轴带动螺旋叶片搅拌,所述搅拌机构连接输出机构,所述输出机构包括输出轨道和多个限位架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌机,其特征在于:传动链之间等距平行设置有若干托架。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌机,其特征在于:进料通道倾斜设置,且呈头小尾大的结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌机,其特征在于:单个所述限位架上活动安装有托盘。
